Normally, I would have given IHOP 4 or 5 stars because they typically have great food and excellent service. Today was a bit different though. While the food was still excellent, the service was awful. Three different waitresses took our drink orders and the one who brought them out got it wrong. After asking several waitresses for my boyfriend's drink, it finally came out after we received our food. After we were about halfway finished eating, instead of drink refills, the waitress brought us our check and to go drinks. It definitely seemed like she was trying to push us out. The restaurant wasn't busy so there was no need for it. Overall, not my best experience here.

I've never had a good meal at an IHOP. Like I'm not expecting a lot, but come on. Anyway, I finally tried this one. WHY? I don't even know. Hands down, they serve the worst pancakes I've ever had. I don't have a single good thing to say about this IHOP. About IHOP in general: They are consistently awful. Like the next time someone wants to go to IHOP, they aren't going with me. As if.

Pecan chicken salad actually uses good greens it just isn't tossed and cut as well as it should be. About the only healthy item on the menu. While this is the stuff of Dr. Atkins' nightmares the strawberry shortcake pancakes can entertain the kids' tastebuds and even those of a mom who usually hates bread and carbs. But most of the pancake offers strike me as a bit of a rip and uncreative.

It's a good place to grab some moderately priced breakfast food late at night. I like their pancakes and waffles. The syrup and sauces are good. It's the closet once it the UC campus.

It's IHOP so it was exactly what we expected. I can't give it anymore than 3 stars because it is IHOP. If you want a place that is reasonably priced and is consistent, then IHOP is your answer. We don't eat out often so my 7 year old doesn't know that those Chocolate Chip pancakes were really as dry as could be.

I don't really have too many good things to say about this IHOP location. We pretty much decided to have breakfast here last weekend because our top two choices on Beechmont (First Watch, Waffle House), were both really busy. We both got omelets with a side. Though I do enjoy the fact that you can choose pancakes as a side, I tend to never be impressed with the food at IHOP. It tends to be pretty standard and flavorless, and really overpriced. Our server was not very attentive, and they really weren't exceptionally busy. We had to flag her down a couple things for things like sugar, hot sauce, refills, and a to go box. I really don't plan on going back to this IHOP location, unless it is an absolute last resort.

The absolute worst place on earth. After over an hour of waiting and no food that's all I could take. They should really drug test these people.

We sat down, at 11:00 PM on Thursday night and the waitress took our drink order. 60 seconds later and another waitress tries to take our drink order and tell her it's been taken. Ten seconds later, a third waitress comes and asks about our drinks and tell her the same. When our drinks were brought two of them were laughing about it because the manager was about to come and check on our drinks!!!! All within the first 3 minutes!!!!!!

The server we had, was brand new. and entirely over-whelmed at one point she had 5 different tables (Not including us) Took us near 2hours to get out of there Got distracted with a carry out order while we where waiting on a box and to pay Where i work you're not allowed more then 3 tables for 2 months FOR A REASON Or are you allowed anywhere near to-go/carry out for 3months (mainly because you're messing with the to-go persons $ and them possibly not coming back) We've been here multiple times and have had amazing experiences and stellar service The manager blew us off while we where trying to talk to him and didn't really care. As you SHOULD care about your servers and waitstaff it's not fair she had to deal with that. And you wonder why someone has HUGE turnover rate in employees

I enjoy eating at IHOP. They have "updated" IHOP. It looks really nice. However, the noise level more like a bar. :-((

Open 24 hours of day. Large omelettes, waffles, salads, pancakes. It was joke that my waffle for $7 came with 6 blueberries and 3 slices of strawberry and a teaspoon of whipped cream.

I go depending on the special, because I find that's when the food seems to be the most fresh. I've experienced terrible service at this location, as in it took a while to be seated and once we were we were ignored in favor of a table seated after us and ended up walking out. But other times, I've walked right in and been seated and had attentive service. Like Amy G, keep your expectations in check and you'll be fine.

Best Feature: I love the variety of the menu items! Worst Feature: The food isn't as flavorful as I'd like; I leave there feeling a big confused. I've never been too big an IHOP fan, but after going there recently for late night eats, I've actually been impressed with their menu! I've become pretty conscientious about eating healthy in the past few years, and though eating out is definitely on the less-than-healthy route, I really like that IHOP can provide a "Simple + Fit" section of their menu. Scattered about in the menu are items they designate has a lower caloric content than most, and what impressed me most is how delicious they are! They even provide a section to give advice on how to change your dishes to make it a little bit healthy (e.g. order no whip cream, choose turkey bacon instead of the usual bacon, etc.)! Awesome! The only thing I tried I hated was the spinach, tomato and mushroom omelette. If you're not a big spinach fan, avoid this dish. I am a decent fan of spinach, but I am picky about the way my spinach is prepared. These were big leaves that felt too much like wet paper in my mouth, and the flavor actually was strong enough to eradicate the rest. The service I get is commonly good, which is something nice to look forward to! I also LOVE their hours, as it can be tough to find a good place to eat late at night. It's in a great location in Anderson Towne Center, so it's easy to access and safe to walk around. I'd say the only drawback is, for me, the taste of the food. Though the food is very good, it's not quite packing all the flavors I enjoy with my food. It's leaves a "?" in my mind sometimes, depending on the dish I choose. I will definitely return again!

The good is, you can get a table on a busy Sunday morning. It is noisy though. The service is pretty hit or miss, but that is to be expected with a busy restaurant. My pet peeve, is cold or lukewarm food. Every time we have eaten at this location, the food isn't hot. Not even what could be considered warm. I'm not sure why they can't seem to achieve this simple task of keeping the food warm. I go there knowing not to have my expectations too high.

Stopped at ihop at 5:00 pm this Sunday. Restaurant was mostly empty. Had to wait 15 minutes for waitress Paulina to make an appearance. She then asked for our order even though we hadn't been asked about drinks. Placed our order and waited. A man and his daughter came in at least 20 minutes after we did and even though he spent a lot of time asking the same waitress lots of questions, he had his food by the time we gave up and left the restaurant at 5:45. Don't go to this ihop unless you are prepared to wait or if you have a man at your table.

The best part of this location is the servers, they're so nice and awesome! Big menu. French fries and roasted red potatoes are delicious. I often find the best time to go is in the wee hours of the night when everything else is closed and no one else is there, it's great to hang out at after the bars. Great for groups.
