Chihuahua Tortilla Factory is by far my favorite Mexican food establishment in the four-corners area. I recommend the Barbacoa accompanied by some of their famous fresh tortillas. Call ahead if your in a rush or swing by to grab some amazing breakfast burritos.

The menudo is good sometimes. Kinda hit or miss. Tortillas are good. The owner guy is kind of rude. He stands there and looks at you like you are going to steal something.

New owner and new menu. Fresh and delicious. A proverbial little hole in the wall that serves solid Mexican and New Mexican food (including fresh menudo on Saturdays, and tongue tacos). If you haven't been, try it. If you tried in the past, try again now.

I love this place, my barbacoa tacos taste like they came straight out of can, food was cold and owner was a rude mother trucker, the food is cheap I only paid 18.00 dollars for a plate of barbacoa and a Pepsi. So if u like expensive caned food this is the place for you! P.s. The owner order for you.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!! If you like Mexican food, you will like Chihuahua tortilla factory. You can buy freshly made tortillas by the dozen here, too. Their prices are great and I have never had anything but friendly service from there. My stomach is growling just writing this review....
