Amazing find in a Watertown mall. This food could be served in a much more expensive restaurant. Real home cooked, delicious, Caribbean food.

So happy to find Carribean food in the area. I'm addicted to the ox tail with a side of plantains. My go to dish every time.

My husband and myself have visited this spot several times. The food is excellent. Each time we have gone it's fresh and well seasoned. The 2 gentlemen we have encountered were pleasant but the girl running the front is a great selling point for them. She is always talkative and has a good amount of knowledge on all the dishes. Anytime we have gone she remembers us from our previous visits and even if we are not having a plate she still speaks to us on our way past. I like the food and the price is not too bad either.

Nice lunch today at Eddy's. The jerked chicken on rice and beans had just the right spiciness. The fried plantain was a nice sweet side dish, and topped it off with an authentic bottled caribbean ginger beer. There were many choices on the menu if you are already a fan of caribbean food. Eddy explained they also deliver. Great place to eat downtown for lunch.

My husband and I went today to their grand opening on Franklin street and we enjoyed a wonderful meal!! We were able to try a few samples as well as have a wonderful meal. Everything we had from the chicken stew, shrimp curry, jerk chicken, jerk pork, plantains, rice and beans, and the cabbage was all fabulous! Can't wait to go back, plus the service was extremely friendly!!

I visit Eddy's a lot. I am amazed at the flavors that pack such a beautiful punch. I had the new combo #2. I got the rice & peas, I thought the peas were something else, but was pleasantly surprised to have the sweetness to the rice, the vegetables, cabbage and carrots were delightfully in a pepper and cinnamon combination. The curry goat was tender and very juicy. The curry chicken was the star of the show. I had its juice over the rice, one word, slamming! Then to ease the very slight hint of heat you have the fried plantains. The cinnamon and sugar caramelized on the outside was crunchy and the plantain a warm soft cennter. I washed it all down with their Mira Saul Coconut Juice. It was soft and a refreshing end to a great meal!

I was hoping to get some great Caribbean food accompanied with great customer service. I got one of Thier plates that came with veggies, rice, goat curry and plantains. My hubby on the other hand got oxtail curry instead of goat curry. we both ordered the big plates which was $12.99 a plate. So the oaxtail was really good but goat not so much. The veggies were extremely overlooked and tasted nasty. The rice was some cheapy rice that had no flavor. as for the plantains they didn't give us any cause they had run out of them and when we requested they give us something else, the owner said no we can't substitute. I mean the plate came with plantains and if they didn't have anymore they should have added something else or even discounted the meal. But noo the charged us full price. Honestly I have eaten Caribbean food and this place is nowhere close to what we eat and the customer service was horrible. greeting someone is not enough. Especially for a small town. Anyway I am not going back there. sorry but they just lost a customer.
