Our soup and salad took over 30 minutes to come out after our appetizer. The soup burned my tongue worse than it has ever been burned. Service took forever during lunch & the food was really bad. My soup tasted like an entire garlic clove & freezer burn. Will not be returning unfortunately. We would rather drive an hour to Durango to dine.

Food and service great there we were visiting from out of town. Accommodated us while celebrating my nephew's football success.

It's Outback....and not a bad location either. Have ordered curbside take out several times without error & dined in with out of town guests last week. Great service and food was exactly what you would expect.

Just ok! It's been about 4 years since we've eaten here. Something was "off" for us during our experience - I know it sounds weird - but we think part of it may have been that no music was on so we were subjected to hearing servers yelling "water to table 84"... And clanking and yelling from the kitchen. I never realized how much music drowns that out. The service was good enough - she wasn't overly excited about life but got us everything we needed so I can't complain. The food tasted more processed than I remember. I really did like the spinach & artichoke appetizer and Caesar salad. The potato soup my Husband had was waaaaaay salty. My Mahi fish was overcooked and rubbery but had good flavor (of what I ate). The veggies I had were great! My Husband enjoyed his steak & lobster! I hoped for a better experience overall but unfortunately things just didn't work out that way. They seemed really busy so it seems like they are doing something right for others.

I take my Employees to Outback. The Owner/ Manager checks and makes sure you have a pleasant experience and will correct anything that is not perfect. I love the new Decor and nice atmosphere. They care about your dining experience I would recommend highly in Farmington. Thanks

Every time we go there and eat in the dining area it's a disaster. The tandem servers just doesn't work. You order or ask one of them for something and wait forever. Even the staff doesn't like it. We have been told this by more than one server. However all is not lost here. If you want great service, sit at the bar. Everyone of them call you by name even if you don't go there allot. Especially Mike, he goes by Sticker. Also Donut is very good, don't know her real name. We will never sit in the dining area again. We have tried about 6 times to let them "Wow" us, to no avail. I give two stars only because of Stickler and Donut.

After working here I would NEVER NEVER NEVER eat here!!! I have seen some crazy stuff in the kitchen such as food dropped on an unsanitary floor and quickly flash fried or grilled to "sterilize" it and served, code violations in the walk-in on an almost daily basis (cooked meat and vegetables stored next to raw meat, and generally unsanitary food preparation practices). Eat here if you want food poisoning and explosive diarrhea!

One of the better places to eat at here in farmington. Staff is nice and its classier than apple bees or neighboring chilis

Close, yet so far. I ordered a Medium ribeye, cooked way too fast, hard and crispy on the outside, cool center, I understand that Outback has a 45min dinner time wait, and getting people fed and out the door equals dollars...but it drives people like me away, slow your roll and then I'll be back...

The service was really good here. Our waiter (Shamus, I believe) was super busy running around taking care of his tables but still always made sure we were okay. The food took a long time to come out (and I was starving, so that kinda sucked), but overall was very good.

I've eating at quite a few Outbacks and normally they are pretty consistent, but the one in Farmington is below what I am sure, are less than corporate standards. The last time we were there, menu items shown were unavailable, including salad dressing. On multiple occasions, our steak has been so rare it is almost impossible to cut with a steak knife. Even after sending it back, it was not cooked as ordered. As a side note, sending food back is a concern, as the staff does not give you a comfortable feeling when sending food back. As a patron of over ten years of this particular Outback (frequenting it as often as biweekly), I can say that I have seen it at its best; and currently I can honestly say it is at its worst! With a recent influx of restaurants in the Farmington area that provide excellent customer service and quality food at reasonable prices, I don't see Outback succeeding in the near future unless drastic changes occur.

Needs work, under construction so it's hard to get inside. Ordered shrimp appetizer and it came out after my steak, and was awful. The salad had crotons but I ordered it without. Table was dirty and seats worn..just needs a good cleaning and whipped into shape this is not up to their standards. Someone from HQ needs to come and check it out.

I ordered the Outback burger- nothing fancy. Burger and fries came out lukewarm, like it sat under the lights for a while. The restaurant was extremely cold, so take a jacket with you. I've given up ordering steaks at this steakhouse, because it would always come out overcooked. Service was okay- our waitress was nice, but we rarely saw her. Each time I come here, I think to myself that I could have cooked that steak or burger better.

I went to take my brother out to eat. The hostess said the wait be 10 min. So I said that's fine.. OK we got seated. And we waited a whole half our just to get a drink order.. We got our drink. And while we got our food the service went from bad to worse. No one can to check on us until we were done. I so wanted dessert, but I figured I'd be the an additional 30 min.

This was honestly an awful restaurant experience. I came for lunch and sat at the bar. My soda was flat so I asked for a water, which was fine. I ordered sirloin and shrimp and asked for my steak medium rare. The steak came out way too rare. It was brown on the outside but the entire inside was cool and dark red. It was gross. So they threw it back on the grill, which then made it too dry. I ate my soup (French onion, which nobody told me there was an up charge for) and shrimp, but the steak wasn't doing it for me. The manager was aware that it didn't come out all right and she didn't say anything to me about it. The bartender was busy, which I understand, but she wasn't even friendly. I know it's frustrating to waitstaff to have a one top, because it's one meal and thus a smaller tip, but she wasn't even good at faking friendliness. She made it obvious that she was more interested in the larger parties sitting near me, and I ended up waiting about 10 minutes after getting my extra rare steak before she even came over to address it. Overall, not worth it.

Ordered a steak salad with blue cheese dressing, i got a vinaigrette, I sent it back and requested to go box for the repaired salad, as I had already been there so long. Today was the first time that I ever ate frozen lettuce, sure was crispy till it thawed, then it was just a $13.95 box of compost. Dressing was good, steak was tasty but very chewy. I'll try a different restaurant the next time....

Very slow service and not good. Food was good if want to wait for almost an hour. No refills on drinks my kids kept asking wheres their drinks after she said would get them. Complete meal didn't come out only after we were getting ready to leave. Got to the restaurant at 745pm left very upset at 10pm. No tip for service. Not very busy either. But heres a tip DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT! Unless you like bad service, waiting for incomplete meals and getting pissed off.

This restaurant used to be really good but the last few times we have been here it seems to really be going downhill. Last night the the only thing that was good was the Mac and cheese my grandkids ordered. My husband had the pork chops and they were dry. I had the tilapia and it was so bad I only had a couple of bites. The waitress didn't ask if the food was ok. We had to get our own salt and pepper and sugar off of other tables. Needless to say it will be a long time before we go back, if we ever do.

Every time we eat here, they can't cook our meals correctly and the service stinks! I can't wait for Texas Roadhouse! I ordered the steak and asked for Medium Well, the steak comes out still bleeding and rare. The waitress only came by to give us our food and avoided us the whole time. We had to pry her away from the other table just to get our check. I still can't find a decent place to enjoy a steak here in Farmington!

This was a great surprise. It was right next to our hotel and dinner was great. My steak was tasty and tender. It was cooked just right. Once we got seated the service was fast and courteous. My mom had the salmon and brother and I had steaks. I would return again.

For a very late lunch the drinks were fantastic, appetizer of crab stuffed mushrooms was awesome. The wedge salad was shared and was loaded with blue needs. My ribeye was perfectly cooked, tender and very flavorful, my garlic mash was great as well. My girlfriend had the Alice Springs chicken, it was very tender but only 2 mushrooms and she had to ask food extra honey mustard. The service as always was fantastic! Will be back again and again.

Huge fan. Huge portions of food. The Bloomin' Onion and Aussie Cheese Fries were monster for apps or even for meals. We even still had our regular meals coming. Rib-eyes went all around with the house salad for me. Juicy rib-eye well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Service was excellent plates kept getting cleared, drinks kept filling, even the owner of this location came out to see how everything was going. Very friendly. It was pretty busy and we were still the server's priority. Awesome job accommodating some very hungry men, at least I was.
