First time here even though we live so close by, but when it comes to my first meal of the day, it better be damn good or else, all hell breaks loose.......lol... on a serious note so glad we finally decided to give it a try because I now have found a place that we will frequent for breakfast :) Our server was "Hannah" no not the owner silly, our precious server who was absolutely adorable and made sure we were good at all times. I ordered the Huevos Ranchero's as I always want to compare and boy did they do a wonderful job. The rest of my family all tried the "Heavenly Hash" and they said it lived up to its name!! Plush & cozy ambiance as well, Spectacular food, Sweet Customer Service & Stellar Food! "We're In"

Great food. Plenty of it and not overpriced. Quick service and good wait staff. Recommend that you arrive by 0730 or plan on a wait....by 8 you are dukeing it out in the parking lot for a parking space and your wife is inside begging for a small table next to the kitchen hoping for scraps. The cheers you will hear from inside is when you finally decide to get smart and park across the street and take your life into your hands and walk across Corrales road hoping for a crossing guard (fat chance), if you make it, the food is worth it. If you don't make it....more cheers since someone else got your breakfast and is chatting up your wife who finally found a table!

Consistently good. New Mexican food is great,as well as other menu items. Had the BLT this last go around and it was awesome, bread was a little over saturated with butter, but an easy fix. The green chili stew is absolutely amazing and highly recommend.

Ate here for the first time today. It was exactly what I had hoped that it would be - a cozy restaurant in Corrales with fresh and delicious food. We ordered off of the lunch menu. I had a burrito with potatoes and carnitas. I ordered it smothered in green. The chile was delicious as was the entire burrito. My wife ordered the cheese enchiladas with red on the side. I tried the red and it was very flavorful. If I had to order my burrito again, and I would, I would have it smothered in red. All of the food we had was served quickly and eaten quickly as it was quite tasty. Our waitress was very friendly and the atmosphere was one of warmth and locals having conversations. Yet we didn't feel out of place but rather part of a charming dining room. The dining room was in what seems to be a small house, as so many great New Mexican restaurants seem to be. The patio was full, but we will come back to sit out there because it looked very nice. After a nice lunch, we left the wonderful aromas of Hannah and Nate's and smelled the charming smell of a light rain that had just ended. A very good experience. My only warning is that the parking lot is small and was full when we arrived. It was well worth the effort to find a space though!

I really like this place, and so does just about everyone else in the area. It can be quite busy, and there will be a wait time for weekend brunch. In nice weather, the patio is the place to be. Food is fantastic. I'm pretty sure they do breakfast all day. I like the heavenly hash. Service is good. I've had some hit-and-miss with the hostesses/greeters, sometimes they're all about their jobs, sometimes it seems as if they are a little pulled in all directions. Make a point to ask if you can sit outside if you want to, because otherwise I've had them make me wait.

We visit ABQ every year and stay in the Corrales area, and our default breakfast choice is always Hannah and Nate's Market Cafe. First star goes to the deliciously rich dark roasted coffee they use. I can be somewhat of a coffee snob, so if I find one to crow about, it's a winner. Second star for the superb service. Every time we are here the service has been exemplary, with friendly service and quick refills by watchful (but never irritating) staff. Third star for the location. Excellent well-shaded petio area out front, delightful ambiance, and easy to find. Fourth AND fifth star for the food. Breakfast burritos and enchiladas to die for, sublime Benedicts, and just excellent Carne adovada. I have loved everything I have had here and I'm trying to work through the menu here... :) The cafe can get busy on weekends, but additional parking is nearby. It's worth the usually short wait to get some fantastic breakfast at Hannah and Nate's.

My husband and I like coming here for breakfast every Friday (kids are in school and he has a day off!). The staff is always friendly, we come at about 9 am and have always been seated promptly, service is good, food comes out fast AND is tasty. I have tried a variety of things (steak bkfast burrito - yum!; French toast - decent; eggs - tasty; regular bkfast burrito - very good). We have also eaten lunch here a few times and gotten it to go and had a positive experience with that as well (pesto chicken sandwich, anyone?!). The only sing - Parking is atrocious. The parking lot is small and tight. Overall, a nice little breakfast/brunch/lunch place - I'm not going to say it's great because then it might get too busy!!

Hannah and Nate's -- we ate here years ago at their Riverside location, but only just recently revisited them after moving to Corrales. The Riverside location is okay, but the Corrales location is really great. The outdoor patio is so pleasant (when the weather isn't brutally hot or terribly windy). But even if you can't sit outside, the interior of this place is charmingly rustic and laid back. It definitely embraces the small village feel. And the food is great! Lots of selection (they serve breakfast all day) at really reasonable prices. If you're looking for a spot that feels far distant from the bustle of Albuquerque while only being five minutes down Corrales Road, definitely give Hannah and Nate's a visit. Just keep in mind that they're only open for breakfast and lunch. No dinner service here.

7 people just got breakfast and coffee for $65. We were sitting here talking about how much we enjoyed our meals when the bill arrived. As the one paying the bill that was the most pleasant part. I really liked my breakfast burrito (the carne something or another burrito) and thanks to great prices too I can honestly say I liked the whole experience. I also stole a bite of my son's french toast and Ican honestly say that it was great too. There were some concerns that this place was too far out of the way (20 minutes from the balloon festival) but nobody is complaining now. =)

The Corrales location is great--if you can get there early enough to beat the crowds and find a seat on the patio! The location is quaint and the staff are friendly and courteous. I ordered some toast, a piece or cheese, and a side of avocado for my 10 month old and they made it into a little grilled cheese, which I thought was super cute! I had the Nate's Omelet which is stuffed with carne adovada. I will say, I think $1.50 is a bit overpriced to "smother" the omelet in about 1/4 Cup of green chile...but I digress. My husband ordered the steak and egg burrito which comes with carmelized onions and is TO DIE FOR . I've tried a number of things at H&N's--that carne adovada crisper with dipping sauce is AMAZING, the eggs benedicts are all good, AND you must try their veggie sandwich with cucumber ranch on it. Oh lordy....so good! Definitely a great place for breakfast, brunch, and lunch.

Affordable. Fresh. Good combo of New Mexican favorites and traditional breakfast and lunch food. Restaurant is endearing and the service has always been great.
Absolutely amazing! We ate at the Corrales location- it was so nice to eat GOOD food. It was fresh and well made . It's sad to say but I feel like a lot of restaurants don't care anymore. Hannah and Nate's is a breath of fresh air! I can't wait to take my hubby there! Two thumbs up!!!!!

Why have I not reviewed this place until now? I've been going here for years and Hannah and Nate's is by far one of my favorite places to eat in the entire state. If I could rake them higher than a 5 I would, their salsa alone would be a 50 on a scale of 1 to 10! Favorite. Salsa. Ever. The consistency in their amazing menu is fantastic and I am never disappointed. It is a small establishment kind of tucked away in Corrales, but it is worth it I promise you. Also, because of the size and the location, going during peak hours (like sunday for brunch or holidays) it will definitely be awaits. Again, worth it. My favorite time to go is midday on a cool spring day and sit on their patio. The large cottonwood trees and flowers are in full bloom and the town is quite lively. You will also likely see people on horseback just walking down the street. It is a wonderful establishment that I recommend to everybody! (Although I kind of don't want to because I want to be selfish and keep it a secret and for myself, but I feel that everyone should experience the amazingness Hannah and Nate's has to offer!)

An excellent hidden gem! It's one of the best places in Corrales. Breakfast has many options, I prefer the two egg comfort with French toast. The customer service is great. Always a happening place. Lunch is very filling. If your ordering a sandwich make sure it has green chili. It's the only way to go!

If you want to eat breakfast in someone else's comfy New Mexico kitchen, come to Hannah And Nate's. It was like having breakfast in someone's home. It was very welcoming and the service was friendly. The food was awesome and it was made very quickly. I highly recommend the breakfast carne arvada enchiladas. Absolutely delicious. The service was good save for the lack of refills or offering of another drink. That becomes important when you are eating chili for breakfast. Parking is very tight, so get there early. Definitely someplace I'd love to eat at again!

First time there at the suggestion of a Corralles resident. We beat the lunch crowd by a few minutes, found a parking spot by the door, were seated immediately and given both the breakfast and lunch menus...enough choices to satisfy the most finicky diner I'm sure. The service was prompt and friendly. I had the carne adovado enchilada breakfast plate red and my wife had a 1/2 turkey sandwich and cup of homemade soup, tomato bisque. The food was on the table quickly and was very good. Eggs were just right, red chili was a bit restrained, carne adovado was shredded and tasty. The hash browns were ordinary but well cooked. My wife's sandwich was freshly made on Italian bread with freshly prepped ingredients and the soup temperature was just right. The soup was tasty. The waitress checked back a couple of times but as we were seated on the route to the kitchen, she was by the table probably 10 or 15 times. Prices are about what you'd expect in Corralles or Santa Fe. The ambience is good with traditional New Mexican decor. It's a comfortable place with good wait staff. The food is good but not quite up to five stars.

I hate to trash a place that seems to have a nice vibe and some good people, but the food really just wasn't impressive. I was visiting Albuquerque, the city I grew up in, and my mom pushed really hard that we go to this place because she said it had great breakfast. The burrito was a massive fail. Their red chile was like a tomato paste, not the kick I remembered from red chile in my breakfast burritos as a kid. The coffee was just ok, and the bites of other peoples meals led me to this conclusion: You could eat here and feel good about doing it, but the food won't be anything worth writing home about.

I was so sad. Had good food there before. Wished I had gone to ihop. Ordered eggs Benedict and while sauce was not broken muffin was soggy Canadian bacon generic almost coold. Also ordered pancake it was cold sent back served again hot but gummy. Other meal unenthusiastic also served cold. Depressing meal. Am afraid to go back. People front of house great but whomever engineered this soggy generic hash brown potatos w other generic food must have no pride. This is scary. It's too generic for breakfast. But do appreciate staff.

Cute place in Corrales. I had the small huevos rancheros. Perfect for a lighter breakfast. Coffee was hot and plentiful. The red chili on my huevos was spicy garlicky but not blazing hot

I love Hannah and Nates! I try to eat here every weekend for breakfast if I can! I almost always get the light huevos rancheros with red and green chili. It's light so it only comes with one egg but its still a lot of food and comes with a yummy tortilla for dipping. My boyfriend usually gets the breakfast tacos with green chili, but we've sampled other things and its all delicious. They have a great selection of food, almost too much! What's great is how fast the food comes out. Consistency is key to a successful restaurant and we almost always get good food and service. The decor could probably use a bit of an update but otherwise, a perfect spot for a weekend breakfast or lunch.

4.75 stars, but I'll have to make a few more trips before I can push it up to a full 5. I got the Albuquerque quesadilla - eggs, avocado, cheddar cheese, bacon, green chile, and really yummy fresh canteloupe and orange on the side. The quality of the ingredients was really great, and it was the perfect portion size. Service was excellent, which is hard to come by in ABQ. And the prices are just right (~$7 per plate).
