I ordered dinner from her tonight and the food was ok but the person who answered the phone had an attitude. I am not going back again. David King and Great Wall are much better.

I ordered Delivery via their website, and was not pleased by this place. The delivery on the website says "Fast" - It took around an hour. The delivery guy called and it was very difficult to explain to him where I am (I live in a complex). He wasn't very personable. The food was meh. I ordered General Tsos, Vegetable Lo Mein and Crab Ragoons. The ragoons were old and dry and nasty. There was no sauce for it either - usually there is a sauce to dip. General Tsos was so so. Not bad, but nothing special either. Same for the lo mein. Trying out a few different places in the area, and this one is not one I will return to.

In general, I'm weary of most hole in the wall places like this. There's very little space to keep up with, yet somehow everything manages to feel grimy. I still ordered chicken and broccoli, which was made proptly. Unfortunately, while sitting down to eat, I watched the health inspector yelling at the staff, because raw chicken was left thawing on the counter for over an hour. Apparently, she told them repeatedly to prep it and refrigerate it, but that direction wasn't followed. I'm very interested to see how low of a grade they're given, and even more interested to see if my food makes me sick.

The food is pretty bad. How can a Chinese resturant not make decent won ton soup? Whats with the soggy red egg rolls too. The women behind the counter has attitude issues. That is when she Is not IGNORING YOU!

Decent food. Crabby service. Been here twice...I went back the second time because I liked the eggroll and assumed the lady behind the counter was just having an off moment. Turns out I was wrong. She's just a nasty person who sells good eggrolls.

DO NOT ORDER from this restaurant. I placed a simple order and was told it would take 35 minutes to deliver. It took an hour and 20 minutes. When I called after an hour to find out where my food was, the woman pretty much hung up on me and said my food was out for delivery. I waited another 15 minutes and called again as the restaurant is only a half mile from my house. She insisted the delivery guy was waiting outside. He obviously was not. This was my first time ordering from them. Never again. Try Red Plum. Much better service!!!!

I agree with other reviews referring to the people who work here. The people working here were pretty grumpy. General tso chicken was awful. Fried rice and eggroll were good. Prices were average.

This is my favorite local Chinese take-out restaurant. Their food is fresh and made to order promptly. It is a fantastic value. I would give it six stars if I could.

Had to go up to White Plains for work (live in Brooklyn). Place was recommended to me by a client, the food is actually pretty good and the delivery is pretty fast. I ordered the Sesame Chicken and it was delicious, whole white meat, good sauce, not too much breading.

I wish I could give negative stars! This place was recommended to me for their great wonton soup. I tried it, and it is very good. However, the second time I ordered from them, I found a piece of metal in my food. It was a piece that broke off of the steel wool they used to clean the wok. When I called them and told them, they tried to refuse to return my money. They said if I took even one bite of the food, they would not give my money back. Of course we took one bite...the metal was mixed in! I told them I was going to contact the Department of Health. Then, they only wanted to refund for that part of the order even though there was NO WAY we were eating anything they sent us after that, and the woman on the phone actually laughed at us for demanding our money back. She said we could have a $5.45 credit the next time we ordered! Finally my wife went down there and they took the food back and gave us our money back. If they would have immediately apologized, offered us a refund, and tried to do the right thing, I would not have an issue. Accidents happen. But this was ridiculous! Avoid at all cost! There are dozens of chinese restaurants on Mamaroneck Avenue. Try David King or Seasons for much better food, much nicer people, and no hassle!
