Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

My 3 star rating is verging on 4. This is a tough one for me because I love pizza in general. Mio's has some strong pros and cons. I'll start with the pros: High quality ingredients, pretty good crust, vast menu of pizza, pasta, calzones, stuffed pizza, hoagies. Nice family friendly atmosphere. Good place to dine in or carry out. Cons: Service is friendly but slow. The pizza is good but not great, and the stuffed pizza is disappointing. I hope to boost my rating to 4 stars after more experiences at Mio's.

Great place ! It's not a boring chain . The stuffed pizza is downright insanely delicious!

Didn't love the stuffed pizza but the sesame crust is the bomb! It is expensive for the size of the pizza and doesn't have as good of specials as other local options.

If Larosa had a red-headed step-child, his name was Mio. It's greasy fried fatty food that the average person would get a kick out of, but I got my butt kicked by it. I almost pooped my pants after I ate here, and I guess it was because I hadn't eaten enough Larosa's recently. It's almost the same menu, but with a slightly different take to everything; and by different, I mean less of that processed corporate quality. Though it was not healthy food, the salad greens were crisp, the pizza was tasty, and the service was stellar. Our server was prompt, always near and made for a enjoyable visit. I didn't expect much but still had a decent meal, so I would come back if my stomach will forgive me. Give Mio a chance to grow up and do different things, and he'll do well.

"Are you F***ing Kidding Me??!!". Those were the exact words that came from my mouth once I'd returned home and opened my pizza box. (minus the ***). Look at the newest pictures of the $17.44 pizza my intelligence was insulted by this evening. There was more 2" of plain, flat crust. 2" of barren, sauce-less, topping-less, dry crust. Who the hell asks for "extra crust, please!". Yeah, cuz everybody wants more crust. I took about 1-2 bites and was already into the crust. What a joke. Who in the world would think that was an appropriate way to make a pizza? Are there (poorly) trained chimpanzees chained to the pizza oven? Mio's, you better check yourself. Last time I was there, a customer was telling the "manager" that he tried calling ahead for like an hour, and the manager told him that he'd taken the phone off the hook, "cuz we were gettin' slammed". Customer was not pleased. I like the flavor of your pizza (the part with sauce and toppings), but the value for my dollar is not there. At all. You have insulted me with what you served me this evening, and I don't think I can come back for future play-dates. Oh, and your Steak Hoagie sucks. Like JTM quality meat puck.

Just thinking about Mio's makes me drowsy with tedium, but I'll give it a go: We got Mio's delivery from the almost-no-seating Paxton location right after we moved to Cinci a few years ago, and it was pretty forgettable. But there's a Mio's with plenty of seating in the in-laws' new neighborhood, and, inspired by Yelp Mio's reviews, and we recently went to check it out. Aside from service, which was competent and friendly, this is a restaurant that seems like it long ago gave up trying to be exciting or delicious. It just felt tired. Mio's pizza is hardly inedible, but it seems like an archtype of some concession-stand pizza inspired by "Pizza Today" or some other pizza trade magazine. Pizza that is designed not to be fantastic but to be churned out as cheaply and proficiently as is reasonable. Sauce is not too bad--it's got a nice zing to it--but the crust is that typical gummy, spongy Cincinnati pizza crust, and the cheese seems rubbery and kind of cheap. (Is is possible that the dough is par-baked?) It's also kind of expensive for its marginal quality: a couple of medium pies with two toppings each were around $30. I admittedly haven't tried any of Mio's other food, but to judge by the appearance of various dishes at nearby tables, it looks similarly uninspired (bland-looking sandwich rolls, iceberg-dominated salads, etc.). The atmosphere in the cheerless, dated dining area was library-like. Other diners were either munching in silence or murmuring in undertones you'd reserve for church. (Why are people behaving this way in a pizza joint?) Top 40 "classics" bleated quietly in the background, and two small TVs were obligatorily tuned to ESPN with the sound off. As a couple of others noted, Mio's provides entertainment for your table in the form of Trivial Pursuit cards from an edition of the game from 1993 or therabouts. This is better than nothing, I suppose, especially if you're a big fan of "Laverne & Shirley" and Steve Urkel. As I said above, service on this night was rock-solid. The beer list is another plus: Founders and DogFish Head IPAs and a couple of other nice ones were on draft, so you can try to inure yourself to the dreariness that way.... Overall, Mio's is a pretty much a "Why bother?" kind of restaurant, at least at this location. There was a recent thread on Cinci Yelp featuring arguments about whether the term "meh" should be used in reviews, but this Mio's pretty much personifies it. And now it's nap-time.

Terrible customer service!!! Apparently their online ordering system does not communicate with their store system, so you can place an order, get a confirmation email and they will have no record of it in the store. I waited an hour for an order that was never placed. To top it off--the assistant manager told me their was nothing he could do and refused to expedite the order and get it sent out to me. He literally told me, "there's nothing I can do about it". Nice! You've lost my patronage, as well as that of my friends, family and anyone else I can tell. If I could give Mios "0" stars I would. Do not order from Mios Mt Washington!! The only thing you're guaranteed is poor customer service.

We get delivery from this place. Best pizza in the area. I really like the vegetable pizza without cheese. It has peas on it and sesame seeds. It's not healthy. It's good, pizza night filth for a vegan. I think the peas and sesame seeds make it good. Like they make it not the bread sticks you eat at every disgusting work pizza party. Like when I lived in Clifton, there were tons of good pizza joints. Now I'm living in this suburban wasteland and about to give extra stars to this place just for being here. Well. It's good, though. It's the best delivery pizza around here. It's not the best pizza I've ever had. I like the chewy crust a lot, though.

We have ordered from the Sutton Road location 3-4 times since we moved 3 minutes down the road 9 months ago. We have ordered various types of pizzas, steak hoagies, Saratoga chips and cheesy breadsticks. Nothing is particularly bad, but nothing to write home about either. It is more convenient and decently priced, than anything. One order that I placed over the phone (that was read back to me correctly) was messed up by the kitchen - wrong size Saratago chips and we received garlic bread instead of garlic sauce. When I called to let manager know they promised to fix it the next time and said they would make a note. Nope, didn't happen. We will continue to use in future, but won't highly recommend.

Pretty good. Not the best pizza I've ever had, but likely the best you'll find in this part of town. It's been my go-to pizza place since moving to this area a couple years ago. The dine-in option and experience sets it slightly apart from its competition. Delivery is always prompt, but sometimes it's nice to be able to eat a pizza somewhere other than in front of your own TV. The out-of-date trivia cards on each table are a nice touch, especially for those who are experts in Watergate-era politics and pop culture.

Mio's is a classic Cincinnati Italian restaurant, similar in style to the other local chain LaRosa's, but has it's good differences. Each location is locally owned and operated. They serve the classics, pizza, hoagies, pasta, salad, and wings. Mio's is different than all the rest when it comes to their pizzas. They make these stuffed pizzas that are phenomenal. Your toppings are stuffed inside between two layers of dough and then topped with cheese and sauce. It is SOOO good. I also enjoy the way they make their fettuccine alfredo. After the pasta is cooked and the sauce is added, they run in through an oven that browns the cheese on top and makes a crusty layer. If you are dining in, feel free to draw all over the tables! They cover the table with paper and provide crayons to you can go wild!
