Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

We went to Best Lee's for takeout on Christmas Day and it was delicious! The food is freshly made and some of the best Chinese food I've ever had (including Chinatown in NYC). The sesame chicken and rice noodles were awesome and my picky kids loved them. The Mongolian beef was sweet and spicy. The fried rice was delish, not greasy or overdone. We will definitely be going back for more! They were open Christmas day, which saved me from having to cook again :)

Not only is this the best Chinese food in rio rancho it's the best Chinese food I have every had other then upscale high dollar places, the cool thing if you eat in you get free soup and free dessert and the staff is really nice and friendly and treat you like family

Buffet was surprisingly delicious. Nice variety including 2 kinds of soup. Mongolian Beef, chicken pepper, chicken balls in garlic sauce, etc. Nicely spicy rather than some of bland buffets I have had elsewhere. We have been in NM for a year now. Hard to find decent Chinese food here in Rio Rancho. We definitely will return again and again!

We have gone to Best Lees many times. The owner is gracious and knows our family. She remembers what we have had in the past, I'm really suprised that she hasn't remembered our name. The food is always good, fresh and plentiful. Having teenagers with palates that aren't well developed yet, the wait staff has been patient and made great suggestions that they have stuck with over the years. Very family friendly, very casual with great service.

I love this food the orange chicken Is the bomb. I come from Albuquerque to eat here. Never have any complaints about this place. The food is never a disappointment. :)

It used to be phenomenal but now it's horrible. The service seems like slave labor of a young girl in clothes to big and shoes 3 sizes to big and the food was awful. Such a disappointment.

Their food always seems to have a ginger after taste which is annoying but I guess they're not bad for New Mexican Chinese food. oh, and the Prices are definitely reasonable

Went during the buffet hours at the peak of lunchtime. There was only 2 other customers in the establishment. A lot of the food in the buffet was burnt, dry and had been sitting there obviously since they opened. Not a large variety. The fruit was pale and looked very old. Didn't dare try it. Price was pretty inexpensive, but you definitely get what you pay for here. Not much. The place itself was very run down, dirty and not kept to standard at all. Sadly I will keep going to Panda Express for my fast Chinese food needs.

It's surprisingly really good here, and it's really cheap as well. Tonight I had a large wonton soup (had like 10 pieces of wontons) for $2.95, 10 cream cheese rangoons for $4.25, and a huge helping of general tso's chicken for $9.95. I can't stress enough how much food this was for this absolutely great price. They've won me over with their pricing alone. For two people, an $18 dinner has given us leftovers for another meal and a snack. The food is fairly decent. I knew what I was getting when I walked into the place. You get what you pay for, basically. But the flavors were there, and the wait staff was very friendly. Ours couldn't speak english that well, but she greeted us with a smile and was very expedient with our requests. It's a very clean restaurant and looks to strive for a more modern look. But I would recommend getting rid of the pink, and instead using blue table cloths. Also there wasn't any music playing, and their TV was also off. There is a lack of atmosphere, but eh, I wasn't expecting much because that's what you usually get when you go to a hole in the wall Chinese restaurant. I gave this 5 stars because it really is one of the best Chinese restaurants around here. I haven't been able to find one with a good staff, good food, and comfortable prices like this around Rio Rancho. If anyone knows of one, let me know. Food: 4/5 Price: 5/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 My recommendations: Blue tablecloth instead of Pink Music TV for Football Games

Excellent food and low prices. We met the owner the first time we went in and she has remembered us since. She knows what we order and even what we substitute on the family meal. The donuts she serves after dinner are outstanding.

Warning: The food at this place is addictive. I find myself craving their lunch buffet at least once a week. They seem to have a regular clientele who feels the same way. The owner, Lina, is a very sweet lady and bustles around constantly making sure everyone is taken care of. I like to start with a bowl of egg drop soup with wonton chips. Standouts on the buffet include crab rangoon and the salt and pepper shrimp, but everything is fresh and totally flavorful and delicious. The only thing on the buffet I don't care for is the chocolate pudding, but really, who goes to a Chinese restaurant for chocolate pudding. On the other hand, the tiramisu squares for dessert are great.

First time..... Take out.... Ordered crab rangoon , bbq pork ribs and Mongolian Beef. The pork ribs were terrible, bbq sauce tasted like hot garbage, the ragoons were greasy and very little cream cheese and crab. The Mongolian beef was the best thing that I ate, it had a little spice but over all it was ok. Won't return again.

After reading the other reviews I was so excited to try Best Lee's. It was a huge disappointment. The crab rangoon were the worst I have ever eaten. There was little to no filling. We also ordered the pork fried dumplings. The the dumpling was raw. The pork filling was tasty but the raw dough made them nearly inedible. Several family members ordered fried rice and found it dry and bland. We will continue to look for a good Chinese Restaurant in the Rio Rancho area.

Went there yesterday for take out, and I have to tell you it was the worst Chinese food I ever had. I live maybe two minutes away and it was cold and had no flavor what so ever. I been there before and the food was good, but yesterday it was awful. I will never go there again. BTW there was no one there so they can't blame it on being busy.

Good food. Went Tuesday evening. Young girl waited on us. She wasn't very good, though. Spilled some soup on our table and didn't even clean it up. Another young girl was at the register...not very friendly. I would go back. Got the general tso's chicken. Good stuff

I just moved to Rio Rancho and was looking to try some good take out Chinese. I have tried Best Lee's before but it was over in the Heights. This location in Rio Rancho is pretty much the same thing. Food is fresh and they have large portions. One of there servings could easily feed 2 people. I highly recommend this place.
