Just went back out of running out of options here in Clovis and they delivered big time! We went through the drive through this time and the service was great and much friendlier! I git the turkado with their tomato soup and the husband got the Rio. My husband fell in love with his sandwich and mine was divine. Will certainly go back very soon!

Amazing. If you want anything fresh and healthy in this town go here. Bacon Ranch Turkado. Pecan pie, and breve latte were so good.

The rueben is wonderful. The Ultimate Rio is spicy, messy, and filling. The breakfast burrito (bacon) is just as great! We ate here twice while visiting Clovis last week. There is a bit of a wait, but it is worth the quality in the end!

Coffee Bistro is the quintessential neighborhood coffee house - locally owned and operated, they have a variety of breakfast foods and sandwiches available to eat in house or to take away. While there are things to critique about the Coffee Bistro, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Perhaps I'm a bit biased given that I stop by here enough to be recognized as a regular, but it is definitely nice to be seen on site and have your order expedited. My usual technique is to call about 10-15 minutes ahead of time with my order, and when I show up it is ready to go. You can either go through the drive through, or just pop inside, give your name and your food is ready to checkout. I am a big fan of their breakfast burrito - offered in several different meat/chili combinations; this is the perfect way to start your day. For coffee, they carry Seattle's Best and offer everything that you'd expect from a coffee place. I'm not really a coffee connoisseur, so I'm not an adequate judge to describe whether it is exceptionally 'good' coffee or not, but I can vouch for its successful delivery of caffeine in liquid form. I also must admit that I like their lunch even more than I like their breakfast. They always have 'specials' which are exceptionally tasty and well done. While sometimes there is some variance in daily performance, the Coffee Bistro is a solid local choice for breakfast, lunch or coffee.

This is by far the best place for lunch in Clovis and the surrounding area. Try the ultimate rio on a pretzel bun with any of their delicious soups. Even if this place were in a bigger town with popular chains I would still choose to eat here with a nice atmosphere and friendly service make it a pleasant experience. Rachel S. doesn't know what she's talking about!

This is such a cute little bistro. I have been there twice now--once for lunch for an office, and once for breakfast this morning. Their service is good, the coffee is GREAT and everything is made to order. I would love to try some of their healthy protein shakes and the soups on their menu board look great too. If you're in town and you need a caffeine pick-me-up, breakfast, or lunch, definitely give this place a try!

Great place love the coffee drinks. As good as starbucks in my opinion. The sandwiches are to die for. A must stop for those passing thru town looking for a lite lunch.

This is one of two sandwich places in the un-enchanting city of Clovis. The coffee bistro is the best sandwich joint in the city by default. So maybe having never experienced better explains why locals rave about this sub-par sandwich joint. The service, staff and vibe of the coffee bistro is perfectly fine but the food, is just all bland. There is nothing special or particularity flavorful about any of the sandwiches. If I am going to spend more money and not get Subway or Quiznos, I want to enjoy the food so much that I am fighting the inner beast to not ravage the plate clean. The Coffee Bistro's bland sandwiches put my inner food beast into a deep slumber. But its all okay, Clovis is all about being sub-par in all aspects. So by Clovis standards, Coffee Bistro may be a solid 4. But I can't do a real sandwich place the injustice by lowering my standards just to accommodate Clovis.

Sat at drive through for 20 mins without anyone taking my order, and plenty of workers walked by the window. Unacceptable, but I did end up getting a free drink

Free Wi-Fi, great coffee & tea drinks as well as awesome breakfast, lunch, & dinner fare. Highly recommended!

Great little find en route from Santa Fe to Austin. I got a sausage, egg & cheese on A Cheddar Jalepeno bagel, and it was awesome. My wife had a fantastic blueberry bagel, and said it was good. Seattle's Best coffee selection too. A bit off the route, but Thanks for being here.

Lunch time is really busy on weekdays. I had a sandwich for the day (flying frenchman) which was really good. Staff are friendly and food came faster than expected considering how packed it was. I've got a latte a few times first thing is the morning. Never had bad coffee like some reviewer mentioned. I wish flavored bagels are as yummy as plain one.

My new favorite soup is the chicken poblano so good I was scraping the bowl clean. Hope to see this one more often.

Pretty good service but bad coffee. Ordered 2 lattes and they manage to burn both of them. Took us almost an hr for our coffee to cool down enough to drink.

This is one of the best lunch options in town! While its name may be the coffee bistro, the food is definitely the biggest draw. The sandwich specials have never disappointed in the multiple times I've eaten there, and the staff are always friendly!

Cool people and great locally owned coffee shop. Effffff Starbucks! This place is great, cute girls too!

Update - I have now tried the coffee here. I have to say I don't really go here for the coffee, but they do have a yummy lunch menu and their chocolate chip cookies are AMAZING.

I cannot believe people like this place. The food is horrible, very dirty everywhere with lots of flies and people who work there are so unfriendly. Shocking that this place has such good reviews.

Warning.... it is a bit pricey. You must try the breakfast burrito yum!!! Bacon, cheese, eggs, hash browns, and green chili. So good. Had the chicken salad sandwich combo for lunch. Chicken salad was delish, but that day they were super skimpy.

This is a fantastic place to have a cup of coffee, enjoy breakfast, brunch, or lunch! Although I have access to the Starbucks on base, Coffee Bistro is my go to place during the weekends! They have friendly staff and great service. The sandwiches are great and their tea/coffee is good as well!

Now don't get me wrong, I still love coffee bistros food, but this morning the coffee was terrible. I got a cappuccino and half of it was froth and it tasted terrible. And I'm not the only one who was complaining this morning, but I can only speak for myself. I won't be getting another drink from here. I'll stick to their sandwiches and bagels.

The dirty chai I had was delicious but the best part was this bagel sandwich I had. I can still taste it and it's been a month. I should have stopped here again before I left. Great place for lunch or on the go.

Sort of pricey, but one of the best places in town. Good sandwiches and coffee. It wouldn't be anything special in any other place, but here in Clovis, it's a gem!

This place is delicious, friendly and fast! I thought I would have to wait in line for-ev-er during my visit during the lunch rush, but alas I did not! I just wish they had REAL dishes instead of throw aways... But it's all good!

Best dirty chai (chai tea latte with a shot or two of espresso) in town! I personally think the dirty chai is better than mainstream coffee places like Starbucks and Peet's, but that's just my opinion. Great Green chili soup as well. I love the free wifi! Great place to have brunch/lunch with friends although it does get a little too crowded and congested during those times.

First time trying their sandwiches. Had the Turkado. It was scrumptious!!! Fast & friendly customer service. Will be back soon to try their green chili soup.

This place makes a killer sandwich. There are only a couple sandwich shops in clovis that don't start with subway and this one is good and a refreshing departure from heavy standard Clovis fare. They have coffee too! I must admit once I got a peppermint juice flavored with coffee but usually its just fine and reasonably priced.
