The food is DELICIOUS. Great breakfast sandwiches in particular. However, it is very disorganized, and service is therefore usually pretty slow. In my opinion, the deliciousness of the food outweighs the time I have to wait though!

The workers at this location are horrible and rude, which I've noticed is a trend in a few other reviews at this specific Brueggers. There's really never been a warm greeting, and they pretty much ignore you for as long as possible. I've tried about 5 different times to give this place a second chance. I don't think this location will be around much longer.

I know it's a chain but these are by far my favorite bagels ever. Every time I even think about a bagel I think about Brueggers. I have actually had a sandwich too, it was a smoked salmon on an everything bagel with capers and cream cheese....mmmm it was so fantastic. The flavors were perfect together and it was delicious. The everything bagels are my favorite but I am pretty sure any kind of bagel you get will be perfect chewy goodness!

Stopped in for a quick lunch on Memorial Day. This was the only place open in the area. There was nobody in here when we came in, so the service was quick. I had a roast beef panini with swiss cheese and roasted red peppers. It was pretty good. The sandwich is quite large, and I didn't finish the whole thing. My dad had some sort of egg breakfast bagel sandwich and he seemed to like it. This place was just alright, I think I prefer Bagel Me! more though.

I find Bruegger's bagels to be superior (amongst our local shops), but the poor attitude and service I get at this location is such a turn off. We'll stick to Einstein's from now on.

I used to live within 100 yds of this place and never went to it. After moving away, I was in the area and decided to stop by. Poop I don't know if it's common to hire only persons with no understanding of the English language or what(not foreigners, I don't care about that. I mean people who just never bothered to grasp their home language), but I could not get any of these people, charged with just putting cream cheese on a bagel, to understand what I was saying. "Whaa?" is not the most pleasant thing the 15th time around. The food was okay. I mean, there's nothing special about a bagel with half an inch of cream cheese unless the bagel is made really well. And it wasn't. I gave it 2 stars because the pumpkin-spice coffee(not latte) was very good. I suspect the employees had no hand in making this.

WORST BRUEGGER'S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO: If you value good service at a restaurant like Bruegger's, the Merriman Valley location is not for you. I have been going to Bruegger's for many years and I love the bagels and especially enjoy the occasional bagel breakfast sandwich in the a.m. For some reason, the workers at this location are absolutely horrible. They are very slow and often appear confused when you tell them what you want. Not to mention, there is a line problem in this store. If you order a bagel or other food and begin to move down the line, it is possible for people to walk in the restaurant and go right to the register because they are only ordering coffee, and hence, cut in front of you despite the fact you have been waiting in line for 10 minutes and are probably spending more money because you are also buying food. This problem is easily solved - rope off the area and create two lines. After all, there are two registers. If you find yourself in this situation- which I have - the workers are obviously too oblivious to notice your frustration. As I said, I enjoy the occasional bagel sandwich in the morning, but when I exit the restaurant with the feeling of wanting to punch each stoned employee in the face, it doesn't exactly make for an enjoyable start to my day. It is also worth mentioning that the person who I think is the manager, is part of this group. Meaning, the manager is part of the problem.
