Food Suggestions to Maintain Cholesterol Level at MCDONALD'S
I'm not sure if I should pity the employee's that have to deal with me or just continue to hate this place. It's basically the Hell pit stop for Greyhound. Always starving. I'm a vegan so basically there is nothing I can eat here. Not this locations fault, though the staff where a bit rude when I asked for a cheeseburger with no meat or cheese and lots of veggies. l I can only eat three things here. Yes the fries do contain lard. Instead of giving me an an angry look and telling me you charge for lettuce, tomato etc. On the "burger". And slamming it down in front of me. Cashier cocked an attitude with me when I presented her with a $100.00. Which happens to be all I had in my wallet. Never actually patronize MCD's to begin with. But considering I will be stuck on a bus for several hour with nothing other than maybe cliff bars to eat, I would rather not starve to much. Also the Italian dressing has cheese in it. And the Balsamic dressing has a mysterious caramel coloring that may or may not be vegan friendly. VEGAN FOOD THINGS -------- *Oatmeal- No cream/debatable about sugar *Coffee- No Cream *Side Salad- Balsamic Dressing is up for debate

Stopped here while traveling. The line to order took a long time but the quick kitchen made up for it. The bathrooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. I ordered my food and had it in less than 2 minutes. My food was hot and tasted fresh. The manager gave me my order and thanked me. Great job! The interior and exteriors were both clean and the employees were professional, personable, and had clean appearances.

Stopped here because the bus driver stopped here. The cashier was nice. However the manager Steve was horrible. No class and no sense of customer service. I ordered a six piece nugget mighty kid meal with sweet tea. Sweet and sour sauce. I asked that the fries have no salt on them. The cashier made sure that the fry maker would leave a basket with no salt. I received my order, fries were really salty. Nuggets were super old . No sweet and sour sauce. I took them back to the manager Steve. Steve told me the fries didn't have salt on them. I told him yes they did. So Steve eats one and tells me they still don't have salt. So I show Steve the salt. Also he told me that I shouldn't be eating McDonalds if I don't want salt on my fries. So after going back and forward he proceeds to get my replacement fries. Steve never once washed his hands, after eating a fries in front of me. Throws the fries on one of the brown trays the you get when you dine in. I don't know of it was clean or not. Throw fries in bag, brings them to me . I like where's my nuggets. I don't understand why he didn't bring it all to me at once. Dear Owner, Steve was so rude and inconsiderate . I think that was very unsanitary of him to eat a fry in front of me and not bother to wash his hand. He continued to serve food to other customers. Maybe he needs more customer service classes. Even though I was just passing though, he still should treat every customer like a valued customer. As a manager he should know better. He didn't have a name tag either. Very tacky for a Manager to have on earrings also. In case that's not his name , he's the short, skinny, dark blonde, hazel colored eyes, earrings and bow tie wearing flamboyant manager.

We stopped here for breakfast just ahead of a Greyhound bus full of people. We got the first McMuffin of the day. But don't worry, I didn't rub it in anyone's face or anything. The bathrooms need to be remodeled in this well-traveled location. Not surprising as it's a huge pit stop on I-10 just inside the New Mexico border. Most notable regional difference: They offer a green chile burger! Awesome.

We were on the road and pulled off to visit this McDonalds. What a disappointment! The bathrooms were not clean, the garbage bins were overflowing, and the restaurant had more dirty tables than clean ones. To their credit, there was a lone employee cleaning the floors. Unfortunately, she was not wringing out her mop, so the floor was a slippery hazard! The order area was chaotic. It was hard to tell who was waiting to order and who was waiting for food, and the clerks were not doing a good job of directing traffic. Instead, they basically just stood there until someone stepped forward. When we got to the counter, the clerk seemed distracted, perhaps by the extremely loud music playing on the loudspeaker. We asked for our order to stay, but it was packed up in bags. They specifically asked what drink and sauce went with the happy meal, but none were provided. I also did not get any utensils for the salad (that I ordered to eat in the restaurant!). When I went back to ask for these missing items, I was ignored. The people behind the counter seemed to avoid eye contact with me! By the time I sat down, the food was getting cold. The burger was dry, the french fries were not fresh, and the salad was wilted. Such a disappointment. I should have stopped in Willcox!
