The sandwiches are amazing, but the staff at this location are rude and unfriendly. I got the Bobbie. It's supposed to be a cold sandwich, but when I asked if they could heat it up, the guy at the counter cut me off before I could finish, saying "No, we don't do that." Kinda weird you can't heat up a sandwich?? So I asked, "Really?" And he said "No. We don't do that," with an attitude like I was asking him to clean my toilets or something. Really bro, you serve hot sandwiches, is it too much to ask if mine could get warmed up?? I like the sandwich but it felt weird with everything cold on it, so I didn't finish it. We ended up leaving and going to Awful Awful, but I'm still wishing I could take my tip back from that guy. The only tip he needs is: Dude, YOU WORK AT A SANDWICH SHOP. Get over yourself and learn some customer service skills.

I've have had better-much better- On my first visit (and probably) last, visit I ordered a 9" (small size) Italian sub with a variety of meats and although the meat portions were decent,the bread my sandwich was served was,quite crappy as I found out the bread is NOT baked on site but was baked only on 2 days each week,which would make sense given the fact that it didn't seem fresh.Another downside is that Capriotti's only offers one,yes just one choice of bread.Wheat lovers, are out of luck here.A good sandwich is usually served when you have like 3,4 or 5 different kinds of bread(hello Subway!) I was also bummed that I was forced to buy a 9"sandwich when I only wanted a 6 inch one(Italian sub) With all the sandwich places around town to choose from,you would do yourself a favor skipping this place and going to Jimmy Johns around the corner!

I went here with my daughter so I tried to get something she liked to split with her. We got the Homemade Turkey sub with not a lot of the extras like onions etc. I love just about everything but as is usual with a lot of kids, my daughter doesn't like a lot of flavorful extras. That being said, I was impressed with the flavor of the turkey in the sandwich! I really liked the seasoning and the turkey tasted like the minced leftover Thanksgiving turkey sandwiches I remember as a kid. I am looking forward to trying some of the more adventurous items on the menu soon. Also, the staff was very attentive and quick. The man at the counter actually threw in a bag of chips when we wanted some chips as an afterthought and had already paid for our sandwich and drinks. A nice gesture.

Best grab and go sammich' shop I've come across! Sandwiches are delish and of great quality! Staff is friendly and quick in the kitchen...you gotta try this place!

Friendly service (greetings are consistently friendly), sandwiches are off the hook good (i usually get the ham and cheese with all the fixings)...honor system with the drink cups. I love this place (and i'm a bit of a 'sandwich snob'). Yum!

Wow! This place puts Port of Subs and Subway to shame! How dare you feed us that crap!!!! I got The Bobbie and it was to die for!!!! I shared with my fellow lunch mates and they thought the same! One of my campanions had the Slaw Be Joe which I also got to try and their roast beef is just as good as the turkey on mine! Another one of my lunch mates got the Italian and loved it although I did not try as she was enjoying it herself although she did say it was pretty spicy hot. The small sandwiches are 9" and made us WAY TO FULL but they tasted so WONDERFUL we couldn't help but eat them! I think next time I will call ahead and order because it does take some time to get it (they were extremely busy at 12:45) and then share a small with someone else. It is so freaking awesome I will be back again, many, many times!

I love this place. Super good sandwiches! I have had the Bobby and the Philly Cheesesteak. Both were were amazing! I love the store being so close to the campus. Will be back for sure.
