The best of the McLean Ave-area pizzerias.

Have heard about this place and actually have family that live on the block but only recently in the past 6 months have I been enjoying their pizza! Love the XL pies because everyone else in the area has large pies that I would barely consider a medium pie growing up. The pepperoni rolls are great. The Sicilian is excellent. Nick is always pleasant and goes out of his way to say hello even when he is extremely busy. Always a friendly atmosphere! I go out of my way to come here to grab pizza!

Just went here an hour ago and man let me tell you these people are the real deal family. Honest, kind and thoughtful. They acknowledge their customers. I ordered the chicken parm hero and it was delicious! Toasted and made to eat! This is a great place that needs not to be missed. Enjoy and can't wait to come back for more. Good Work.

I absolutely love this place, if I am honest i would add a thin crust to the menu. That is just me being me. The service is always friendly and the guys are great with the deliveries.

Nick and his family have been a staple in my familys life and feeding us for over a decade. The pizza is great, the chicken parms are great and those are the two things i can personally speak for. Everything they serve never been a complaint. Nick's literally watched me grow up from a little tot to an adult and i make sure to go out of my way to only buy pizza and chicken parms from them. 10/10, Best pizzeria I know.

I grew up on the same street as John's Pizza and this was the only pizza we would eat. Before I could talk, I knew what good pizza was. I grew up and went away to college and have tried many a pizza since then. I moved back into the area a few years ago and not only is the food even better than I remembered, but Nick and his family remembered me. This truly is a Yonkers gem. You won't find a better Pizza experience. I know I haven't. For real New York Pizza, this is THE place.

A very long string of bad local pizza experiences led me here. It's the best in the area. Both regular & Sicilian slices are delish. Four Corners in Pelham is still the champ, tho. Search is over.

John's is one of those old school Italian pizza places that you don't see much of anymore. Nicky and the rest of the crew are very friendly and are familiar with pretty much everyone from the neighborhood so they are always hospitable. Some of my favorite meals from them: *Meatball parm- Prob one of the best meatballs I've had. Just the right taste and texture to them. And the sandwich isn't over whelmed with sauce or mozzarella, it's just perfect. *Chicken parm- I heard that they made their own bread crumbs and that's why their chicken tastes so good. Also, Nicky's mother whips up these sandwiches in the back, so nothing beats an maternal figure making sandwiches with love. *White pizza with broccoli- OMG! Just awesome, and the crust is crunchy, just how I like it. *Pepperoni pin wheels- addicting! I'll grab a couple as a side every once and a while. They also offer spinach pin wheels, but it's my least favorite green. Check out this place, it's around the corner from McLean, sort of a hidden gem.

The pizza is fine. Don't get me wrong. But it is just OK and this is NY we can do better. I have recently moved into this neighborhood and have tried them all. Bottom line is if I want pizza I have to get into car or onto train and head north to Frank Pepe's or South to Arthur Ave and eat at Zero Otto Nove. My next stop on the pizza trying is Flames (a newer coal oven place on central/yonkers ave that was closed yesterday). Also Louie & Johnnie's on Yonkers Ave just opened a pizza cafe. Come on guys, give Yonkers what we want!

This place has been around forever(ever since my memorable elementary school years). The best pizza around in the Yonkers area. Fresh generous ingredients every time. Hot pies made to order. Family owned and operated. Sit in or take out. Residential parking. Fair prices.

This is my favorite pizza in yonkers. To me it's the best but that's just one man's opinion. I really like the sicilian slice. It's not too thick and it's crispy and soft at the same time. This place has been around a long time and served childrens children and grandchildren's children. Plus Nick is the best.

this Pizza place is awesome. The owner Nick knows everyone who come through the door. I moved out of the area 15 years ago and the guy still know me when I come through the door. Great slice either regular or Sicilian. I wish he would pack up and move to San Diego.
