I was apprehensive about eating here due to negative reviews. Just goes to show that you can't believe everything you read. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and shown to our choice of tables. Our waiter was Jaylin. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. We had the lunch specials of wings with onion rings and cheeseburger sliders with fries. The food was delicious and unlimited drink refills were a plus. Good food, great service, a good lunch time experience.

we tried this place again on 6/27/15 around 4:30 pm. there was no wait and we were seated immediately. probably due to eating between lunch and dinner times. so that was nice. our server took our drink orders and told us she needed to leave to help another table. that was weird. we waited for less than 10 minutes to get our drinks and asked what happened to our spinach artichoke dip. before she left again our server said they were training new cooks so things have been crazy. we ordered a bbq chicken salad, big jack daddy burger, snack size (quantity of 5 wings), kids mac & cheese, and kids mini corn dogs. all the food was only a 3 star except the big jack daddy burger which i thought was a 4 star. the fries were good. the salad was disgusting! bww is suppose to be all about the wings and we thought they were just okay. nothing special or gross. we placed our meal order and items were switched. the fries and sides were on the wrong plates. we got more wings than we asked for. drinks were often empty. our server was very apologetic but the restaurant was only about 20% full. our bill before tip was $49. if you want an average meal and average experience check out bww.

Kirby the manager is not at all concerned about his customers nor his staff. Therefore, the place sucks. There was hair in the food and he didn't even apologize. Madison our amazing servant apologized a lot, she was cool. Apparently there were three other complaints the same day! Kirby didn't care. I love Bdubbs but this one just sucked. Tony the other manager is nice. So was Chris who fixes it all.

Love coming here for a brew and trivia games on Buzztime. The Sunday special Wild Bloody Mary is the best in town! Our fave wings are the buffalo dry rub. It's good to know the servers, bartenders and managers: they def hook us up!

Tons of TVs showing everything from illegal cock fighting (I kid) to golf, 30 beers on tap, wings available from mild to wild, free tablets to keep kiddos occupied, 5 stars in my book!

It's appearance is deceiving....looking at the exterior, this place looked big. I had already read the reviews and it really didn't looked that great, but I decided to try it for myself. Once you enter, the hostess will ask if you would like dining or cocktail? Dining is self explanatory and cocktails is designed for consuming adult beverages. The menu is three pages with a whole page is dedicated to wings. We visited on Tuesday during lunch, which is also $.65 wings day. We had the medium traditional wings with medium sauce and the Asian zing....which tastes like general Chow's chicken. The wings were quite delicious and we also ordered a basket of onion rings, which was also delicious. The waitress was awesome, she never let our drinks go dry. The decor is dark and way more tv's than you can shake a stick at. Tv's cover everything, but no volume. They had techno music blasting, I mean it was way too loud and I couldn't hear the conversation between myself and my wife. I was being generous with 4 stars, I would have loved to give this place a 3 and half stars. I'd try this place again, but it's going to be takeout.

DAMN! I should know better! Chain restaurants I avoid with a passion. Had a free afternoon and decided to try the BWLD (I own the stock and have made a killing!). DAMN! I knew I shouldn't try "chain food!" The service was OK. The staff was annoyingly nice (can that happen? - Yes!) The boneless wings had a 2-to-1 ratio of batter to chicken! The ranch was fake, processed, BS! The only "fresh" thing on the plate was the carrot sticks and celery. OMG! They were prepped a week ago! The celery edges were brown and soggy and the carrots were speckled white, orange things. I asked the waitress and all she said was "that's how they always are." I will continue to own the stock. There are enough people out there that think this is awesome. I need to listen to my "friends" in my head that tell me "NO!!! NOT CHAIN FOOD!" Read the other reviews: "Attentive." "Knowledgeable." "Friendly." "Good to know the servers." I came for the food! It was not good!

Used to be an okay place to get wings. Their prices keep going up! If you don't hit up happy hour you will be paying over 6$ a beer(craft beers) . Totally not worth it. Better off going to Distil for a sixer and going home!

Ate wings. Had the spicy garlic, mild and medium wings along with a basket of fries. We also ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer, they were quite tasty. The wings were good, but drenched in the sauce more that i would have liked. The server we had at the time was excellent. He was very attentive and talkative. The food we ordered came out quick, didn't have to wait long at all. Requested one of the many flat panel TV's to be changed to a baseball game i wanted to watch which was done quickly. Overall, the service was so much better than the food on this visit.

Decided to finally give the establishment a try after weeks of seeing the parking lot full (so you know the service was not that great after a new place opens). We decided to try the lunch specials... I had the sliders with onion rings and we also had the wings with fries both costing around $7.50 which included a drink. After a 25 minute wait our food arrives but the sliders were cold and very dry...the wings we ordered were the garlic Parmesan and they were decent, fries and onion rings were good but just warm not piping hot. Overall service was slow even though they weren't packed. I don't think I would go back. I have had better wings and BWW did not leave an impression on me.

Typical BWW! Crap service and rude servers. Been to BWW all over the country and this is just as bad. Will never return.

This place is a huge joke. I've been to other Buffalo Wild Wings and got amazing service but this place is just horrible. On our first visit there wasn't anyone waiting to be seated and it still took us about 20-25 minutes to be seated for a party of 2 and we could clearly see there was open tables. Finally we get seated and it took another 25 minutes for our drink order to be taken and another 30 minutes for us to get our food which tasted horrible when we got it. Well then tonight we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try it again.. Big mistake. We walked in and the service was instantly horrible. We got asked how many in our party and then not another word was said to us while we sat there for about 20 minutes figuring out what was going on and we were the only people waiting to be seated so the wait shouldn't have been that long. It's like the girls were afraid to talk to people. So in all, we will not be back. You get ignored by the staff and you sit there watching the staff socialize with each other more than with the customers. They need to change a lot of stuff around there before we even consider going back and in my opinion the food isn't that great anyway. If I could I wouldn't give this place any stars.

My husband and I have been to BWW in Farmington, NM 4 times since they opened. Our experiences are always the same at this location. We usually get in pretty quick since there's only 2 of us, but they tell us we can sit at the bar (there's only been one time there was 2 chairs together at the bar) and then mumble something about sitting at the "tall tables". The one time we sat at the bar, we were ignored by the bartender for about 20 minutes. She wasn't doing anything except looking at what was in the cooler and making drinks for the men that were there alone. My husband finally asked her for a menu because there were none near us. We ordered (about 15 minutes later) and when someone else brought the food out, he had no clue where it went and the bartender acted like she had no idea. Horrible experience that day. We went back again today after church, asked to be seated in the bar area and told the hostess that there were NO chairs together at the bar (my husband had already gone to check). She had us sit at a "tall table" and walked away. Problem #1-The table was wobbling back and forth, enough that when we got our drinks, they were spilling all over. Whatever. We drank enough out of the glasses that they wouldn't spill anymore. The server took our order. I ordered the Asian Zing Chicken Salad and my husband ordered a small boneless wing with the buffalo rub. 45 minutes later, no food and my husbands beer had been empty for about 10 minutes. The server comes over and asks if my husband wants another drink. My husband said he did and the server had to take his pen and pad out to write down another drink...He then walked tot he table next to us and took their order. They had already finished their appetizers and he was just now taking their order. I kept my eyes on the server to see if/when he was going to turn in my husbands drink. 10 minutes later he turned it in, went to the computer to enter the other tables order and tried to walk past us. My husband raised his empty glass and the server turned around and went back to the bar to get the drink. After 51 minutes of waiting (since we ordered our food), the server came back with our food. The salad was okay, although I'm not sure there was ANY chicken in it, and the wings were actually not cold. I don't know why it took so long to make a salad and wings. The issue with this BWW location is that there are NO distinguishable managers. ALL employees wear the same clothing so you can't tell if you're talking to a manager or not. There have been times we have had someone other than our server bring our food and they have no idea who got what and they just put it on the table. Other times we have had a server bring food that should have gone to another table. I don't know if they have sections or they rotate through servers but it's definitely an issue. One other thing...why does every single employee look pissed off? No one smiles, no one is friendly until it comes time to pay...which is too late, in my opinion. When you walk in, you should be greeted with a smile and a "Hi! How are you doing?" Not "How many?" I'd like to know who the managers are when I'm in there and customers definitely should be able to tell them apart from other employees. We have been to other BWW and have NEVER had an issue with the service or food. The one in Farmington sucks. The employees AND management needs training!!!!
