My blue corn enchiladas were fantastic! I ordered the chicken enchiladas, and asked that they be made with blue corn. My husband said his gordita and tostada were "solidly good". The tortillas and sopapillas were delicious. The food was served promptly and was the correct temperature. Several reviewers mentioned slow service, but we had no issues at all with the service. All of the wait staff seemed to be moving quickly. It was a good decision to eat here.

The food is okay. The white dip that came with the chips is pretty good. Its a bit pricey and portion sizes don't make up for it. Overall it was an okay place.

Service was ok but food was terrible. Burnt beans, dry rice, flavorless in general. And their prices just continue to go up while their food continues to go waaaay down in quality. The only thing good was the salsa.

Second time there, not the most amazing food I've ever had but pretty good. Would recommend the tamales and enchiladas, pass on tacos and flautas. Red chile is really good, green as well but more mild. Sopapillas included is a bonus.

In all of Farmington there are about 4 good restaurants I would give 5 stars too. Beans- good, little soupy. Rice- best I have had Green chile- awesome flavor- not killer hot Red chilies- ? Not a fan of any red anywhere. Salsas- AMAZING. My favorite menu item- chimichanga- shredded beef- it's almost magical. Avoid Sunday mornings around 1030 onto 1 or so- it gets BUSY. Service is always good, prompt, and attend to your needs fast- never an empty drink cup. I really can't say a bad thing about the place.

It was good.

Great jalapeño/sour cream dip (comes free) to start. Entrees are ok but mediocre at best. Home made tortillas are awesome. And they will bring you free sopapillas at the end. Overall good but won't blow your mind.

Fried ice cream is for realz yo!

Pros: Great Chips and Salsa/Dip, Great Food! Cons: Service can be spotty but overall good. This is an excellent place to enjoy some great food and atmosphere. The restaurant is in a great location, looks great, clean, good prices, and tasty food! I always choose this place as my restaurant of choice when I'm in town visiting family and friends. This has been a favorite growing up and I continue to love it. Of course I will start by saying that the chips and salsa/dip is excellent! They have a pretty good white cream dip that is pretty good. I tend to mix the two and it's AMAZING! The food is equally as good with what you would expect from actual New Mexican food. It's far from Tex Mex but not exactly authentic. I would definitely come back just for the food. They always drop off a basket of excellent sopapillas.and honey! You also know this is a good restaurant if they make and sell fresh tortillas! The prices are fair, you get good portions and a good variety of food. I have always found something different on the menu I like, although I always turn to the #1 as it has a little bit of everything. My one and only complaint is that service is spotty. I've been there several time in the last few weeks and have had great service one visit and average or the service fell below my expectation. One visit we had multiple servers filling our drinks and checking on us and others we had one server who wouldn't come back without having to wave him down. Overall this place is a good choice for Mexican in the Four Corners. I can't officially say it's the best as there are a lot of places I have yet to try, but I would strongly recommend this place for the food and atmosphere. Although the service can be spotty, it's worth the wait. Try it out!

Best food in town! Reasonable wait time, excellent service and food that's out of this world! Ask for the white sauce! None like it anywhere else!! I would definitely recommend this place and will be a returning customer.

Tremendously good food, fast service, good price~ Opening your meal with delicious chips, salsa, and crema, Sà Señor hooks you right in with flavor and tasty, tasty nosh. Food is usually plated and tabled before you're finished with the basket of chips and is so filling, whatever you order, you'll be set for the whole day! But, wait, there's more! Complementary Sopapillas and honey for dessert. Price range is usually around $10-15 per person, fairly affordable restaurant fare that earns every penny thanks to awesomely good food! Sunday brunch or casual dates, Sà Señor is the place to go.

Had the mega combo with the chile relleno, enchilada, and tamale. It comes with spanish rice, beans, a sopapilla (which you can drizzle with honey), and a tiny scoop of pork green chile. I thought the dining experience was just ok. It was a bit overpriced. I did enjoy the red salsa (the white salsa is just sour cream with jalapenos) that they serve with tortilla chips. I asked for extra red salsa and was charged about $4 or so for a 6-8oz cup. wow man.

Well, I've eaten here several times now, enough times to be called the "Duke" of Si Senor on Yelp! The food is pretty darn good, the chips and salsa is to die for. Most of the dishes are good, even have lettuce wrapped fajitas for those that are watching their diets. The sopapilla are delicious and hands down, a pretty solid Mexican food establishment. The only down fall is the long ticket time waits and the horrible service. The last time we ate here, it took 24 mins to get our food, that's from the time we ordered to when It arrived out our table. That's kinda of excessive. The service needs to improve, the server frequently neglects to fill out beverages and they forget we are even there. I witnessed an customer get up and walked over to the soda machine and refill his own soda for himself and his party at the table. If Si Senor can fix these two problems, they'd easily be a 4-5 star restaurant.

They have pretty good food. I just wish they'd make the restaurant as nice as the si senor in Las cruces.

The food was good but the service was extremely slow. I stopped by for lunch, thinking of a quick lunch. But I was wrong.

Love this place good food and family friendly and very nice server too and the breakfast lunch dinner are awesome I always ordered a chimichanga here #14 lol

Usually great service but the weekend are very inconsistent. I've been sitting here for a half hour and haven't seen a waitress. I'm about to get up and leave.

Pretty yummy most of the time. Good salsa and this other spicy, white cream base dip for chips. Super yummy. Great sopapillas. A little small on the meat portions for fajitas. Good, efficient service. Worth going back & we recommend. They also sell fresh tortillas which are amazing!!

Been to this restaurant many, many times and I've never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, and the food is wonderful, pleasantly predictable and stable. No unpleasant surprises. I love the decor and the fountain inside. Atmosphere has everything to do with enhancing the meal and the whole experience, and this place has it. The outdoor seating is very pleasant too. I'm a fan!

What a disappointment today tried to call in an order was put on hold for 20 minutes. Drove to restaurant and ordered 28 minutes of being on hold. Manager said we are busy. Only tables on 1/2 of one side had customers. Why aren't employees responsible for there actions. Because the manger isn't in control of them

Excellent place to eat! Authentic New Mexican Food. Perfect Service. I enjoy the fish tacos with french fries. Wonderful atmosphere just like eating at a big family gathering.

Fresh everything, smiling faces, always good.

Best New Mexican food in town.

I agree with jeremy (review below) that my in-laws and friends love eating here. I have eaten at si senor 3 times now. I am not impressed. I do have to agree that the chips and salsa was great. I have tried the chimichanga, chicken taco and steak & enchiladas. All 3 meals were bad. The main dish, rice and beans seemed like they were all over cooked and bland. But my wife did like their fried ice cream! It also seems like Si Senor is a hot spot for the Farmington area. There was a wait and the restaurant setting was quite loud. The service was inconsistent from all 3 of my visits. But they all seemed to be very nice. I'm from Phoenix, AZ and i feel like a can evaluate mexican food accurately. That being said I would not recommend this place unless you want some fried ice cream.

When looking for a great New Mexican food, this is your best option in town. Very consistent, good service and homemade tortillas and sopapillas. The kicker is the salsa and white sauce served with the free chips. If you're deciding between places for mexican, I promise this is your best chance in town.

Very solid Mexican restaurant! My colleague and I came in for a late lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. There were at least 10 tables filled with happy patrons. Chips and salsa were delicious, staff very prompt and friendly. Entrees were very good. My colleague went with the red sauce and loved her cheese enchilada with egg; I went for the much wimpier green sauce on my enchilada plate. We both thought we'd picked winners!

For some reason my family likes going here but I told them I'm not going back again. The best thing I can say is the chips and salsa are about average or a little better. The beans and rice that come with entrees look and taste like the most boring and bland Mexican food you would find in the Midwest. The chicken in my entree was not appetizing at all and the green chile sauce was so bland. Mexican food this boring does not belong in New Mexico. The staff is friendly and the place is decorated nicely. Also, no beer on draft, bottles only.
(2)Jay P.
Very ordinary New Mexican restaurant. The complimentary chips and salsa were nice, but the tostada and chicken taco entrees were blah. Staff were friendly, but I'd go elsewhere for good New Mexican food.

excellent food and service.....the sopapillas where great! four of us went for dinner and everyone was pleased with their food....we will be back for more.....

This is probably really good for Farmington, but not spectacular Mexican food. I would liken it to something in between Del Taco and El Torito.
