Came into K-Bobs, even after seeing the reviews. Right away they had fast and friendly customer service. The hostess was friendly and allowed me to pick where I wanted to sit. The waitress came to my table quickly after I sat and was friendly. After giving my drink orders, I had my drinks in less then 2 minutes. When I placed my food order, the waitress informed me of the specials they had. I also asked for some of their bread roles, which ended up coming out with my meal. While I waited for my meal, I noticed the place was clean and looked well maintained. My food came to my table in about six minutes, which for how empty they were didn't surprise me much. But it worried me on the quality of the food. Well, when I dug in I noticed my baked potato came with sour cream even though I asked for only butter, bacon, and cheese. The waitress apologized and went and order me a new one. The time it took for the new potato to be brought to my table was almost longer then it took to get my steak. Also the gave me a well done steak instead of medium rare. The cooks does also need to watch the amount of butter they put on the baked potato and the sweet baked potato. They became mushy with the amount they put on them. I was disappointed with the bread roles, they are not the typical roles you get at other K-Bobs. Tasted like roles you buy at a store and reheat in the microwave. The kitchen needs to work on quality control instead of quicker ticket times. Overall not a bad experience, would come back to this place if I'm back in town.

Guess New Mgt makes a difference. My burger was medium, just like I asked for, service was quick and Audrey & Britney were full of smiles.

Don't waste your money....under cooked chicken..sent it back. Salad greens that were wilted. Other tables got their salad bar with their meal for 1.99...we were charged 3.99 each. My husband had steak...he would not complain. Almost $40.00 later what a rip-off! Didn't even offer any kind of comp for the under-cooked chicken. I am use to great meals and great service..I live in the Palm Springs CA area...this restaurant would have been closed already if it was there!

It's really sad when you stay at a hotel and this restaurant is the one closest to you that's in your hotel.. I walked in after taking medicine.. Decided that I would try the restaurant so I did not have to drive. I came in no one seated me .. no one attended to me at all... So I decided to look at the salad bar since I could serve myself.. Nope, nothing looked fresh... Ended up walking over to what-a-burger for an enjoyable meal.. At first I thought it was a racial thing now , I think they just need to replace their whole wait staff after reading other reviews

Worst service ever! The manager looks to be a teenager and not in charge. Listens to complaints and laughs when people walk away. Bartender (girl with tattoos) was awesome though, other than that I'd never go back.

Just opened up so gave it a try to get it on Yelp. We sat at the bar since it was quicker to be seated. Ordered the K-Bob's Famous Kabobs with steamed broccoli instead of rice. The order took quite some time to arrive, and when it did arrive, I still had rice. The kabob itself wasn't anything to write home about, and it was in dire need of some sort of sauce. The rice was decent, although it tasted as those they were trying to pull of brown rice by mixing white rice and soy sauce. Getting the check was quick, paying for the check took forever. Everyone in the bar area was getting impatient, and it was not packed. Received check and had an extra charge for a salad that I did not have. I caught mine, my coworker did not and ended up paying extra. Perhaps service in the actual dining area is better, but as they just opened up, they most likely have a lot of inexperienced workers. Post your dining experience to help them out!

Each time I've gone the food and service have been sub-par. The food is barely warm when served, and I have yet to have a pleasant experience . No reason for me to go back.

Restaurant is brand new and still has a few kinks to work out. Service was slow it took 30-40 min to be served our food and it is obvious that the staff isn't fully comfortable or trained completely. Unsure about the bar area but it did look nice. Reason for the 1 star review is that my wife received poisoning from the Bacon Burger she ordered. So thanks for the 6 hour stay in the ER and all the vomit I had to clean up:) I would have put a 0 star review but yelp will not let me.

Wrote 1st review when we ate there on 01/01. A district manager responded, listened to my experience, and assured me the local manager would call me. It is now 01/16 and still nothing from anybody. As I previously stated, the problems stem from lack of training and poor management. NOTHING could ever make me go back there.

Right next to the Hotel my Family and I were staying and decided to give it a try. We walk in and the Hostess is nowhere in sight. We wait to be seated, as instructed by the sign, and a few mins later an employee arrives at the front, looks and us and continues with whatever he was doing. We ask to be seated and was immidately asked to take a seat. If the couches weren't so comfortable we would be furious but decided to bit our tongues and wait. Finally, a Server approaches and guides us to our table and asked to take the order for our drinks. I think it was his first day because he kept asking us to repeat our drinks, as our Server didn't carry a pad to jot it down. It took quite awhile for our drinks to arrive and to be place with the correct person who ordered that specific drink. So before he left we had him take our order because, he would disappear for a while then return. We put in our order and the wait for the food was a long one. When the food finally arrived my BBQ ribs were cold and my baked potato was good till it felt like there was sand in my mouth. I asked my younger sister, she got the same as I, if she had a grindy sand texture as well and she agreed. We asked for another and our Server informed us it was salt. Salt...not a dirty potato? Whatever it was, we didn't finish it. Overall, pricey for the food that's not even worth it.

I have been one time and food (chicken fried steak/fried okra). Service not so much. Dined at bar and took the bartender too long take order. Next wait staff had no clue of where orders go. Example man came after me ordered and his meal first and order wrong. I believe the order was not wrong but was for another table, because after I got my order another order came out and was the right order that m as n next to me ordered. Now my dad has been 3 times and will not go again. Mom has been 3 tmis and will not go agin

The restaurant has a nice interior. That's where the nice stops. I ordered a 9oz ribeye with steamed broccoli and a loaded baked potato. I asked for medium, it came out well done, with cold broccoli. The sever was nice and asked if I wanted a new one but I was so hungry I just ate it. They did give me 10% off and my dessert was free so they tried to make it right. But for a restaurant to call itself a steakhouse I would think they would take some pride in their steaks. Reading other reviews, it seems like my experience is the norm. I won't be back.

Went there this weekend and it was not a pleasant experience. Hostess was nowhere in sight so our party was left standing there for about 5 minutes and we started to walk towards the bar and the Hostess finally appeared and didn't even say hello just asked us if we wanted to follow her....Waitess was terrible along with the junkie track marks on her arms. Never brought us the rolls she said she was going bring us several times. The place looked very nicely remodeled but they need a serious overhaul on the staff. Food was not up to par either.

I have been here three times since they opened up and I will not be going back. The first time was an average experience but I think it was because they had a grand opening team there from out of town that had exceptional customer service, not so exceptional food. I had a very bland Rib-eye that was supposed to be medium but was served well done. I can honestly say that the service was good though. That service has now left town :( The second time I went was on a Wednesday night at about 8:15 pm. I was with 4 friends who were all hungry for steak and thirsty for beer! We were seated but then informed that they had already shut down the kitchen. No problem, we will just have a couple rounds of drinks...think again! We were informed that they just had last call! at 8:15! I asked the server why she even seated us?? Like we were just going to have 5 waters and talk!? We left and took our $400 ticket to a restuarant up the street. You would think that for a restuarant that has been open less than a month they would embrace a group of 5 guys that walk in and all want steak dinners and a few rounds of heavily marked up alcohol but hey, what do I know about running a restuarant?? The third time I went with my wife. I had a kabob with veggies, wife had salad bar (she was so dissapointed with the steak the first time, and with the fact that I dragged her there again) and my son had the 6 oz ranch house. Same food as the first time, very bland, no flavor, over cooked. It stood out more because the customer service was not as good. We left the majority of our food on our plates.

Not really that impressed. The place is newly remodeled and does look nice. But the food was mediocre as well as the service. Although the service at this K-Bob's was better than Socorro's service. My wife said the Beets from the salad bar were horrible. Brown instead of that nice dark red color they should be. We heard this salad bar was better than the competitors to the south. Nope the competitors is much better. Probably give them one more try but not for awhile.

Ok listen up all you steak lovers K-BOB'S is not a choice period. If you like your steak all grizzle than that's the place for you. I believe the waitress was also the cook. The large potato on the menu was mushy as well. Won't go back. Shut er down.

bad food. bad service. mashed potatoes just an old baked potato smashed in middle. asked for missing gravy and on second request 20 mins later was asked "oh, you still wanted it?" never got rolls we asked for. had to beg for drink refills. everyone's steaks dry and overcooked. Asked for limes twice never got them. Also the waitress came up and started to complain about her job and the management. She also complained she was about to cry in what seemed like a play for a larger tip. Not impressed at all.
