We ordered "to go" online and went to pick it up and it wasn't ready. The girl said she tried to call us and because we didn't answer our order got "timed." Of course we didn't know what that meant, but it turned out to mean that our order didn't get made. We didn't have time to wait any longer so we had to go hungry. See, we had ordered ahead of time to avoid this. I'm not sure what the point of ordering online is if you have to talk to them on the phone anyway before they'll make your order!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had quite possibly the worst customer service experience of my life with this particular Domino's location. I live in another state and ordered a pizza online to be delivered to my partner at the residence where he was staying for a work trip (which I have done on many occasions with no problem). The manager called him and accused him of stealing my credit card essentially. When I called the store to see why the pizza was taking over an hour and a half to be delivered, the manager, Karen, was incredibly condescending, refused to deliver the pizza and then hung up on me.... so unprofessional! This location has absolutely appalling customer service! Save yourselves some hassle and get pizza elsewhere. And judging from the other reviews, I'm not the only one who was treated poorly by this location's employees.

So I'm here on business and decide I would like a pizza so I ordered online and seconds after they call me to check if I made an order... Really? I used to work at a dominos in Utah for two years just weeks ago by the way and we never did such things, so I found it kinda odd. I get to the store about 20 minutes later (he said it would take about 15 which is very common to say.) I get there and pay for it and it wasn't ready... Come to find out they found the pizza hadn't been put on the oven after it was made so I had to what for it to cook. Not a big deal stuff happens. Anyway, I get back to my hotel and they made my pizza completely wrong so I called to get a credit sense I'll be in town working for a month. They said they could remake it for me or mail me a coupon! Wtf? Mail me a coupon??? Who does that. You can just make a note one that phone number on the computer... I would know. I pretty much ran a store when my store got a new GM. Who the hell mails a coupon? So who knows if I'll see that free pizza sense they are mailing it to the hotel... Really though? Mail it? Give me a break...

I don't know why this business even supports online ordering. Never even waste your time ordering online. I placed an online order to be made ahead of time so I could pick it up after my meeting (certainly not an unusual scenario). Well they ended up calling 45 mins later when I was busy and didn't even leave a message. I check online and it says my order is ready for pick up. I go in store and they tell me they never even started my order because I didn't answer the phone?! Why even order online? What kind of business practice is this? If I wanted to call and order I WOULD HAVE. I guess Dominos didn't want my 25 dollar business that night and they won't be getting it ever again.

Called in an order, and the girl on the phone was very helpful, and patient. They said we would get our pizza in 35 mins, it was really more like 15! I got a thin and crispy pie that I thought was good because it was still warm and wasn't dry.

I put in an Internet order which said my order would be ready in 15-20 min. I showed up and they said they had not started order because they were too busy to verify my internet order. staff seemed to be yelling at each other then laughing, extremely unprofessional!! This place gives a bad name to dominos pizza!

I can only say this regarding their thin crust pizza but it is always delicious every time I have it delivered and the breadsticks are yummy too. Delivery is super fast, from what I've experienced from others. Always has been delivered in less than 30 minutes. Good job guys.

There is hope in Santa Fe NM ! A food establishment that is open after 10PM! Their prices/ specials vary upon weekly or as advertised. Their thin crust pizza is good for those that are cautious about how much you eat. Wings are fair. Their sandwiches,... well it's not as big (portion size wise) as what is advertised, unfortunately. Their service is good, I usually drive to pick up the order rather than ordering for delivery, overall so far so good.
