I bought a small pizza (chicken, onions, green peppers and pineapple) and an order of hot wings (8 pieces.) The service, however, SUCKED! Took over an hour for delivery. I live in a 5 floor building. When the delivery guy arrived he said he was in the lobby but was not. He was outside. I walked up and down 4 flight of stairs and it turns out he was outside of the building. HOW is the outside of a building now considered a lobby? I was also short of a hot wing. Only 3 stars because the food was good. I love papa johns but won't be ordering from this one again.

Not the best place to order from for pizza EVER. I got one of the specials: One Large Pizza (two toppings) Original with Any Bread Side for $14.99. Did a pickup order so not sure how delivery is. -Two toppings picked were sausage and banana peppers. I absolutely love banana peppers so this made the pizza a bit better. Breadsticks were decent too, I guess a bit fattening to eat on top of alot of pizza to eat, but whatever. It served its purpose that day, food was good enough. *There are other deals that are good, maybe help the rating go higher next time. SUNDAY special- One Medium One Topping Pizza is only $5.99, add any bread side for $2.99. -Two Medium Two Toppings Pizzas, Buffalo Wings or Chicken Strips and a 2 Liter Soda- all for $22.99. -Original or Thin Crust.

The worst place to order... I actually ordered Dominoes from here, I guess there is a papa johns and a dominoes. Took over an hour! Food was cold! Never again

DISGUSTING Do NOT Order from Papa Johns on Whiteplains Rd unless you want to wait over 1 HOUR and 45 MINS for your pizza then have them try to charge you TWICE. I really wish I could give this place a negative number, or even a zero because 1 star is frankly too much. I ordered a large pizza online using my credit card which should have arrived in 30-45 mins, Instead it arrived 1hour and 47mins later (not exaggerating)....I was annoyed but happy that the pizza was finally here, that was until the delivery guy asked me for cash....I said I don't have any cash, I paid online with my credit card....he insisted that I pay him cash and when I refused he left with the Pizza. next time I'm ordering Dominoes....simple as that. I called their customer service
