Stopped in for my morning brew. No line! Fast service. Most excellent!

I have never seen so many flies in a single place in my life. I have no idea what that's about.

Pretty slow but good service. I love this place and consider myself a loyal customer. Things to know beforehand: know the drink you want to order. Don't waste the baristas time. They are busy!!!!

The first Starbucks I hit up after being stuck in Portales. Ah...just like I remembered it..warm and busy. My drink was perfect and the baristas were quick because the line can get ridiculous on a Saturday morning.

This is my Starbucks for better or worse. Summary: The store manager is a friendly and conscientious guy. Most of the employees are friendly enough. My coffee is usually right. This place is slow. The number one problem with this Starbucks is its speed. This place is usually unreasonably slow 4 out of 5 times. I've pondered at length (usually in line waiting to order or, more frustrating, waiting for my drink) why this is the case. I don't have the answer, but I've developed an opinion: there's a high turnover of employees and a reluctance to/inability to schedule enough workers for morning rushes. Some faces have been here a while but most are new and may not be here for very long. If this place were anywhere else and I didn't have the hometown loyalty to it, I'd give it 1.5 or maybe 2 stars. It's a Starbucks, though, in my small town. So there's that.

Sloooooooooooowest service I have EVER seen anywhere! These people cannot multitask, they move like snails, I swear! I heard one customer say to her friend "Dont ever bring me back to this f****** place again!" There was one person ahead of me in line and it was over 10 minutes before my order was taken. Then my drink, a green tea latte, took a long time for them to prepare. My girlfriend ordered a peach mango smoothie, it tasted like waterd down banana something or another. Very weird experience.

VERY slow service, even compared to my laid back hometown New Orleans. Also, the employees all seem kind of scared of the manager guy (don't know his name but he wears glasses), because he acts like a DICK to everyone in front of all his customers. He sucks, and really doesn't deserve his position.

This is a smaller city that has two starbucks. The drinks are only as good as the baristas. That being said my strawberry frap (had to order this to share with my lil one) was delicious and refreshing. Bathroom was a bit dirty. But they were friendly and our drinks came out fast. Contemplating on getting the souvenir New Mexico mug. I like to collect those mugs

Great location for us, this time. We staying in Fairfield Inn, about 1 block away. Starbucks remains my fav coffee, though the food items are not. Very lacking in that dept at all locations. Great service here and everything was....Starbucks model. Thanks folks. Will return.

Always a nice stop off when I travel. Tall ice coffee with a tall ice water was the fix for my day.

I stopped in on Feb 5 at 6:30 am.. The service was extremely poor. Only 3 cars in front of me and took 15 to 20 minutes to get coffee. When I arrived at window drive thru attendant was also making coffee instead of serving customters. The attendant was not making my coffee as it was sitting on counter which she passed twice before providing to me. By now was not nearly as hot, actually only warm. I will not visit this place in the mornings again. Rather go to McDonalds. If you love starbucks, its the only place in town besides a kisok in a grocery store so take your patience with you. Good luck.

I'm giving one star for being Starbucks. I'm always happy for that. I go here every day and order the same thing every time. A venti chai tea latte with cinnamon and nutmeg powder blended in without water. Half the time I get this or something close to it. Half the time I get hot milk with cinnamon. Could use some training on how to make a drink. Also, celebrated two birthdays and Christmas in the drive thru line. :/

While sitting in the drive through, one could do their taxes, run a 5K, and find a cure for cancer. Slowest service I've ever experienced. Not living up to the Starbucks standard.

Great staff and manager. Starbucks has been unresponsive for three years about shielding customers from bright sunlight that blasts into dining area from south-facing windows. This makes in-store dining and drinking a tortuous affair. Get in gear, Starbucks, before you lose your customers.

I should have read comments before getting in the drive thru line... I now have been waiting 30 minutes and there is still two cars in front of me, and there is no way to get out of the drive thru line if you don't want to wait! Horrible!

The workers there are great people and the coffee is amazing. I used to go every night to this place. The only reason I stopped was because I moved out of state.

not only a friendly staff, but the morning regulars at the big table in the rear are even more friendly and welcoming. They could tell we were tourists passing thru so they said welcome .Then they answer all our questions that We had about where to go,what to see, where to eat, in Roswell and and also any other town in New Mexico. we had planned to hop in and pick up our lattes, ended up staying nearly an hour at Starbucks plus a half a day going to places they told us about. If you're going thru Roswell, you absolutely must stop at Starbucks.

Slow and not paying attention me: "can I get a iced Americano Venti" Cashier: "with no room on top" Me: "yup, just black" Cashier: "is that hot or cold"

I am not on the anti-corporate band wagon. I enjoy the consistency of both the products and services at Starbucks. That said I visited this location twice while in Roswell and the results are a little substandard compared to most others. First, there were flies - not like swarms but certainly enough to warrant attention. Next the baristas seemed to be rotating at the pass thru and some called names, some didn't (guess which I got). The place was also not as clean as I'm used to, yes they were busy on first visit but not on second. So all that said my drinks were still made well and the staff was friendly, if a little stressed. Maybe it'll be better next time.

As a former barista (06-09) I have a certain set of standards that are in line with the companies expectations of their employees. This morning in the drive thru I had to repeat myself, 2 times per drink. The drinks are a bit modified, but that wasn't the issue. She wasn't listening. At all. Triple grande iced caramel macchiato and a venti iced coffee, substitute the classic syrup for 2 pumps of toffee nut, 2 pumps of white mocha. I mentioned being a former barista in this review because I've been there. I took pride in my job. When I got to the drive thru window she just said "iced coffee and iced caramel macchiato?" This is the baristas chance to make sure my drink isn't wrong. By not mentioning the specifics of my drinks, you fail. They charged me for the extra shot, but it wasn't in the drink. (You can see and taste it) the cup had caramel sauce all over the outside and she charged me .60 cents for SUBSTITUTING syrup in the iced coffee. That happens sometimes with the iced coffee and I never complain, but this barista was not friendly and that's annoying. So I'm passive aggressively complaining here. Train your baristas, teach them the importance of being detail oriented and friendly. I'm paying for quality and consistency with a smile. Not a Siren on a cup.

Rudest group of baristas yet. I was smiling and nice- she was pissy and acted like I was wasting her time. Tall caramel macchiato no foam. Didn't seem complicated- but for her it was. Top it off with a ton of them standing around. Drink was still wrong.

Here on a rediculously cold and snowy day and the place was packed! We were still able to get a seat and the service was fast and friendly even with all the folks jammed into the small building.
