Been here a couple times. Try the 3 cheese chicken penne. Good portion size and its really tasty. The 2 for 20 menu is always a good idea. The boneless wings for an appetizer are pretty good too! Good service here as well.

I've been on the road for 9 hours and was pretty tied. I sat at the bar to have dinner and watch TV. Alysha was tending the and immediately greeted me and ask for my drink order. She took my hamburger order which arrived quickly and hot. Alysha checked a couple of times to make sure I had everything I needed. I topped dinner off with a brownie bite. A nice small ending to dinner. I frequent Applebee's close to my home and in comparison Alysha is excellent at taking care of her customers.

Awesome! I'm a business traveler so the thought is that...if you've been to one Applebee's, you've pretty much been to them all...it's a chain... NOT TRUE! My dining experience here was wonderful. My server, Sean, Was very friendly and attentive. My food was piping hot and fresh and my white peach sangria was great! I have no complaints. Kudos!

If you're looking to lose some weight, come enjoy the food here. About two hours after my meal, I spent the entire evening vomitting from food poisoning. I'm guessing it was the luke warm cole slaw, or the smell resonating from the back of the restaurant. Staff was overly miserable as well.

Was delicious and super friendly waitress. Smores Churros a home run! Plus they are open until midnight which sure did help us being from out of town. Batavia is an adorable town with a weeknight bedtime of 9pm:-)

Never in my life have I been so disappointed and angry at Applebee's . It was just the most horrible night ever! I have been to this Applebee's many times since I dropped in Batavia, NY, the visits have been pleasant until tonight and I swear I would never ever in my life go back. The whole experience was just Superior Rude! At first This blonde bartender that served me tonight, was off the hook acting like a rude cow, full of attitude. First chewing like a cow while taking my order and then bitching at me saying I can't buy a alcoholic drink bc my old Drivers license says under 21 even though if you look at the DOB I'm 21 and it's still a valid id. The most unusual part is I have been here many times using the same ID to buy a drink, Ah The! Fine no drink tonight , I'm not gonna die I could drink water. The part that got me super pissed was when she finds this ridiculous manager that tries to come and explain, at first I was all cool and everything except the part where she's chewing her gum like a cow. He just makes things worst, which is totally the opposite duty of his job. Tell's me again I can't buy a drink and I need to have a new ID and when I get them all I have to do is come back and say his name "Phill" and I'll get a free drink and then throws my ID on the table with both of his hands. At the moment I'm just in shock to even realize this has happened. First of all I have my own money to buy a drink and meal, and he's older then me, did anyone ever teach him how to respect another? Super mad, but I was still polite enough to leave her a 2 dollar tip for giving me water and I did not order no more.

I'm always surprised how well their food comes out. If you order a steak, they will ask you to cut into it to make sure your steak is done to the way you would like, if not they will take it away and make you another. My current favorite is their pretzel sticks!

I had a ok time here. I had the wings and they didn't taste quite right. The bleu cheese was watered down with so much mayo that it tasted just like it with chunks. The celery was good. And the drinks were too. This is not my first bad experience at a Applebees.

The food was the typical microwaved stuff at any Applebee's. The issue we had was the service. Our waitress was more interested in other people liking her instead of taking care of us. My drink was empty for about 10 minutes and when i finally was able to ask another waitress for a refill she "said right away." Then in a flash she was walking past me with my drink for another table and i had to wait another 5 minutes for my drink to come. The waitress was yelling over my table to a co-worker who was coming in on personal time for lunch all while ignoring our needs. I typically don't like to be bothered every second when 'm eating, but when i need a drink or to order or we are visibly done eating check in with me. It was very slow that day and so was my service. I will not be going back to this Applebee's there are so many better options in Batavia to try out instead.

The food at this location is standard Applebee's, but the staff and management were super fun peeps! We stopped in very late at night after driving more than twelve hours from Chicago and considered coming back to visit these folks on our way home. The service was great.
