This Chipotle is responsible for starting my insatiable burrito addiction many years ago. I hate to think back at how many of the things I've eaten. This location usually gets super busy during lunch, so I try to either go early or a little late to avoid the rush. It can be really difficult to grab a table if you have a group and you go in the middle of lunch. There is a nice sized patio to eat outside when the weather is cooperative. Although I thoroughly enjoy my relationship with Chipotle, if Qdoba opened shop up here....I'd have to cheat on her!

Ordered burritos for my fiancee and I on our way home from the Great Lakes Science center via the Chipotle app. Walked in, picked up our burritos, walked out. Great food, at a great price with an uber-convenient app? What's not to love?

All Chipotles for the most part taste the same. You go their expecting a certain taste and get it. HOWEVER, this 2 star review is for the awful, painful to watch and experience service. I don't know how 6 people at the counter could turn over customers so slow. Also on our visits we have experienced pretty rude and short service and had to repeat them more than 3 or 4 times.

This Chipotle takes their customers for granted. The service is awful. The line could be 30 people long and they never have any sense of urgency to work faster. Also they constantly cross-contaminate their salsas. I love the hot salsa but everytime i go here there is a huge drop of sour cream mixed into the salsa. It is gross and just lazy that they slop everything around. The counter workers have no personality and they are so slow!

This Chipotle isn't so great. The guy who was working gave me a sneer when I said I wanted more than the pittance of beans he put on my burrito. Then when he got to the meat and gave me (seriously) less the half of what Chipotle dolls out I stared at him until he gave me the rest. Dude was so mad. (Win.) But it tasted good!

This stores staff has awful literacy skills. This is the FIFTH time I've ordered the SAME combo of bowls/burritos via online... And they MAKE THEM ALL BOWLS. They're always quite slow with online orders, this service defeats the purpose if you're waiting 15-20 minutes after the scheduled ready time. All the while the staff is taking time at the register to hug and say by to their coworkers and chat. Service is mediocre at best.

I'll start this review by saying that what triggered this review was a mistake on my part. I have been ordering online from this location for a quite a while as I don't like to wait in the long lines at lunchtime. I always order two burrito bowls. Well today I thought I ordered two as usual but I accidentally ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl. I didn't know I had. When I picked up my order I told the cashier that my order was wrong. He handed it to the manager that took the bag and I noticed he was agitated at the he fact he had to make a new one. Noticing his attitude I said don't worry about it that I didn't have time and I'd take the order as is. Well he proceeded to tell me with a bit of an attitude that the person that ordered it ordered a burrito bowl and a burrito. I said I ordered it and are you sure because I always order two bowls. He then raised his voice and very loudly (with a very negative tone) said "it's in the computer that way...you want to see it!" The people in line all turned around to look. I said I'm just checking because it's never happened before I have meals saved in the app. He then just about yelling said "well you're wrong!!" At this point everyone was looking. I still didn't know at this point that it had been my mistake but I've never been yelled at before by restaurant staff and for sure not by a manager! At this point I said I'm not coming back to this place he said again almost yelling "fine... No great loss!!!" Well I still love chipotle food. I'm just never ordering from this location as long as it's this manager on duty. Mistakes happen but I would never dream of yelling at one of my customers at work like he did. Especially with a line full of people. I thought it was rude and unprofessional. And saying fine no great loss!! I deal with these situations with my customers from time to time and never have I done this. Had I seen him do this to any other customer I still would have felt this way. Anyway enough ranting. Just to say this review gets one star for the experience with the manager and how he handled the situation.

I use the chipotle app to order once a week or so for work. Foods decent, tastes like any other chipotle. But regardless of what time I set to pick up my order, it's never made. A couple times I've arrived 10-20 minutes after the time I set and it still wasn't made. They need to prioritize this.

Had to wait for 10 minutes during lunch for Steak to be available..in the meantime rice and beans got cold - was given an attitude when asking for hot rice and beans. Told manager, he said would give a discount - looking at bill, never applied!

Whether I get the chicken tacos or the chicken burrito bowl, a bottle of water or a Corona, the quality is always consistently good no matter which location I'm at. The chicken always taste good, and the fresh tomato salsa has a great cilantro flavor to it.
