Every time I'm in town, I eat the Green Chile Cheeseburger with mayo. Great burger! I haven't had any complaints about this place so far.

Would give a 0 at THIS location if I could. Traveling throughout New Mexico and my husband had his eyes on trying the Cherry shake he saw advertised. Saw Blake's here in Carlsbad and decided to try one on the way back from the caverns. We ordered 5 shakes, for us and the kids, and pulled up to the window. At the window we watched 5 employees look at us and completely ignore us. For 10 minutes we sat there. Watched them take someone else's order behind us and begin to prepare their soda order, and the employees still continued to ignore us. Guess this Blake's doesn't want our business. Got our shakes at Sonic instead. The poor souls behind us were still waiting when we drove back by later with our Sonic shakes.

Worst place to eat ever. Customer service is atrocious. If you hit the drive thru allow yourself a minimum of a half hour. If you call in an order for pick up, good luck because you won't make it that far because they'll set the phone down and have personal conversations. If by some miracle you survive all this your order probably won't be right.

Friendly cashier. Place is old and fella grimy, the ice tea containers dirty as were the soda dispensers, and there were flys buzzing about. It's well part time this place gets a renovation our a new one is built in the area. My green chili cheeseburger had a very strong kick and the fried were fresh and hot. I'd give the food 5 stars, but the place itself a 1'

Upon biting into this burger I instantly thought, "I bet this is what a Big Kahuna Burger from Pulp Fiction tastes like". I don't know if Big Kahuna Burgers are real or not. If they're not, this very well could be a place to try one and wash it down with a tasty beverage while you're at it. Get the onion rings for sure, fries were just okay. I would resist the temptation to get the chili topper again. Tasty but spicy. You be the judge.

Good burgers good fries. I get the bacon cheese burger and my dad gets the green chile cheese burger. So far I haven't had a bad meal there. Of the fast food places they are the slowest though, and sometimes it can even take a bit to have your order taken.

Good local burger chain in Carlsbad. It was clean and reasonably fast, though slower than most fast-food. But the food is better than most fast-food, so there you go, a fair trade off. Lots of green chile offerings obviously, and really good burgers.

Incredibly dirty. Really slow. We almost walked out without ordering but we had heard good things about Lotaburger. My first and last Lotaburger.
