The family and I went for breakfast and found the front lobby and the entrance riddled with dead bugs. Needless to say we didn't stay. Not a place I will ever return to!!

I am actually very surprised that it got such of low rating..I wasn't greeted at the door and the open sign is not even on. We walked in and the server came to seat us and I told them that I thought the restaurant was closed. He quickly seated us and brought us coffee. The restaurant was very clean and the expectations were matched with other IHOP across the nation. The service was friendly, efficient, and they do up sale (I don't mind that they do this since I did it back in my waiter days). Free refills on ice coffee and was checked by restaurant manager to make sure we were complete satisfied. We were..

Worst experience ever. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to get drink order. We had to ask! Won't be back. I hope the other unsatisfied customers sitting around us will also rate low.

I found this restaurant mediocre in the beginning But I ordered my food and my eggs Where wrong. No nuts on my 8 dollar waffle. My Bacon was good though. Took three manager s to see what my issue was. Still I'm here writing. Hopefully it gets better since it's now a training store. However ill remain a fan of every breakfast place except I hop.

It was so bad!!!!! The only person working was a pregnant women who looked like she was going to drop a baby any second. She was on point for service and provided service to us, even though we were not her table. The young guy who we were assigned to drifted off to parts unknown. Only three filled tables in the restaurant and it took over 30 minutes to get food. Four items had to be sent back either for being overcooked or cold. Really? What did we learn? Don't leave the casino so late that Ihop is the only restaurant opened. Never, never, never again. Horrible!!!!!!

Arrived slightly after what I would consider the normal supper rush hour on a Saturday. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to find me in the lobby, I started looking for someone to seat me. Even after a waiter saw me, there was a delay in being shown to a seat. The Chicken, Pecan and Orange salad was not very good. The chicken had either been frozen too long or had been thawed and re-frozen. It was mealy. The canned orange slices were decent enough. The pecans were tiny little bits and too few to be named. Despite having so few people in the place, service was slow and I had to ask to have my water refilled. Could this be the standard in NM, where water is so scarce? Overall: Disappointing.To end the affair on a sour note, I had to wait, then look for someone to take my payment when I left.

My wife ordered a salad, they were out of salad! She then ordered a half BLT and soup and it was horrible, bacon tasted like it had been cooked a week earlier and left out in the open. Soup tasted like warm cheese water. I ordered pork chops and they tasted old and dry .... horrible. Will Never go back.
