I never go to places like this so what a nice surprise it was when I walked in and was greeted so nicely. I got a ribeye which was tender and cooked perfectly. I had no idea they had a salad bar and it was extensive so a very happy surprise. The wait staff was attentive and very pleasant. Would go again.

Expensive meals for what is offer on the menu. My dinner was served almost 20 minutes and tepid. Men's bathroom was dirty with toilet paper and paper hand towels all over the floor. The server did a great job, however the kitchen made her task very difficult. When I travel through Gallup, NM I won't stop at Sizzler

Food was decent, but bathrooms were dirty, broken toilet seat in ladies bathroom, food and other debris on restaurant floor, tables in desperate need of bussing, and you order your food at front counter. No liquor license. Our wait person who delivered our order was very attentive. We had a cheeseburger, chicken tenders, and fries which were good and arrived in a shirt time.

Long wait for our food to come out. Rotten cheese on salad bar. Did not have a good visit AT ALL. Gave two stars because server was polite and food was good when it finally came out. There was a huge discrepancy in portion sizes. (View photos) We will not be returning.

We had the salad bar tonight and everything was good. The chilli here was exceprionalky good. They loaded it up with lots of vegetables: carrots, zucchini, onions, green peppers and lots more. The employees were continuously tending to the hot and cold salad bars, checking food temperatures and cleaning up. I talked with four different employees and they were all very courteous. Our server, Lauren, was especially nice towards us. The food was good and the service was really good. A very good place to eat dinner.

We had a very bad experience here one fine day. You may ask why am I giving this place five stars? Because after talking to the manager, Sizzler, rectified the incident with an apology and a little more than we expected. NOW! THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! We will definitely be back.
