Food Suggestions to Maintain Cholesterol Level at Applebee's
The restaurant is clean. The food is as you would expect for a chain. Often the staff has customers waiting to be seated when there are plenty of tables. Also with the staff, no matter what conversation is at a table the staff talk over the customers. I find this to be rude as a server should approach a table and wait to be recognized before speaking. This staff walks up to the table and just begins talking loudly to stop all conversations. I have brought both issues to the manager numerous times, which results in me being treated like I am a problem.

On our way home to New York from California we order 2 orders of hot wings to go, we got there I didn't see anyone working so I went to the bar where I was told the wings would be ready to be picked up, I was greeted by a blonde lady that seemed pretty friendly, I went back to the car and my husband opened his blue cheese to find a tomato in it.. We thought okay not a big deal we will just go ask for a new blue cheese. He went in explained what happened the lady said okay she'd get him a new one, she didn't take the dressing from him, she walked to the back came back 5 minutes later with a tray of ice cream Sunday's she sat down at a table and started eating them with her co workers, my husband asked if she by any chance got the blue cheese and she said no she had someone else ring in the order. After a long drive is just expect a little more from some people. Not to mention all apply bees is double crunch bone in wings now and ours weren't double...

My daughter has been asking for months to go to Applebee's for her ninth birthday. So we did tonight...well we tried. We arrived and the hostess informed us there was a ten minute wait due to the cooks being a bit behind. They had several available tables but they had my family wait in the entree way. There was a bad storm and cold wet wind blowing in every time someone came or left. My kids got hit by the door a number of times due to the tight space. After 20 minutes the hostess said it would be just a couple more minutes. Well, 15 minutes later we left. I guess empty tables can't be filled until the cooks are caught up. We were all very disappointed, wet, and cold. My daughter has no desire to ever go back. Thanks Applebee's for disappointing a nine-year-olds birthday.

Worst bar service ever !. I asked both bartenders for sour cream and salsa for my quesadillas and they both said the same thing, " right away sweetie". I never got it. But I think they figured that out when I left and did not even leave a dime on the bar for them. Besides, the quesadillas pretty much sucked.

Once again another disappointment. Ordered the 7 oz sirloin and the wedge salad. Steak was chewy and bland and salad was skimpy on the toppings. Even the waitress noticed and brought us more dressing, the wrong kind, but at least it was more. Service was good, but I walked away not wanting to come back.
