My husband and I decided to watch our Packer game here while visiting for the Air Force Marathon. We sat in the bar area and had Monica as our server. She was great! She didn't check on us too much as to bug us but she was right there when we needed something. She had a great personality and our order was perfect. Our food came out pretty quickly considering they were busy with football and Monica kept our drinks full the whole time we were there. We had an overall great experience!

They may as well make this a self-serve location as long as it takes to get help. Twice I have been in and seen the same dark haired female manager in really unprofessional attire, chit-chatting, on her cell phone ignoring unhappy guests and distracting other employees, if she is in fact a manager there it's no wonder the standards and service are so awful. I had to get both myself and my boyfriends own menus from various tables, as our table and most others were lacking any at all, I also had to scavenge to find our own napkins, and ask multiple times for the SAME thing from our waiter. It wasn't even busy, we went after all the games were over and it was pretty cleared out. So glad to see a group of employees had time to sit around and eat together with the same dark haired manager (in what looked like gym attire) while my boyfriend and I sat there for over an hour, repeating ourselves and what we asked for... We actually had a male employee walk up to us and explain how BORED he was, and asked if we wanted some music on or the games because he needed to find something to do...I was going to suggest possibly putting menus and other items out on the tables and help with the orders but why bother, I won't be coming back..Yes, the mojitos are good..but when you have to remind the waiter 3 times about your drink you ordered 15 minutes ago, and wait an hour for a cold bunch of poorly sauced wings..it doesn't make up for it.. Glad the servers and management seem to have a good old time while they are there because we sure didn't. They really need to consider new management, and new or more quality staff and better service in general. P.S. The bartender was too busy chit-chatting with some guests to seem interested in actually doing her job...If I'm going to pay that much for a mixed drink I'll go somewhere the bartender doesn't make me feel like my order is an "inconvenience"

We showed up with a group of 25 unannounced and the staff here did an incredible job accommodating us. They quickly pushed some tables together and organized our separate orders. All of them were friendly and energetic. Great job! Only gripe I have of the entire experience was the music. I'm not a head banger type and some of it was screaming in my ears. Overall though, a great experience.

Had dinner after work with an old friend. The service was fast which was very nice. My only issue was how loud their environment is. Shouldn't have to yell to say hello. :-) still thought the service was great. Thanks

Worst food ever during the lunch hour. Service is horrible, and the food is cold, old, or full of mold (I have never had moldy food, it was just a funny statement). Do not eat here for lunch ever.

I've been to this location many times and have found them to be friendly and their service very good. One time I was standing around waiting for my wings an unusually long time...the manager noticed and gave me a $5 certificate. I did not prompt him in any way. My favorite wings are the chipotle rub. ..not too hot and not too mild. If you order and do a survey later, you can get a free order of 6 wings the next visit. They also have the texas hold'em game. Enjoy! Caio Chow

I had a problem with my buffalo chicken grilled cheese sandwich being burnt and they remade it. The second sandwich wasn't even browned. It was late and the kids needed to get home to bed so I didn't refuse the second after a short complaint. I'm the type to not complain and just not return. The waitress took it upon herself to inform the manager who came over to check on us. Without asking she apologized and comp'd the ENTIRE bill. Although the cooks that night were not so good, the service was remarkable. We will be back. All 4 stars for treating my family so well. Next time I'm sure the food will be better.

What a horrible experience. We waited for our server to even greet us and them had to wait another 10 minutes or so to get drinks. Adam, the server, then took another two orders for tables that were seated after us. We ordered and our food came out wrong. We decided at this time to just scrap the evening. When the manger came over to ask us how everything was we let her know the truth. She did offer to try and make it right but we declined. Was a bad experience made even worse by being called "Honey and sweetie". Will not be returning to this location.

A pretty typical B-dubs, the service and food were as you would expect, no issues at all. I did really enjoy the outdoor seating at this location, it was under a roof (sort of) with both ends completely open to the elements (nice sunny day when I went), but the seating was nice/newer patio furniture, they even had flat screens mounted on the exterior brick walls.

I had a very mixed experience at this BWW tonight. We went in with the plan of playing Buzztime trivia while we ate, but got two faulty buzzers (one immediately stopped working, the other lasted 3 questions). They did not have any more, so we had to wait for someone to leave. Since the reason we went in was to play the game, it was kind of aggravating. However, the manager went out of his way to make it up to us. He brought over complimentary chips and salsa, and took $10 off of our bill. The server also apologized repeatedly, and our food was pretty good. The lack of buzzers was just confusing, as the restaurant was pretty empty, being a weeknight. I have to imagine that it would be impossible to get them on weekends, or if you came in with a large group. The service was definitely five stars tonight, but when we want to play trivia, I have a feeling we will try a different Buzztime restaurant next.
