My husband and I were so impressed with this restaurant and our chef. We can't wait to go back again. The chef who cooked our food made all of us at our table laugh and included all of us in his performance. He really 'wowed' us all. I also can't finish writing this review without mentioning how amazingly delicious the food was!

I'm glad that a hibachi and sushi restaurant opened up in Roswell. The chef's expertise and personality makes the dining experience enjoyable. The hibachi dinner gives you a lot of food. The meal starts with an subtle onion soup, then a simple salad with specialty dressing. Dinner prices are about $18 per person on average. Service was quite attentive. Next trip I'm trying the large choice of sushi.

We had the sushi here and were pleasantly delighted. I've been to a lot of sushi places all over in odd spots and these guys are much better than places I've been in bigger cities. The rolls were huge, and well presented. The salmon looked and tasted great, and their special rolls were well thought out and looked and tasted great. The only thing we noticed was that they must have opened real recently as some of the staff seemed unsure of what was going on. They made up for it by keeping our drinks topped off and the hibachi chefs looked like they were having a blast. One thing to note, they do not have a bar. That was a bit of a disappointment, the food quickly made us forget about that though.

So, after searching for somewhere to eat dinner in Roswell, NM I yelped upon this place. My first impression as I walk through the door is "it's a little empty". After being seated we were instantly asked what we would like to drink and if we were ready to order. This being our first time we had to look over the very large amount of choices. By the time the drinks were brought we were ready to place our order. We were brought our soup & salad and they were ok. The soup lacked flavor but no biggie. We weren't even finished with our appetizer when the waitress was already trying to clear our area. Felt really rushed. Once the cook was at the grill, he did a good job at making us laugh and engaging the 4 of us at his table. Our steak was ordered medium rare but was more like rare (raw). The steamed rice was not so fresh, tasted as though it might have been left over from the lunch service. Blah was my opinion of this place, would I go back? No, I'd rather save my $80 till I get back to Cali and have some top notch Habachi. Sorry I really wanted to love this place.

LISTEN TO ME. I AM THE HIBATCHI EXPERT. I have NEVER had such an amazing performance and this place comes as a surprise in this crap town. I was BLOWN AWAY by the talent of the chefs here. Sa was my chef and he belongs in Las Vegas. Guy was a pro. I'm seriously throw back, never expected such talent

I have never seen tuna look so terrible. I was afraid to eat. The silverware was dirty. The server could not understand our English. When we said something he walked to sushi chefs and they laughed. They did give us a free roll that I was terrified to eat. If I could give it no stars, I would.
