Bar Louie isn't anything special but it isnt bad either. The food and mixed drinks are a little over priced and the service is a bit on the slow side (but that is expected with a place that is busy and full of people). They have a few vegetarian dishes that i think are taste.

The only reason that I eat here is because the restaurant is directly across from the movie theater. My feelings on Bar Louie are apathetic. They have okay food at an okay price with okay service and okay drinks. At night it becomes an attraction for 21yr olds with the noise volume of a dance club. I'm so apathetic about this place that I can't think of anything else to type.

I think this place is pretty darn good. Staff is friendly. Service is great. Food is tasty. The price is right. I also enjoy the atmosphere too. Dinner on the patio during the summer is great. They have a wonderful drink menu too. The fire pit in the spring and fall is great. It is a wonderful happy hour spot with the bonus of having great food. When at the Greene this is a definite stop on our list.

Concerning management, health, and service issues. I would strongly urge regional management to immediately perform triage on this restaurant. I would not eat here, I am skeptical of their mixology, the beer is warm and they have horrible bartenders. To expand on the last, their bartenders are frigid with customer service, they spend most time playing on their phones, and they spend noticeable time out back smoking and bantering with co-workers. It's obvious they have no idea how to work a bar or have any professional standards. There is visible mold (or worse - rodent droppings), especially around lights and air fixtures. With such visible evidence of sanitary issues, one could only imagine what is slightly out of our eye. Do not eat here.

Well my family and I have been here several times before and after movies and we've never been disappointed. Not only is the staff very friendly, but the service and the food has always been solid. I am a big fan of the apps here and you can have a full meal just off the apps menus! The hummus, calamari, and sliders are quite tastee.Burgers and Salads are good as well. The wine selection is varied - should be able to find a taste to please - and the beer selection has always been good from my view. Very comfortable surroundings, tho the last time we were there the music was a tad too loud for our tastes. Very convenient to the end of the Greene where the theaters are and an easy jump across the street to catch your show!

I had my first experience with Bar Louie last night and it was great! My companion last night said it wasn't very busy for a Friday night, but that just might have been due to the rain. We stayed about an hour before our movie started across the street and Bar Louie was great for drinks before the show. Two simple cocktails and a beer came out to $17 with tip. The biggest positive in my book was the atmosphere. Great bartenders and waiters with good service. It took a bit to get a table cleared so we could sit down, but it wasn't a terribly long wait. Last night was a 1920s theme with the employees dressed as such and the music was a selection of jazz and band music from that era. I was impressed with the place and will definitely be back.

This place was disaster, took forever to get served, totally understaffed, very poorly managed and the food was awful, other than that.....

Great place to hang out if you like to relax and enjoy some cocktails. I usually get the flat bread or a burger. Drinks are $9 but worth it!

Possibly the worst establishment ever. I've had many orders take over an hour to reach the table (if they reached the right table first), I've been kicked out with my friends for discussing amongst ourselves the fact that we didn't like the DJ, I've heard from employees that they've had a lot of trouble with the health inspectors. Other than that, I do have to say they have a couple dishes that taste alright (if you are able to drown out all knowledge and past experiences).

Went to BL tonight 4/6 around 8p before a movie to have a beer, it was 60 degrees, there were no clouds in the sky and the sun was facing the patio and they told us "it was too cold to sit on the patio" I wanted to say, you mean its too cold for you to walk outside for 50 seconds and give us our beer? Figuring this was for the customer to decide and kind of annoyed, I went next door and had a beer on the patio and had a great time. Won't be going back. BTW: you know that's a normal temperature in a place like San Francisco right? It was sunny and there was no cloud in the sky, seriously. You just lost some good paying customers.

I love this place. I highly recommend the Dirty Martini, The Pineapple Express, and the Mac and Cheese. The Burgers here are amazing and so was the service. The bartender with the shaved head is rad.

Me and my wife stopped in here for the first time yesterday, it was our first time here mind you and we were not properly greeted when we came in, and when the waitress by the name of Tori came to our table and asked what will we be having? First and foremost she did not introduce herself I had to ask whats your name she replied we are not require to introduce ourself well I thought that was odd because most restaurant servers will greet you and say Hi my name is and then ask how may i help you, well long story short she came off very rude and I will never eat here. It's sad that when you come to a place to enjoy a nice time and the server comes off as if she is better than the people coming into the establishment.

We were there a good while ago and really enjoyed the Drunken Fish. So today we went back. Well sad to say the place has SLIPPED A LOT. The fish was great last time lightly breaded and properly cooked... this time the breading was too thick, oh and seriously overcooked, in parts it tasted burnt. I will confirm what Sam B says about the tables... they were still sticky... two days later. Service was inattentive; to use the kindest word I can think of. I was asked 5 minutes after I got my first beer (when I still had half a glass) if I wanted another, and then not again until I was 2/3 finished with dinner. Mrs was never offered a refill on her Iced tea. The staff there was really very busy talking to each other, so much so that my frequent attempts to catch their attention with frequent looks into their direction were ignored. I'm not Gordon Ramsay but I think the place needs new management. Perhaps someone who has heard of the combination of soap and a clean rag with water to clean up the place. Doesn't beavercreek have a health inspector? Did I mention that the fish was full of grease that when cooled was disgusting. Six fish served three fish eaten, don't want to threaten my dog's health by taking a doggie bag home. The fries were good.

Today the service was HORRIBLE. The place was not that crowded and the bartender was non-existent. I should not have to track you down for food/drink orders. I usually enjoy my time at Bar Louie and have excellent service. I will not rule them out today, but hopefully next time my experience is a lot better.

Honestly I'm just gonna say it-this place sucks. It is probably one of the worst bars I've ever been to (and I've been to some really crappy bars). The service was terrible! The bar tenders and servers were rude and not very attentive to their customers. Oh, did I mention they gave my friends debit card to someone else to close out their tab? The bathrooms were disgusting and the food was below mediocre. Did I mention how expensive this place is?! 4.50 for a bud light? 9 for a poorly prepared martini? Don't waste your money here. I agree with everyone else- place needs new management.

I personally have never had a bad experience anytime I've been to Bar Louie. Yes, the prices are higher then you would pay at other places but for the quality of food it's worth it. The last time I was here was in late July on a Saturday evening with a group of about 20. The host never made reservation but Bar Louie did a fantastic job of making sure they were attentive to our group even though we were unexpected and they had another party of 20. We took up the patio, which is a great place to get a drink and some appetizer all while being able to people watch. If you go on a Friday/Saturday evening expect a wait because this is the Greene and it's were most people in the Beavercreek/Fairborn area go for nights out especially young adults.

Just ate lunch there and had a terrible experience. We were one of a handful of tables in the place and the server maybe had two tables. She was very pre occupied with something other than doing her job and no place to be found for most of the time we were there. Waited for first service, food took forever to get there and then was cold also. Then when she brought our food she auctioned it off. C'mon, really? You only have a couple of tables! A quick trip to the men's room showed towel dispensers either empty or broken off the wall, filthy mirrors and urinals with a weeks worth of chewed gum in them that had not been cleaned in a noticeably long time. Urine all over the place..... Perhaps this place should stick to being just a bar? I was being treated as a client to someone who works at the Greene so did not make a case out of it. I won't be going back.

Horrible experience. We came in and waited at a table for over 30 minutes without anyone coming up to us. We then went to the bar to get service. We ordered burgers. The burgers took 50 minutes to come out, causing us to miss our movie. The mens bathroom was over flowing from one of the urinals, they somewhat cleaned it up but opened it back up with puddles of urine and an awful smell in the mens room. Just an awful experience, and at no point did anyone apologize or seem to take any pride in their work. I did not see one bartender smile at any point. This place needs new management.

It took almost an hour to get cheeseburgers on dollar burger night and we only got them after we complained. Almost missed our 7:30 movie. Poor service, overpriced drinks, but thats what you get when you're at Bar Louie

Wow..... sticky tables, sticky condiments on the table and a waitress that was spaced out all the way to another galaxy. Lots of blank stares from her and SLOW service. She didn't come by at all to apologize or let us know that our lunch was going to be late, despite being an EMPTY restaurant at lunch time. We left after 32 minutes, still hungry.

Good drinks. OK food. Terrible service. One night I walked in, to a sign that said 'please wait to be seated.' (By the way, it was a pretty slow night... The restaurant was maybe 25% full.) They must have really meant WAIT. I waited. 5+ minutes?! Several waiters/barkeep saw me, no one came to help. Finally walked to the bar and several minutes later the bartender finally came over, and I asked about where to sit. Took a look around, no joke there were probably 8+ tables dirty, with no one sitting there, and no one cleaning up. remember, at this point I had been there almost ten minutes and in that time, saw no one cleaning up the dirty tables. I dunno, that Just grossed me out. I mean, what's going on in the kitchen if the area your customers see is so dirty, ya know? Needless to say, I left. I've only gone back with groups of people when I really had no input on where we were going. Never had a great experience. Food took FOREVERRRRRRR. Empty water glass and not once was it refilled. finallly went to the bar to ask for more water. c'mon, thats not too much to ask for! sheesh!! Definitely wouldn't recommend this spot. Too bad, the space is really nice.

I'm pleasantly surprised to say that last night was my first experience at Bar Louie in over 5 years that I haven't had any complaints. Our server, Kyle, was very attentive and friendly. He should be used as an example to the rest of your employees on how to treat customers. The happy hour menu here is probably the best at the Greene.

This location can't seem to figure out what good service is. we have been waiting for our check for 15 minutes. she hasn't even checked on us. this is typical for this location.

Worst customer service ever. This place clearly does not care what their customers experience or how it impacts their impressions of the place. A request to play the sound for World Cup matches was obliged by the bartender, and five minutes later, the kitchen manager made her turn it all off. He would not even come out to speak with our group. We simply wanted the sound on for the television we were watching. Management refused to even open a dialogue. The place was empty but for two tables, and I can now understand why. Kudos to the apologetic bartender, who clearly understands how to take care of guests, but shame on the management, whose refusal to consider our simple request, means none of us will be patronizing this place in the future. UPDATE: after speaking to the front of house manager, who was plainly empathetic, the bartender was allowed to turn on the volume. It was exactly the solution we hoped for, and it was very much appreciated by our group, one of whom was German and was joining us just for watching the match. Thank you to the bartender and the FOH manager for your assistance!

This dining experience left me speechless. I would not recommend Bar Louie and I will not return. On 6/2 my wife and I were at the Greene and decided to find a place for dinner; it was about 5:30 so most places were filling up pretty quickly. We decided to see if we could get into Bar Louie. The place was fairly empty and we were seated right away. We ordered drinks but I was brought the wrong beer. I told the server it was fine, no sense in wasting a good beer; of course since what she brought was more expensive than what I ordered, I was still charged the higher price. We ordered our dinner and an appetizer. After about 25 minutes the server came by and said our dinner would be out in just a couple of minutes. I asked her about the appetizer and her response was "what appetizer...oh I forgot to put that in" and walked away. Our meals came but were not quite right; I ordered a fried shrimp po'boy and got a grilled shrimp po'boy. My wife ordered the Turkey, Ham, and Brie sandwich; she asked them to make it all turkey because she doesn't eat pork. Her sandwich did come only with turkey, just one thin slice. So instead of substituting the ham with turkey, they just removed the ham. The food was decent, just would have been nice if it was what we ordered. A lady had walked over to our table, another customer, and asked if we had waited along time for our service. She said they had been sitting for over 15 minutes and had yet to be waited on. My wife explained our ordeal and suggested they may want to find somewhere else to eat; they left. Through all the missteps, what made us mad more than anything, was that the manager never once visited our table. When we got our bill, they tried to charge my wife for a more expensive glass of wine than what she ordered. We now understand why Bar Louie was empty. I would stay away from Bar Louie if all possible.

It was my buddy's birthday and we were going to see the new Batman movie at a matinee, so we stopped in for a quick birthday shot. Over $20 for two Irish Car Bombs. Ridiculous. That may have not been so bad if the bartender didn't measure EXACTLY a 1/2 oz of each liquor (1 oz total of Jameson and Bailey's combined). I've paid high prices for shots at other establishments before, but the bartenders were liberal with the alcohol and made it worth the price. Not the case at Bar Louie. Another reviewer from New York mentioned that we shouldn't complain about the prices here b/c it's like that everywhere in NYC. This is OHIO. If I want the NYC price I want NYC to go with it, not Beavercreek. Another reviewer mentioned that if you can't afford it, go somewhere else. That sounds to me like someone who didn't have to earn their money. I will absolutely pay for quality, and enjoy doing so, but spending my hard-earned money frivolously on exiguous amounts of alcohol is just foolish. That is just a narrative on the ridiculous prices. But I've been to Bar Louie a handful of times and the whole atmosphere is a joke. On weekend nights it is a meat market. If that's your thing, you better dress to the T and find and expensive looking watch. The crowd here seems superficial, with no imagination to go anywhere else in Dayton. So they dress up and pile in to the only "decent" bar they know. It's trendy in a generic sense, pandering to the senses of people who you would expect to buy only brand name clothing and shop only at the fancy Kroger. You know those people who dress up, put on make-up, and don't break a sweat at the gym? This is where they hang out. The only redeeming qualities that Bar Louie has are that the food is ok (but over priced), and if you just want to look at pretty people, they're here (imagine visiting an art gallery: don't touch, just look). I would return here only if I had a date that demanded it (and it would be the LAST date with that individual), or if every other bar in Dayton ran out of alcohol.

I wish I could sit outside in a beach chair sippin beverages and warn everyone about this place, but I will just do it here instead. If you're over 25, your too old for this place. They use very loud music to scare the old folks out - really. I had a very ordinary martini, and noticed the glass was cracked. (BTW - we paid when the drinks were delivered). Waited forever for someone to check back and see if everything was OK, but that didn't happend. So I went in search of help. The waitress was busy trying to get it on with a guy that looked like Robert Patterson, and he looked happier than a tornado in a trailer park. I showed her my glass. She nodded and took it away, not evey offering to replace it - and it was mostly full. That's OK, I was leaving anyway. There's too many other good places to drink at the Greene, and other places actually have edible food. Not bar crap. I would give a zero rating if I could. Besides, they don't even play "Louie, Louie" the greatest song of all time!

I live within walking distance of Bar Louie and have been there several time, only out of convenience. The food is decent and they have a fairly large beer selection, however the service is always horrible. Drinks are overpriced and nearly impossible to get. On weekend nights, the place is usually packed. They never have enough bartenders or waitresses working. You have to fight your way through the crowd and wait forever in hopes of getting a bartender's attention to give you a beer. It's almost not worth the hassle of pushing your way through the crowd to wait in line for a beer. You would think that a business wouldn't make it so difficult to purchase their products. This place needs more bartenders or beer tubs. It is a shame that this bar is so poorly managed. They are letting an excellent location go to waste.

I want to give NO stars. Let me start by saying that I have become ill after eating here previously but have eaten here a couple of times since and fared OK. I am always reluctant though because the place always looks filthy. Sticky floors, sticky tables and waiters and waitresses mopping down tables and the bar with filthy rags. I have also seen a bartender sample a cocktail before sending it out. Thursday night I decided to have a cocktail here after work and eat a light dinner. I had not eaten all day and the place was very close to where I work. I had a raspberry, peach bellini martini. It was good but not fabulous and was lukewarm. Not exactly the way I like to have a martini served so I stopped with one. I ordered the wedge salad and mac and cheese for dinner. Mac and cheese was good but nothing extraordinary. The wedge salad had an unfamiliar taste to it and I ate about half of it and stopped because I just could not figure out what the taste was. Service here was painfully slow but I attribute that to the kitchen. Our waiter appeared to be on top of things. After being at home for a couple of hours, I became very nauseated and started vomiting and having the usual intestinal issues one experiences with food poisoning. Today is Saturday and I am still unable to eat, still nauseated and running to the bathroom every hour. I have not eaten anything since Thursday evening. I called this morning and spoke to the Manager "CJ" who was very flippant with me and advised that it takes 24 hours for food poisoning symptoms to occur. Really moron???? Pretty certain this guy does not have "MD" after his name. I told him that was not true and I was going to probably be going to an urgent care facility today if my symptoms did not subside. He was very annoyed and basically told me "fine." Monday, I will be checking their inspection records at the Greene County Board of Health (since you cannot do it online). I would bet they have been written up a lot! After I posted my experience on my FB page, I was messaged by many people telling me they had similar experiences when eating there. I won't be going back...NOT EVER. Bar Ewwwie............

Food sucked, Alcohol sucked. Bought a mojito, was $9! Of course the drink menu doesn't list prices. Didn't even get a buzz, was there alcohol in it? I'm not entirely sure. Louie Burger was kind of good Service was ok Buffalo chicken pizza was crap

Even though the drinks are a little pricey the food is great. I have been a couple times now and had pretty good service each time. Went on a dollar burger night and had a great time. In my opinion this place is better to go for dinner and drinks rather then an evening out at the bar. Drinks are too expensive to that.

Much of my disdane with this restaurant lies in the fact that the service is horrible. This is really just a glamorized sports bar, with the typical snotty 19-year-olds who really don't care about your dining experience or the fact that your food isn't quite edible. I've remember enjoying the fish tacos on my first visit but I wished hadn't ordered them on my second visit. You will enjoy Bar Louie if you: -appreciate waiting an hour for a burnt $1 burger on Tuesdays -Like servers who doesn't actually look at you while rattling off the 'specials' of the day, let alone smile -Are a bar-hopping bride-to-be with a t-shirt that says 'suck for a buck' -Are the guy who will gladly obey the instructions on the bride-to-be's t-shirt

Tonight I had to go to the Greene to return a pair of pants I bought online. This is not by any means a regular visit, although it was a nice night so walking around outside and checking out the eyesore that is the Greene was not as repulsive as it usually is. We were both hungry but weren't feeling like cooking, but we also didn't want to drop $100 on dinner someplace swanky, so we decided to stop by B.L. after checking out the menu and deciding that this bar food had enough potential to try. First warning sign: seat yourself, no hostess available. Translation: you may or may not actually be seen coming in and sitting down since it's hardly light enough to see what you're eating. Second warning sign: it takes 10 or so minutes for anyone to notice we're there, my wife orders a drink and I hesitate for a moment, and the server is gone. I flag her down on the way back to get a beer - I got a draft Stella and she got a fairly decent Mojito. We get our drinks quickly enough, but then our server disappears. She never asks if we'd like anything to eat, and scoots by several times without so much as a glance. Third warning sign: the treacherous mix of old, college, and other douchebag types literally screaming at the Eagles/Cowboys game on TV (I didn't realize this was a sports bar - one or two of these guys probably had their facepaint in the car). We finally get to order, and the food comes out. She orders nachos with blackened fish instead of the chicken, and I order the fish tacos (cabbage, fish, chipotle mayo, guac, mango salsa, beans and rice). Her nachos are ok, my tacos are ok, but everything is just barely hot. The tacos are supposed to have cabbage, but have what I can only describe as Burger King shredded iceberg on top - the mayo was fine. The rice has a noticeable crust (which I can't stand - crunchy rice is not my cup o tea), and when I try the salsa - hmmm....mango salsa with raw fish juice perhaps? Seriously, I could smell it sitting in front of me - it was as if they poured the juice from thawing fish into the salsa, and then cooked it (the fish that is - pretty much repulsive). I eat around the salsa, we let the server know about the salsa once she comes back like a million years later, and after too long and $40 bucks we're out the door - never to return. Unless that is I have to get a lawyer after getting a serious case of food poisoning from the fish mango salsa and they have to be served - but that remains to be seen. They earn a second star for the decent mojito - which is uncommon.

This place is alright by me. If you're going on a weekend evening, I would get there early for a table or make a reservation. They have a hide-away area where I'm pretty sure they sit the "undesirables". I know because we were put there once and apologize to because there weren't any tables left in the main area with all the cool people. The boneless wings here are really good and you get a lot of them for a moderate price.

The happy hour prices are fair. The service at the bar was great. Fast and attentive. The facilities are well kept and the outside lounge looks awesome. Busy. But it was nice out. So it's expected. The food that I had (BLTT) was ok. Not much flavor.

This place nose-dived into a pile of crap. I like their happy hour & my son loves $1 burger on Tuesdays. Unfortunately, we don't eat here like we used to since the food is terrible and the service is extremely slow. Not worth the wait for food, but I do like their drinks :)
(2)
FreshTake '.
Food is way over priced, the mixed drinks are TERRIBLE! if they are any type of "busy" food will take forever to come out also. We have given this place SEVERAL attempts (for dollar burger Tuesdays, etc); and they still have never been impressive :/ But the fries are really good if they're fresh; they have good seasoning and some lime juice flavor :) yum. Thus we will continue to go just knowing we have to deal with the slow service and never ordering mixed drinks :P The waitresses are normally not that friendly either, except we did have one that was good, don't remember her name :( The one guy waiter (short Asian, sorry for the politically incorrect description) is actually great though :)

We only went to experience the fantastic time that is dollar night. When we arrived there was no hostess at the front and no staff to be seen anywhere. To be fair, the place was absolutely packed, but we did wait around for a good five minutes before anyone showed up. We came back after our movie and the crowd was a good reminder that I'm 26. Clearly too old to be out on a Wednesday among the youngins. The post-industrial-modern vibe is very out of sync with the crowd. I am no fun. If you're under 25, a frat bro, or have a fake ID, you probably will not mind Bar Louie. Perhaps I will return on a different night, though there wasn't much encouraging me to come back.

Being from the NJ/NY (notice NJ was first) area, I am used to high priced alcohol but for Dayton/Beavercreek I was a little taken aback. Mind you, we went a couple of times here (as if the first time around wasn't enough to be like, stay away) and never ordered food so this review is simply for drinks, service and atmosphere. Drinks: Tall beers (not sure if they had more than 1 size) of Sam spring were only $5.50 so I guess I say "only" since I am immune to it. A couple of others had mixed drinks and I really wasn't surprised by the cost...but for the area I am sure it's a little high. Service: Bartenders were hit or miss. Sometimes they asked you need anything often and sometimes they disappeared. The place wasn't busy either night we went and it was the same bartenders. In regards to personality they really had none. All business. I guess when you deal with a young crowd you kind of tune people out. Atmosphere: Large bar in the middle of the place. Plenty of seats and the place, as mentioned before, is a college-esqe crowd. It was interesting people watching though. Food: didn't have any but we did view the menu. Nothing really stood out. It's your run of the mill, chain bar/restaurant...

A good place to go before 9-10 o'clock on the weekends. The food is decent and they usually have good specials. Wait staff is attentive to the fact that many people are eating before they go see a movie across the street.

For a good time and good drinks this is one of the best places around Dayton. People complain about the prices, but theses people are cheap and all they care about is mediocre service and food should go elsewhere.

First and probably last time at Bar Louie. We wanted to pop in for a quick bite and drink before the night. We finally left 2 and a half hours later. Food was ok. Drinks were weaaaak! Service terrible. Watching six waitresses and waiters hang out and play on their phones while we waited for one guy to handle five tables in between his social time, sucked. Had to ask for a check 3 times. Appetizer was really good not good enough to endure that staff though. Two drinks two sandwiches and an app shouldn't be sixty bucks. Save your money, there are plenty of better places to eat drink and hang out at the Greene.
(2)

If you're looking for a chain with standard fair, this place is for you, but don't expect much else. Located in the Greene, Bar Louie is more bar than a restaurant. There beer selection isn't great, and what they do have is pricey. They have a lot of specials to get you in the door where the prices are better, but still not great. The food is just ok, and the service tends to be slow or nonexistent once your food arrives. Save your self some money and go find a good local place on Yelp.

Like the food, crowd seems to be getting younger and younger throughout the years. Five years ago the customer base seemed more established, now it has become a party house. Hopefully they open another teen bar down the street so Louie can be restored back to its original condition.

The drinks are outrageously priced. The food is the same shit you can order any where, but it's triple the price. It's full of sorority girls and frat boys. Can't stand the place. $10 shot of Petron? Ridiculous.
(2)

Way over priced, yuppie and they are always out of cups and beer. Not sure who manages this place but they need to learn how to stock their food, beer, and cups.

Bar Louie has a great atmosphere, but the food and service is below average. I ordered a sandwich and asked for a side salad instead of the fries. The size of the salad was pitiful. It was in a small oval bowl with a volume similar to a coffee cup. I seriously ate the salad in 3 bites. My sandwich actually had more lettuce. The beer prices are also unreal. The beers were $6.75 each. I just got back from NYC Times Square, and it was cheaper there.

My friends and I went to lunch, it was very slow and the service was terrible!!the food was good but very over priced. Wine is 8 a glass so beware, the deal was beer 1.25 on Wednesday. I wouldn't go back but if you go bring your wallet and be prepared to wait! Another thing is clean the dust off the tvs hanging above the tables!!! Gross!!!

I have been a repeat customer to Bar Louie with some friends because our waiter is very helpful. Since we have visited several times, I think he understands our preferences for drinks and food. He always seems enthusiastic, and always delivers our food exactly the way we ordered it and is very proactive with being efficient. If I order food, I usually order hummus with pita and one or two drinks to accompany it. I will definitely visit again if my friends and I decide to have a nice evening out. It has a casual (but loud) atmosphere.

Good bar atmosphere. They have a number of televisions for watching sports. Good range of beer choices. Service was just ok. Our drinks sat empty for a while. My biggest complaint: I ordered a 4 taco platter. Sounded like a good quantity of food. But each taco was tiny. I could have fit a whole one in my mouth, if I had tried (i actually consumed then in two bites, but could have in one, if I had tried). My wife got the fish and chips. She thought it was ok. I ate what she did not (since my tacos were so small) and thought the fried fish was pretty good. If you are at the Greene, there are better places to eat.

(3)Tracie F.

(4)John L.
This place was disaster, took forever to get served, totally understaffed, very poorly managed and the food was awful, other than that.....
(1)Richard Z.
Great place to hang out if you like to relax and enjoy some cocktails. I usually get the flat bread or a burger. Drinks are $9 but worth it!
(4)Nathan H.
(1)Andrew S.
(1)Phil S.

(1)Chantily R.
Today the service was HORRIBLE. The place was not that crowded and the bartender was non-existent. I should not have to track you down for food/drink orders. I usually enjoy my time at Bar Louie and have excellent service. I will not rule them out today, but hopefully next time my experience is a lot better.
(3)Katie S.

(4)Tom M.
(1)KP K.
(1)James G.
It took almost an hour to get cheeseburgers on dollar burger night and we only got them after we complained. Almost missed our 7:30 movie. Poor service, overpriced drinks, but thats what you get when you're at Bar Louie
(1)Frank P.
Food just ok, service was good.
(3)Sam B.
Wow..... sticky tables, sticky condiments on the table and a waitress that was spaced out all the way to another galaxy. Lots of blank stares from her and SLOW service. She didn't come by at all to apologize or let us know that our lunch was going to be late, despite being an EMPTY restaurant at lunch time. We left after 32 minutes, still hungry.
(1)molly h.

(4)Rebecca F.
This location can't seem to figure out what good service is. we have been waiting for our check for 15 minutes. she hasn't even checked on us. this is typical for this location.
(2)Erica H.

A dollar burger night on Tuesdays and $1 beer night on Wednesday :)

(1)Matt B.
(2)Sharon H.
(1)Theresa F.
(1)Melissa T.
Even though the drinks are a little pricey the food is great. I have been a couple times now and had pretty good service each time. Went on a dollar burger night and had a great time. In my opinion this place is better to go for dinner and drinks rather then an evening out at the bar. Drinks are too expensive to that.
(4)Elizabeth W.
(2)John M.

(3)Andrew M.
The happy hour prices are fair. The service at the bar was great. Fast and attentive. The facilities are well kept and the outside lounge looks awesome. Busy. But it was nice out. So it's expected. The food that I had (BLTT) was ok. Not much flavor.
(3)A-Tam B.
This place nose-dived into a pile of crap. I like their happy hour & my son loves $1 burger on Tuesdays. Unfortunately, we don't eat here like we used to since the food is terrible and the service is extremely slow. Not worth the wait for food, but I do like their drinks :)
(2)FreshTake '.
(2)Lauren C.
So slow, took over an hour to get the food. The drinks we got were not even listed in the menu. The food was ok but not the best
(1)Anne W.
(2)Pasquale R.
(3)Cameron W.
A good place to go before 9-10 o'clock on the weekends. The food is decent and they usually have good specials. Wait staff is attentive to the fact that many people are eating before they go see a movie across the street.
(3)Michael M.
For a good time and good drinks this is one of the best places around Dayton. People complain about the prices, but theses people are cheap and all they care about is mediocre service and food should go elsewhere.
(4)Todd F.
(2)Daniel W.

Ridiculous.

Love the Chicken Nachos. They offer a very fun Bachelorette Party!

Food was good, service was quick. I, as a former server, was impressed. If you're lucky enough to sit in Kate's section, you'll be well taken care of.
