A lot of the negative comments come from folks with only one review. So take them with a grain of salt. My husband and I arrived at 11:03am and we both ordered the 8 piece meal combo for dine in which comes with two flavors and one dipping sauce. Both our meals arrived at 11:16. A whole whopping 12 minutes for fresh wings and fries. I ordered the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan and my husband ordered Cajun and mild. There were three other orders and one to go in front of ours. There also appeared to be a steady stream of phone in orders that were answered promptly. They also have a coke freestyle machine so the drink possibilities are endless. We will be coming back or getting to go again.

Clovis is starved for any culinary contribution, and even something as small as a wing stop brings hope to a community whose nicest restaurant is Chili's. Somehow, Wing Stop has still managed to drive away a population eager for anything new and different. On opening day, the line extended out the door into the parking lot. A few weeks later, I decided that it was finally time to try Clovis' new addition. I ordered online, and received a pleasant phone call notifying me that my wings were finished - 10 minutes earlier than the website advertised. When I arrived to pick up my food, the store was completely empty (at 6:30PM). I made a remark asking if this was normal, I received a non-committal response indicating that it doesn't get too busy. The cashier and multiple cooks were all up front idle - one remarked that I should tell all of my friends that they were ready for more business. The other two immediately stopped her saying that they prefer the business empty and idle. Maybe this was simple humor, but it came off awkward. This seemed more shop restaurant ready to be torn apart by a celebrity chef on live TV than a profitable business. The food was ok - by the time I returned home the wings were no longer hot. The sauces were nothing special and the quality of the boneless chicken wings was inconsistent. It wasn't horrible, but nothing I'd order again outside of Clovis. Overall, in the context of the local economy, this Wing Stop rates 3 stars, but if I have real world standards it's more a 2 of 5. I won't say I'll never go again, but each time I'll be reminded of how starved this community is of quality dining.

The food is pretty good, but the price is a little high. Now the staff is another story. How do you not know your own menu. Also the staff appearance looked very unprofessional. Had the appearance of being lazy and not clean.

Big disappointment! We were thrilled that Wing Stop was coming to Clovis, NOT happy to say the least. Start with the positive the cashier gal (Wed 430pm) was very pleasant and sweet. Nothing else good. Cooks were all cutting up messing around, one was on his cell phone! I am all for fun at work but your customers should not suffer. There were only two people in the restaurant, so busy is not the reason. We were told 15 mins and I took more than double that time. Manager came up while we were ordering never smiled, did not say hello, nothing!!!!

I'm from the East Coast where Wing Stops are abundant. I love their sauces and choices. Their seasoned fries are the best. That being said, our first visit to Clovis Wing Stop wasn't pleasant. We waited almost an hour for our food. They didn't allow much space for a restaurant area so it got crowded quickly while we waited with people standing around waiting on orders. Second visit was today at 11:00 (when they open). We were told they were not allowed to place any orders until the manager arrives. He was on his way but there were no guarantees when he would arrive so we left disappointed. Wing Stop is a great franchise with fresh awesome food. My family would be regulars here if the service was consistent. They definitely have some kinks to work out.

I have gone to this place multiple times already since it opened. The wings are awesome to me I love the classic wings extra crispy with atomic sauce. I have never been disappointed on this combination. The boneless are not that great but the classics is where its at. I always get cravings for these wings now and I hope that they will stay here for a long time.

The service here is horrible was on my lunch brake and ended up waiting 36 whole minutes for my food the girl at the front "Hailey" was so rude rolling here eyes and people. She was on here phone and busy in the back taking and laughing with the cooks! By the rime she gave me my food and I had gotten back to work everything was cold!
