The best place ever! I love DD. The best coffee, donuts, even the sandwiches. No matter which DD I go to, all their products are so good. Consistent as well, from state to state. I always look forward to stopping in.

It really says something about a town when the Dunkin Donuts is practically a five star rated restaurant. My goodness... I have lived in Farmington for 2 years and every time I have visited this place I've gotten poor service (one time they accidentally made me a large coffee instead of the medium that I requested and I had to wait while I watched them pour the large coffee into a medium cup. Really?!). I'm not sure why it's necessary to be rude or to act like I'm interrupting something you could be doing other than, oh, your job, but I guess I should lower my expectations. Anyway, if you want a coffee and a decent donut and you're driving through town, you won't be disappointed by the standard Dunkin fare... you just might want to brace yourself for the staff. Just saying... There's also a Starbucks (drive thru) and a Durango Joe's Coffee not too far if you wanted friendly service and even better coffee. If you're only here for a brief visit -- make sure you go to Durango Joe's and skip the donuts.

We've been to a few DD's in New Mexico where good service was a chore to find. Fortunately, this location isn't among those. We came here three days in a row and found friendly staff, eager to take our order and get it in our hands as quick they could. And, when it comes to DD's what more can you ask for? This is affordable, chain food and we all know what to expect from their donuts, bagels, muffins and coffee. It's always the service that's in question, which isn't an issue here.

One word: Outlets! First of all, this place can get pretty pricey, and they don't offer free refills on their sodas. You pretty much have to buy another cup, luckily the cashier behind the counter let me reuse my cup, i didn't want to waste cups. They offer free WiFi, which is nice, and they have long surge protector outlet plugs on every wall, even the small wall behind the soda dispenser. They were also nice enough to let me hang out for over an hour, with my large cup of soda. The internet connection was very slow, but hey, it's free. So I took it.

As any donut fan will tell you, Dunkin' Donuts are the absolute best in the USA. Best variety, freshest ingredients, etc. However, for those of us on the West Coast, there are NO Dunkin' Donuts within driving distance :-( This is very sad indeed. When I stumbled onto Owen's donut shop... okay, actually, I called corporate and they recommended Owen's shop as one of the best within 1 day shipping distance to Southern California. I was so happy, as I had grown up with Dunkin' Donuts and had missed them terribly. Roughly 10 years ago, I started having Owen ship me donuts, a dozen or so at a time. He perfected the shipping technique, using flat cups, the exact size of the donuts, to insulate each one within the box. When I opened my overnight package and pulled the donuts out, they looked exactly like they would had I walked into the store and purchased them on the spot. It was amazing, and I've been ordering Dunkin' Donuts this way ever since. I'm not sure you'll find any DD store to do what Owen does, and I'm 100% positive that you won't find a nicer owner out there. So, if you want some Dunkin' Donuts but you don't have one around, and FedEx comes to your town, then just call Owen and he'll set you up! If you've never had a Dunkin' Donuts donut, then, well, let's just say, you've never had a donut!

Great donuts and very tasty breakfast sandwiches. I'm also a big fan of the coffee which is a great deal for the price.

i'm no donut expert. i love dunkin donuts. my donut experience consist of safeway, bashas, and the bakery on campus of the university that i attended. and for the record i hate crispy cremes. since i live and work in shiprock, nm i don't get to choose my donuts because they are brought in from those who commute into work from farmington to shiprock. thanks to my awesome co-workers.
