everything about this place was great: the friendly people, the environment, the drinks, THE FOOD. we ordered lobster rolls, crabcake sandwiches, sangrias & long island iced teas and it was all magical.. we came on a beautiful sunday afternoon, sat outside watching the boats come in and it was such a nice time! definitely recommend it.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough! The atmosphere and food were amazing, and I will definitely be coming back again!

Found this little gem through yelp looking for a waterfront bite while passing through the area. The place has a lot of character: patio meets tiki bar meets diner, in a really charming way. The outdoor seating was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. The fish tacos and calamari were good, although a bit salty. Overall we had a great experience, and if I lived locally, I would definitely go back.

Counting the days until you open for the season. Haven't had my poutine fix since the fall!!! Everything on the menu is top notch, especially the cod wrap, lobster rolls, burger, and salads. Can't wait for the ice to go out so we can putter over in the boat. See you all soon.

Good food and friendly service. A nice waterside place. We sat outside until the mosquitoes chased us inside. My husband and I both had fish tacos. Our server initially told us they were made with swordfish. They turned out to be with shrimp. Although we didn't have a problem with the substitution, it would have been nice to be told before the food was delivered.

The food was soooo good! It's priced a little high for the area and location, but I think the quality and service are worth it. We stopped after being forced off the interstate due to rain and looked for a place that wasn't part of a chain. What a pleasant surprise. Very cute place, attractively decorated In nautical design of course, lots of booths and tables, comfortable and clean! Friendly people who know good food, and good service. The fish tacos are the best I've had in the Syracuse area. Sorry Empire! Haddock special was cooked perfectly, light and flakey. Sides of hand cut fries, fresh slaw and a cucumber salad were tasty and well prepared. Even the child's grilled cheese was impressive and perfectly done. Crisp and delightful, no soggy bread anywhere. Nice caprese salad. Tomatoes were great, lightly dressed to appreciate the actual flavor of the tomato and mozzarella. The only star missing is because we ordered bloody Mary's and I'm 90% sure they either were so light on vodka we missed it, they forgot the Vodka, or God forbid, we have developed an immunity to Vodka. We will try them again for sure.

Nice Friendly Waterside Place The two women who run this place clearly have a passion for food and service. The spot is lovely tucked into a little inlet off Oneida Lake. You have a view either of the small marina - or a peekaboo view of the lake beyond a manicured lawn and grove of trees. Indoor space is nicely decorated - seafood restaurant motif. All the staff here were friendly and accommodating. When we were here - it was mid-day and slow time. Boaters were mainly out and the NYState Fair was on - so things were slow. The staff was very attentive. The beer list is small but good. We had a new item - red reubens - wonderful house made corned beef and red cabbage. Terrific. The meal (two sandwiches, and beers) was $42 with tax and tip - so not bargain-priced but well worth the price.

Chicken tenders were not done. The sweet potatoes were not cooked all the way. Not satisfied. The place is beautiful and great servers.

Yelp led us to this little gem on the water and we were so happy we found it. The atmosphere is great, we sat outside, which is right on the water, where people are launching and docking their boats. The menu was good sized for a small location and I couldn't decide what I wanted because so many things looked good. We had the poutine and calamari for apps, both of which were awesome. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the service was good. The food did take a little bit to come out, but everything is homemade and worth the wait. We'll be back for sure!

Cute place inefficient set up to hostess. Very inefficient wait staff. It took my husband 1/2 hour to be served at the bar and almost an hour for us to be seated. I kept hearing we are not seating anyone until we give the kitchen time to catch up. It would have been nice to be seated with the explanation that it would be awhile for orders. It took another hour for our food to be served. On the positive note the food was good

My husband just came home from Afghanistan. He had been home for one night - and this is the first place I took him for dinner. The atmosphere was casual and eclectic. It was a comfortable place. The reviews were encouraging, but our experience was awful. We went with a group of six people. Our party was seated for over an hour before we received appetizers. In the meantime, we looked on as an older fellow who appeared to work at the place rushed entrees out to a couple sitting next to us...That couple had arrived about 35 minutes after us. The older fellow who served them then proceeded to sit down with the couple and chat it up for about 40 minutes. All of us looked on in amazement as this man relaxed while other servers rushed to tend the bar as well as tables inside and out. One of the servers appeared to be thoroughly intoxicated... For appetizers, we ordered the Mezze Platter and three dozen clams. The Mezze was really very bad, falafel was cold and overcooked (very crunchy and dry) and the tzatziki was bland. The one very, very good item on the plate was the pita. They should be quite proud of the pita- some of the best I've had in NY. Sadly, pita and bottled beer were the only items our party ordered that they pulled off without an issue. It was two hours before we received entrees. Two people in our party ordered wings, which came out warm but bland. Another of our group ordered fried haddock, which had begun to turn bad. As soon as she broke open the fillet, we all smelled it. Whoever chose to go ahead and cook/serve that fish made a bad call. Over cooking it didn't help, either. The same person was served cold, stale french fries. I ordered the blackened salmon caesar salad, which came out next to last on our table. The fish had been overcooked and was cold. The people who were seated next to us, who ordered the same entree, received steaming salmon- and I didn't hear their fish crunch even once... When my husband's entree came out (simple chicken tenders), they tasted like frozen fish sticks. The grease used to prepare the chicken was most certainly the same that the fish had been fried in- and any remnant of chicken flavor had been overpowered by the old, fishy grease. His fries were piping hot. Two other people in our party ended up sharing an entree, as one of them ended up sending back the smelly, overcooked fish. My husband and I ended up with no entree at all, as they were not suitable to eat. The two who shared an entree ended up sick later that night. This morning, I have heard they are still ill. This place was a huge disappointment and none of us will ever go back. You can be certain as well that we will do our very best to prevent anyone from having such a regrettable experience. If you're thinking about drinks here- they probably won't disappoint- but if you're looking for a good meal, think twice.

A little out of the way but well worth it! Went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Sat outside on their clean and quaint patio. Plenty of outside seating both covered and uncovered. Breakfast menu was simple but all four of our choices were fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the cinnamon swirl French toast. Prices were reasonable. Beautiful inside bar, looking forward to going for a drink. Great addition to the area!!!!!
