Even though they gave me a horrible torta I still decided to go back and try the tacos since my husband kept telling me that they are to die for, and I'm soo happy I did! Those tacos are AMAZING, never had tacos this good before!! Thank you guys.. please don't ever change your tacos recipe!!!!!!

Delicious, traditional and cheap Mexican food! This place is a must go! This place has great service and even better food. The tacos al pastor and suadero tacos are killer!

Taqueria Izucar is my escape from my terrible life. Whenever I feel sad, which is all the time (don't worry, I'm ok), I get three tacos al pastor from Taqueria Izucar. It lifts me from the infinite, black, whirlpool of lacrimosity which comprises my existence. If I there were a powerful emerald atop Mount McKinley that promised to imbue me, in perpetuity, with the catharsis I experience when consuming a taco al pastor from Taqueria Izucar, I would make it my conquest. I'm sorry if this review depresses anyone. I know my sadness sometimes rubs off and that's why I try to keep to myself, but if you are sad like me I recommend you try these tacos no matter where you are in the world.

Awesome tacos! Even more awesome for $1.50 a taco! What a steal!! I've been going here the past three days and I highly recommend tacos al pastor. Nachos were okay....70% chance I'd get them again but tacos are definitely their signature.

Most authentic tacos I've had so far, but that doesn't mean they're great. Cheap, with cilantro and onion, with salsa verde and roja available:AS A TACO SHOULD BE. People don't put cheese or crema on your taco( or lettuce and tomato for that matter). It's like putting ketchup on lobster. 6/10 for the tacos.

Small tacos but that suadero taco (veal flank) is legitimately DELICIOUS. Long braised so it's super tender and somewhat fatty, it's packed with flavor. For $1.50, I think it's a great deal. The al pastor was sliced in thin strips and rather dry but still tasty. Carne enchilada taco came with long strings of onion--good, too but could've used a tad more meat. Was told that the tinga taco was really good, too, but I don't know if I'll ever try it when I can just order several of the suadero ones! I would go here for those alone and right now, I'm regretting I didn't get a few more... Service was friendly and as others have said, it's a tiny storefront. Tacos are super cheap at $1.50-1.75 each but they're a tad smaller than ones you'll get elsewhere.

#Some of the #best Mexican food I've eaten. #Luckily I was able to get home quick enough, because my #butt was burning ...but in a #good way. #Spicy red enchilada sauce.

Some of the best Mexican food I've had in Bushwick! Tacos are tiny, but a steal at $1.50-$3 each. Everyone says get the suadero (which is delicious), but our favorite was the arabe. We also tried the huaraches with veal flank ($4.50), and the chicken enchiladas with red sauce ($10). DEAR GOD, the enchiladas were spicy! Not sure what I was expecting, but it took plenty of milk and over an hour for my mouth to cool down. Came with a huge portion, but be careful if you're sensitive to spicy foods. Delivery was also fast!

Delivery was swift, the food was so good. My bf said they were extremely generous with the chicken in his burrito and my nachos were perfect. The delivery guy was also very nice. I'll definitely order from here again.

I need to actually eat here in person because I'm pretty sure the tacos will be twice as good. Which is saying a lot because the tacos I've been ordering for delivery (through delivery.com ) are already 5 stars. Fast delivery, even though the kid delivering the tacos comes on a regular bike, and not a scooter. They throw in red and green salsa depending on the amount you order, and they're both mouth watering good and spicy to boot. Sometimes they only give one, so if you want a specific kind of both, you probably just have to ask.

These little tacos pack a big punch! Less than $2 a pop gets you some bangin' tacos, including the veal flank and al pastor. The Arabe (sweet pork) is a bit bigger, and still only $3. I wasn't as satisfied with the mole enchiladas, which is a small portion for $10, but stick with your tacos and you're in for a treat.

Pleasantly surprised that the food was so good. We ordered a cemita and a Mexican wrap. Both were very tasty and fresh. I'll definitely consider ordering from here again.

Love the food here. I prioritize taking any of my friends visiting from out of town here. Also my go-to delivery option for when I'm tired, although I try to stick to the Platos whenever I order delivery since they package the tacos in styrofoam packaging. Often busking and bootleg DVDs available as well.

Delicious food! The menu descriptions are a little difficult to deal with when ordering through delivery.com because this place has made food the priority and not marketing. The guacamole is described as "avocado sauce". Umm. Errrr. I was afraid that a Styrofoam cup filled with a blended liquid of avocado and lime juice was going to show up. What I got was a tray of delicious house made tortilla chips arranged on top of a zesty, slightly cilantro heavy, perfectly textured guacamole. There are several things on the menu that sound a bit off in the description, but for now, I will be ordering those in confidence. Yum.

After moving from san francisco to nyc these are the best tacos I've had here in the past 3 years and they're only $1.25!!

Here it is people. Darn good tacos for $1. That's right one dollar! Are they the best dollar tacos I've had? No but that's because I've lived in taco meccas like Los Angeles and Austin. But as far as NYC goes, these are really great and very authentic. It's a little place with only about 12 bar stools around a triangular set up. Major bonus is that they have Suadero tacos! For the record this is the type of place I want to point out to you because I like to slam places that charge $2.50 or more for tacos that are an embarrassment to the word taco. Yet people seem to love crappy over priced tacos here on yelp because well, they live in places like Boerum Hill and never explore neighborhoods West of Prospect Park yet, claim to be taco experts. You're welcome.
