Ate here 8.13, and I think BWW listened. It was crawling with servers. Everything here was great for BWW. *My standard for this chain is BWW in Williston, ND.

I have eaten here many times and the food has been ok. Tonight I ordered the fish tacos. When the waiter delivered them luckily I had to wait on the sauce and condiments. When he brought them we both noticed a price sticker on the taco. Gross. He took them back. The manager and everyone apologized. Fish tacos were remade. Next batch tasted bad so I did not eat them. Probably last time I will eat there.

Always has quick and very friendly service. The boneless wings always were evenly coated with sauce and never had anything under or over cooked. My drinks and food come out in a very timely manner after I've ordered them. Waiters check on you frequently while you dine in and always let you know it's okay to flag them down for anything. Managers have always been willing to find the sporting event you want to watch and put it on a TV if they can. Very solid BWW.

Incredibly slow service. 45 minutes to get 15 honey BBQ wings? Restaurant was maybe 1/6 full. Almost left before I got the wings. Wings were not bad but not worth waiting that long.

I love BWW's but this is by far the dirtiest place I've ever been. It took about twenty minutes to be sat in the bar (aren't bars usually open seating?) then after we get out STICKY menus we are greeted by our waitress who doesn't even look old enough to drink. When j ask if she has any New Mexican Beers she pulls out the menu and starts looking. After noticing Marble Red on draft I ask for that and wait 15 min till i receive a beer that had about 3 inches of head... The staff acts like working here is a huge singles mixer.. Lots of "ass grabbing" and hugging, more so then work.. I just witnessed a push up contest between two male employees and noticed them both not was their hands and proceed to make drinks and serve food.. The female servers seem to be working for tips as if this was a strip club (lots of lap sitting)

If your waitress happens to stop by your table, ask for everything you're going to need for the entirety of your stay. You might not see her again. Been here 7 times while in town and it's always the same. Food is good and beer is cold.....if you can find someone to bring it to you.

I travel constantly for work and this was easily the worst BW3 I've ever been too. I understand the staff is new, with a new restaurant. That being said the service was so bad it was unreal. The waitresses admitted to being from a neighborhood restaurant that was not doing well. The staff must have took old habits and transplanted them. Avoid this place at all costs.

This particular BWW doesn't have bad food, the service and management is what is awful here. They must hire the most inexperienced servers in Hobbs and the management itself is awful. Not once have I walked in and you can be seated in a timely manner. I have usually had a meal or drink messed up, the food and drinks always take ages to come after you have ordered them. The manager, every single one, will say the cooks are overwhelmed, if this is the case every weekend, then put more people on staff. I see waitresses and waiters loitering when there are tables that need cleaning! I see them visiting at their stations when patrons need service. It is a poorly managed establishment. If there were enough restaurants in Hobbs, this one would surely go out of business.

I'm not a huge fan of Buffalo Wild Wings but I must say, I keep coming back! So in my (not being a fan mode) I found myself in Hobbs, NM trying to get some food at BWW's. For this to be a new establishment in the area, they should be a lil more customer savvy. I find it a shame that in Northwest Texas & now this area, they find it so hard to just plainly, "take care of the customer"! It seems because we are in "oil" country & people freely spend $ that no one demands to be treated right. Anyway, if you are looking for those few parking spots in the front for "to go" orders, forget about it! They don't exist. I parked almost a mile away. Upon entering, cashier in the front was VERY nice so, that was a plus. I ordered the fish tacos but didn't get my substituted order of carrots & when I opened my order there was taco stuffing EVERYWHERE. Also, it was supposed to come with a choice of hot sauce but they put a packet of tarter sauce in. When has fish tacos ever had tarter sauce as a condiment? C'mon people. I may give them one more chance but, IDK. & that manager who just stands by the door & NEVER smiles or talks to customers, get a grip or get another job.
