OK, I am in the BV area throughout the day and Bravo has become a regular lunch spot. I can tell you right now what to get at Bravo that will make you love the place. Crispy Shrimp appetiizer is awesome. Grilled Chicken Chopped Salad; this salad is the lightest most delicious salad. The sweet spiced pecans on it go great with the gorgonzola. If you get another entree make sure to get the Insalata Mista side salad- it is the best side salad at any restaurant I can think of. On the pasta side the Chianti Braised Beef Ravioli and their version of chicken parmesan with Romano crusted chicken is pretty nice. The ravioli is better though, even though the portion is small. On Sunday brunch you MUST try the Bistecca Benedict- this thing is outrageous. Small filet medallions over Romano crusted tomatoes, instead of English muffins with the typical Hollandaise and poached egg with a side of potatoes and grilled onions. The thing people must have at Bravo are the desserts. I think they have the best desserts of any chain I have been to. Honestly, I would pick at least 3 of their desserts over anything at The Cheesecake Factory. The best ones there in my order of preference are: Torta di Cioccolata, Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding, Creme Brulee, Budino Pudding (like a Nutella pudding), Cheescake, Tiramisu. I am telling you dessert here is pretty spectacular. I gave this place 5 stars because in Belden Village for lunch this is as good as it gets. Better steak at Lucia's for dinner, some better pasta dishes at 91 for dinner (see I do prefer the local places) but for lunch this is great. My only negative is the parking lot is poorly configured.

Great food, great atmosphere. It's priced accordingly, and the service is a little slow sometimes, but we always leave satisfied.

We haven't been her for a while and after our meal we couldn't remember why. We were here late afternoon so had no wait time. Had the basic spaghetti with meat balls and a pizza. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We will be back soon. With all the choices in the Belden Village and the Strip area, this has become one of our favorites!

I have only done lunches at this place, but found the menu and the food excellent. Good service. That is a 'chain' should not discourage you. This is not some massive national franchise with mediocre food and no character.

Salmon salad with dressing on the side was a 3-4 star experience doing down....

I usually like the food - but the last time I ate here they turned a negative into a positive. Our food ticket got lost in the kitchen so by the time we were served it was obvious that it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Told the server this when she checked back (my salmon was dried out & my husbands pasta was crusty). She ran the dishes back to the kitchen & got us new food. Then the manager stopped by, apologized & said that we would not be charged for our dinners - just had to pay for our drinks. That is the way to handle a bad situation & keep your customers happy.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
