Love, love love the burgers. The home made potato chips are soo delish! If you're looking for a real burger, not one of those paper thin ones, then this is the place to go. The mac and cheese is to die for. They will Make EVERYTHING made to order. The second time I ordered mac and cheese, I requested only bacon! Real comfort food. My hubby and I escaped one Saturday afternoon, ordered a burger while sitting at the wine bar. I enjoyed my glass of wine, he enjoyed his beer. PERFECT! We are looking forward to returning. What's also nice Is that you can go there quick for takeout, run in quick and eat and leave if you don't have lots of time. Or stay for a few hours in their cozy chairs. We also went with my woman's group one evening. Everyone individually ordered their own food. We all sat at the large table in the wine bar. The food was served to us all from the different restaurants. We all ate at the same time. Chinesse, Italian and grill. Everyone was happy! We all decided this will be our monthly meeting place.

I've been anticipating the opening of I-Square since I moved nearby over a year ago. Perhaps the anticipation built up expectations too high. Alas, just another over priced fast food joint trying to pass itself off as quality. The burgers are decent, better than similar options but nothing gourmet (think Bill Gray's but just a tad thicker with a better bun). That's fine. Whatever. It is what it is. Pricing isn't horrible, but everything is a la cart, unless you count flavorless over cooked kettle chips as a real side. I don't. Those things were gross flakes of golden charcoal. I ordered my burger with swiss and well prepared bacon, but it was missing the requested lettuce and pickles. The presentation was a bit sad, served on a too-large metal tray that dwarfed my tiny 4.oz cheeseburger. I'm guessing this look is trying to go for classic, but it comes off as cafeteria. If you want condiments, you need to do that yourself. Maybe there were pickles at the counter and I missed it? Thinking back, this was probably the case.. My husband and I ordered onion rings to share ($3) but I advise against this entirely. Firstly, the small basket was meager, with a couple strips of onion creating an empty tee-pee so it appeared to be full but really there were about 4 actual pieces. Second - gross. Ok, not all of them, but my first bite was entirely cold on the inside. Blegh. Blegh Blegh Blegh. The rest were average, but I couldn't quite get over the first bite. The kids meal does a slightly better job, with a lowered bar because how hard is it to make chicken strips? A side is included for $5, but a drink is extra ($1 for milk). Sweet potato fries are an option and not extra. While the portion is plentiful, many of them were soggy, closer resembling mashed than fried potatoes. My son ate them happily enough but a typical serving gets polished off by his dad. The remainder of this batch were tossed. My last issue. Uuuugh. My main issue, really. The thing I can not stand and probably skewed my opinion of the food and makes me heated and angry and want to smack the people in charge of I-Square - food court?!?! When is the last time you headed to the mall *just* to eat in the food court? High school? I understand it's a bit more family friendly this way, but come. on. Why would anyone put so much effort into creating a food court? What clientele were they going for? Teenagers getting a milkshake after class? It's loud and cold and whatever the opposite of intimate is. Not the setting for a pleasant dinner with the family. Definitely not a (successful) date night. The interior is filled with quality materials and well appointed decor, there obviously was thought put into the building and I want to want to return. But if we come back, it will only be for take-out. And definitely not for the onion rings.

The food was just ok. I kinda felt that I was in a mall food court. Also the Chinese food was on par with what I find at a mall. Great to take families and get some excellent ice cream

Not a bad burger place. They're by no means gourmet but if you're looking for a quick sit down place with other options (Chinese or pasta next door) this might be for you. Everything tasted good. Frys are cut pretty small but tasty, onion rings good, burgers aren't bad. It's in a food court type setting and there's a ton of families with children of all ages and everything that come with them.

Their burgers are very good. Juicy and good flavor. The shoestring fries are great but can be overly salty. Best to ask for them unsalted. The service is always good and they do a nice job of attending to my needs.

I remember when these guys opened. Not sure who was cooking then but the food was awesome, order a medium burger get a great medium burger. My how the standards have fallen, give these guys chances time after time, got a fish fry tonight took a very long time and the portion as very small for 12 dollars. Got a burger couple weeks ago with soggy wilted lettuce cooked well done, asked for medium. Wish those standards they opened with would come back cause this is pathetic

This is the third restaurant that opened in the I-Square market. It sits in-between Hong Kong One Chinese Restaurant and the Pasta Cucina (which will open soon). The menus are on TVs but they also have the menu on the counter by the register. I love the variety, not too much to choose from but i love the selections and its a good amount of selections at decent prices. i chose the Bistro Burger which had bacon, dijon mayonnaise, arugula, and egg. it had so much flavor and it was a pretty good size. kettle chips and a pickle came with it. we got a side order of sweet potato fries which was also really good. my boyfriend got the bbq chicken sandwich which had bacon, bbq, arugula lettuce, and balsamic glaze. he said it was delicious and also a great size. we were so full. the atmosphere was nice; a little loud, but to be expected. the layout will make it that way since the table and chairs are spread throughout the building. kinda acts like a food court in a mall, but nicer. once you're done eating your meal just head to the i-scream place. I will definitely return to try the other things on the menu.
