Time/Day - 8pm, Sunday - As others have said it was moderately crowded but the line moved fast. This was my first time here, and yes it was clean and efficient. I liked the sign explaining the details to be found on each yogurt dispenser, like which are gluten free, dairy free, etc. But let me tell you what I really loved... omg, those little burstable strawberry boba things... If I could buy them somewhere, they'd be on my shopping list. Okay, well anyway. The yogurt was tasty, the topping selection was great, staff was friendly, place was clean. What more could you want? Bonus? It's right next door to what I'd say is one of the better Starbucks in the area. If only I could take a cup of Sumatra dark roast and have Menchies make it into instant fro-yo. Yeah, I know, I have a wonderful imagination.

So I'm trying to slim down and I had a hankering for a nice cool treat in this humid weather! My husband and I stopped in at Menchies (our first time here), I asked the employee how it works and she kindly and swiftly explained it to me .51 cents an ounce, can taste test and the labels on the machine indicate calories, etc! I got the waffle cone bowl (which I'll pass on next time as its 100 calories), vanilla snow & pure chocolate swirled, topped with strawberries and whipped cream. The total came to a little over $5. It was so delicious it didn't taste like a healthy choice at all! I'm glad I went! I wish I would have found out about their smileage points so I could have added that in registrationinfo.net/men… Not sure how it works but I will ask next time for sure!

Sampled some flavors. Plus got a strawberry shortcake froyo cake to celebrate summer and share with friends. safe to say it's healthier than carvel and DQ. $15 with voucher $19.99 original price, Service was so kind and friendly!

I'm going to keep this one short because I don't think my words will add much to what's already been said. Menchies is great. If you have a hankering for frozen yogurt, this is the spot. I like the concept - go around the yogurt bar, add your flavors and toppings and pay for it by weight - but it is by no means original or unique. That doesn't take anything away from it though because it's delicious and makes me and my family happy. My only real complaint is that it's a very small store with very little seating and is always packed. There have been plenty of times we've skipped a trip simply because we didn't want to fight the crowds. Otherwise, I love me some Menchies!

I love Menchies and this location is no exception! Summer before last, I went at least once a week. They hire friendly and competent employees who keep everything clean, stocked, and ready for large crowds. This location has little indoor seating but ample patio seating, so you may want to plan with that in mind. There's ample parking except during peak times, but it's rare to not find anything at all. The location is in a higher traffic area due to the highway and shops at Ridge Park Square, but it's also a convenient stop after running errands. With a Starbucks next door, it's easy to please everyone in the family. 4 stars, for me, means that it's a nice establishment with no glaring flaws but nothing particularly outstanding to push it into '5' territory.

Typical fro-yo joint. On our particular visit, they were crazy busy. I think the staff was feeling it because they weren't too kind and the place was a bit of a mess compared to some of the other frozen yogurt places I have visited.

Self service frozen yogurt with clean and friendly environment. The lines move pretty fast so there is no sugar crash problem :P A lot of outdoor seats. It's a nice place to hangout with friends and have some frozen yogurt. The location is awesome. There are so many other store in the plaza. It can be a rest place for an afternoon shopping !

How much frozen yogurt do you want? You pay by the weight so you can get as little or as much as you want. With their rotating selection of frozen yogurt flavors (I counted 16 when I was there) and every topping under the sun you'll have no difficulty finding something you like and accidentally filling your bowl. The toppings are fresh, the yogurt was great, and the store is well maintained. This Menchies is very small inside and has only a few tables to sit at. They do have additional seating on their outdoor patio - So if it's one of the eight nice days we have in Cleveland - That's an option! Sign up for their 'Smileage' card and earn one 'Smile' for every $1 spent. fifty 'Smiles' equals $5 off your next treat. You'll also get a special treat on your birthday.

I thought this was a smaller local chain, but they're pretty decently spread across the US and Canada... still nice to see something a little less run-of-the-mill at Ridge Park Square, particularly when most of the other locations are suburbs/exurbs much more higher-end than Brooklyn. If you know how any of the self-serve frozen yogurt places work, this is the same, but I like the setup of this location better. They have a big circular counter to accommodate their very large variety of flavors (much larger than other yogurt chains) and toppings (a little larger than other yogurt chains). The branding is so stinkin' cute and they were playing Radio Disney, so they're definitely very family friendly.

We went last night to try it out. The store is small, but the line moved very fast and the employees were helpful. Enjoyed the large patio and the yogurt was so good!

I don't need to tell you what's good about the place, you probably already know that. Great selection of frozen yogurts, sorbets (2 when we went) for those that need to avoid dairy, a good selection of toppings. The reason they lost a star was lack of attention to detail and cleanliness on the patio. The majority of tables and chairs had dripped yogurt or chocolate on them. They need to inspect and wipe the tables more often. If they sent an employee out every half hour, they'd probably only have one item to wipe down, and they'd be back inside in 1 minute while preserving a spotless image. Also I noticed that the patio had concrete work done at some point, and the concrete had splattered all over the nice black ornamental fencing and onto the flowers even. Whoever oversaw this job didn't get it cleaned up before it dried? I could see that happening, contractors won't do one inch more than they are forced to do. But the restaurant manager should have noticed and gotten it taken care of. In the big scheme of things this is small potatos, on the other hand, I would want my customers to sit back, enjoy their dessert, and see the patio being properly maintained and cleaned. Makes for a more inviting atmosphere leading to more future sales.
