Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

This place seriously sucks. The woes of trying to find a decent place to eat in Coney Island, and you would think a chain such as a Subway would at least be decent enough to have mediocre food for a fair price, but think again. The location is sweltering hot, like the depths of mount doom hot. The service is like trying to order from a telemarketing service who doesn't listen and gives you attitude when you've already given them what you want and don't respond when they repeatedly ask you the same question about which accoutrements you want on your sandwich. I already told you dick. It's like speaking directly to the sandwich that you want but not being able to get it because sandwiches don't speak. Speaking of which, they have none of the ingredients they advertise...ever. I currently went with a friend who ordered a spicy Italian sandwich, and they didn't have provolone or salami, and they wouldn't replace the meat option. He had to go with a double pepperoni. WHAT THE HELL?!?! What a F!@king measly sandwich! I ordered a spinach and turkey sandwich with avocado and guess what... yea, you guessed it. No spinach or avocado. Don't even think about getting the combo either. The rumors are true. These f!@ktards are charging $0.50 for refills, even though the fountain drink station is on the outside of their little protective area. They stare at you behind their counter like incessant overprotective critters guarding their precious ring, waiting for you to come to the station and yell at you if you attempt to quench your thirst with a second round of a tasty beverage of your choosing. The place seems sanitary but staying there longer than usual waiting for customers do give their orders to a brick wall, I've never seen any of the employees cleaning any tables or floors. To reiterate on this or in conclusion, this place sucks, don't go here You'll have a better time picking another persons ass hairs while eating pomegranates.

The people here seem nice enough and the place is always clean but the service is terrible. I have gone here several times and every single time I have to repeat myself a million times and still I need to keep a ridiculously close eye on the person helping me because they are guaranteed to get my order wrong. I've never ordered anything complicated but they'll always skimp on toppings and put on things I've explicitly asked to be kept off. It's my own fault for going back again, but with the location and the options for affordable food late at night on Coney Island, they kind of have a captive audience. Here's hoping they've hired competent workers by next summer.

I have stopped by this location several times but I haven't always been satisfied. They are always out of sandwich items. The last two times that I've stopped by here they were out of my favorite cheese - Swiss- and they always try to get me to substitute with cheese that I don't like. This visit was no different so I didn't bother continuing with my order. If my sandwich can't be made my way I don't want it.

Shit service, so rude. Asked me what I wanted and when we said meatball on wheat and just stared at me and my friend (we are from Aus/NZ) and laughed as if we were speaking another language. Got both our sandwiches wrong and were literally growing the salads on top. Won't be coming here again. Would get better responses from a brick wall.

Sandwiches are built with the bare minimum of whatever few ingredients they happen to have on hand. Don't bother asking for a cup of tap water, because apparently that is in scarce supply too.

They are dead serious about charging you 50 cent for refills here. It seems like they stay behind their station as a barrier for protection. I saw a bum go inside for employees only thinking it was a bathroom and the employees kicked him out quick. There isn't much room to sit and enjoy the meal and it was hot in there when the temperature was 90s outside. Place was clean even though I didn't see any employees come out to clean the tables. (**)
