This is my favorite coffee shop in Ruidoso! They are the most personable, and Shannon, one of the owners, makes all the food herself. They make sure to get on a first name basis with everyone they can, and they don't have a high turnover rate, so they can do that. They have free wi-fi of course. Also, Shannon makes beautiful gift baskets - made to order! She is so creative!

Coffee tasted burnt....wish they would brew their lighter roast. Freezing cold inside, but have outside seating so was fine. Blueberry muffin was awesome. Friendly staff. Just not my favorite coffee.

Really tasty coffee. Ordered the iced creamy hazelnut latte. It was delicious. Everything else on the menu looked very good. Can't wait to try more flavors next time I am in Ruidoso

Stopped in for a quick bite and had a panini with iced tea. Perfect sandwich perfect tea. It hit the spot!!

After reading reviews, I had to try this place! We ordered two lattes and two hot chocolates for our children. All 4 beverages were perfect and delicious!

It's hype! Leave the Bucks and go here. Blackberry Parfait, breakfast sandwiches and excellent espresso keep the wheels turning. The cute baristas don't hurt either. Stop in on this way up the mountain. Hey? Would I lie? You want something good? You really wanna try something good for you? Order a double espresso with a shot of lemon. Don't forget the lemon. I know things. I'm from Texas.

Better than the local Starbucks. Environment perfect. Service perfect. Yep they have free wifi also.

So happy that I came across this hidden gem of a coffee shop! I love the atmosphere here, everybody was super friendly and helpful. I ordered a blended frap and only waited about 2 minutes before I was out the door and on my way back to California. My coffee had a nice flavor to it, the sweetness wasn't overwhelming. They also serve pastries, sandwiches, and teas. I really appreciated the free wifi and clean bathrooms too. Great stop for some amazing coffee :)

They are well known for their coffee in town. They have taken "The Best of Ruidoso" award for several years in a row ! Their free wifi, clean bathrooms and cozy 'hanging out' ambience is wonderful !!

Wow- great service, coffee and snacks! We left Starbucks so frustrated and came here. What a world of difference. Keep it up, Zocca! You guys rock!

Not impressed. Employee was nice that was the highlight. Place smelled of burnt coffee. WiFi did not connect on any device. Was too noisy. Off the main path... inconvenient. Sorry i wasted my time.

We came in after a day on the slopes and the coffee was delish! Just the right strength and perfectly warm. Then to top it off, my sister spilled her egg nog latte all over the floor - and Nicole was on site with a mop and a smile in no time. She even insisted on making her another drink for free! We will definitely stop back by next time we're in town!

This is a great find! We've visited Ruidoso often this past year, but since this is a ways from the main part of town, we hadn't seen it before. They had just started serving wraps when we went, and I had the Italian Turkey Wrap. Excellent!! I kept telling my boyfriend how yummy it was. He also enjoyed his meal, but I think he was a little jealous of mine. ;) The cafe latte was top-notch, as was the cappuccino. The service was also excellent, and the interior was perfect for the place. It was a little empty when we went - need to get the word out! It could be that we visited on an off time. I can't think of a single thing even slightly negative.

We like Zocca Coffee, and have been going there for several years. My husband is there almost 7 days a week - and usually orders the House blend of coffee, along with a muffin. For me, the latte's are outstanding ! We also use their ground decaf coffee ( take out ) at home and it is excellent. They offer a lot of other items - like sandwiches, ice cream, pastries, and other coffee shop drinks. The service at Zocca is outstanding! The owners & staff go all out with service & generosity. This year Ruidoso has been in high fire danger. On several occasions, Zocca has offered comp. drinks to the firefighters who have worked the area fires. The atmosphere is nice. Free WiFi is available, and there is usually a good mix of coffee house music playing in the background. I would highly recommend it.

Good coffee, comfy seats and I liked how they brought us our drinks after we sat down. I ordered a scone for breakfast and it was good. The whole experience was pretty average. There's nothing that makes this place more special than any other coffee shop.

This is a great coffee shop, absolutely up to the standards of good coffee anywhere. The shop has a nice, urban feel inside, new and very clean. It's a nice place for a chat or to relax and work on the computer for awhile. I'm not sure that there's anything that sets it apart as "amazing," hence the score of 3. Nonetheless, this is GOOD coffee and a NICE place! Solid. We'll be back!

Clean, quite, and good drinks. Just a coffee shop!

Great coffee & pastry joint. The coffee is good and the breakfast sausage croissant I had was good. It was premade and microwaved. Nothing spectacular. Great atmosphere and cozy chairs. Staff was great. Best place in town I have found to hang out and have coffee.

What a fun find & memory of our recent trip to Ruidoso. I jogged here a few mornings to meet my fabulous son and husband. They were happily playing and chatting with friendly locals in this great coffee shop. It was warm and inviting and probably the best reason for my 5 star post is they have GREAT brewed decaf! Before you think i'm crazy, shut it b/c I'm still a nursing mama and have searched high and low over the past 2 years thru a pregnancy and nursing and was really pleased their coffee was just so tasty. Also tried the decaf Americano, thumbs up to that as well. We also enjoyed a cookie, but another reason for my 5 stars is the owners were super friendly and shared their advice on good restaurant stops on our trip. Another local dude tipped us off to a wonderful playground, so our visits to Zocca were more than fruitful! thanks!

The best. First time through the area in a few years and this was on our must do list. We were some of their first customers and glad to see they have maintained their excellent standards. My favorite place to buy a mocha.

Nice place and clean. Moderate price for a coffee and sausage breakfast thingy. Would be a boring two stars except they have a chess set. Yeah, chess = one more star. Free wifi too.

My boss took myself and my co-workers here one morning before a long drive through the woods. I just got a coffee, which was pretty good -- better than what I've been attempting to make at home, anyway. We also use Zocca's coffee at work, which is definitely way better than anything else available around here. The cafe itself is really nice; it has decent reading material and plenty of space to spread maps out. I probably wouldn't hang out here socializing on a normal basis, but I'm glad it's nearby.

Awesome! We were on a camping trip and had NO internet or phone service at our campground (what's camping without wifi, right?). Anyway, we figured there had to be coffee shop around... Not a Starbucks in sight, but we did stumble accross Zocca. Personally, I don't like hot coffee much. I tried their special, and it was great! They may have made me a convert. I did eventually find a Starbucks, but passed them by to go to Zocca.

Good coffee for a good price. Comfortable seats and a patio with free wifi.
