I tried the buffalo flavor and the traditional are delicious. Too bad it's way out on the west side it was quite a drive to get there lol. One thing though is that they weirdly guilt you into tipping them just for taking your order. It's not like they're waiting on you so it's kinda uncomfortable. Like you walk in, order and pay at the counter and then wait in a chair. what am I tipping for?

This place has some pretty amazing wings! Definitely like this place more than other wing shops. Their 10 pc boneless meal with fries is MORE THAN ENOUGH for one very hungry person or 2 moderately hungry people. The only reason I don't give the 5 stars is because the ads claim to have more meat on traditional bone in wings but there's barely any...IF YOU LIKE BONELESS this is your place!

This is the go to spot for wings in west gate area. We go at least once a week. The wings are double the size of hooters or wing stop. Don't pass this up!

Note to owners of this place, update your website for accurate pricing information and specials!! I had a large group of friends and we all planned our meals we wanted by going to their website and browsing through the deals, prices and options. When I called to place the order I was immediately interrupted by the lady on the phone saying that it only came with 1 sauce on the 10 piece wings and not 2, I brought up what it said on the website as I was looking right at it from my computer, and she said she can add another sauce for an extra dollar charge per order! My friends nor I wanted to pay the extra money, especially since none of us has been there before, and we all highly doubt we ever will. Keeping up a business also includes updating your webpages and information!!

I drove by this place and couldn't help but notice the big red glowing sign that read Wings! I had been craving wings for some time and was happy to find a place to fulfill my sudden urge for some buffalo style chicken wings. I was immediately greeted at the counter. The guy was polite and quickly explained that buffalo was a sauce on the menu and that the sign company made an error. I asked how long the restaurant had been open. He said it had been open for a year and family owned. I am a sucker for any place that has a counter to order from. I would rather have that instead of a waiter. So I ordered the wings. They weren't huge or small. In fact if you ever make homemade wings they are about the size you get at the store. The sauce was interesting. It was buffalo but with a New Mexico twist. It had just the right amount heat to them. Overall a very tasty wing. They have other flavors, so I have to try them all. They also have a red chile I am anxious to try. If you live in the southwest or just in the area you have to try Wings Gone Wild. They have a friendly atmosphere, it's family owned, and lot's of flavors to choose from. Cheers!

Abq, Local, N.M. Shop and Staff As I walked in an employee came to the front, and asked "what I would like?" After looking at the menu for a bit I decided to get 20 wings. Flavored lemon pepper, and red chile. I paid $20 with a soda, and waited about 12 minutes. I was told a mix up happened with my order, and it would be out as soon as possible. The young man with glasses named Andy was very professional, and sincere. He apologize for the wait, and also went out of his way to ask if I needed anything else after my food came. He did very well with up-selling me when he asked if I would like reach or blue cheese. Food and Experience When my food came to the table it was hot and fresh. I enjoyed the flavor of the sauce I chose, and the overall presentation of the food was very nice. For being a chicken wing restaurant they do offer a large variety of different food items. I must say the size of the wings was just like they advertise. Very large, and filling. I see myself going back soon.

Best part is the variety of sauces. The also have the other menu items you would expect to find at a burger joint. One thing I liked was being able to sub any wing sauce with their buffalo chicken menu items. The staff was friendly and helpful. On the down side the place smelled like a deep fryer. I would have given another star if I had ordered to go. All in all I am glad I stopped in.

Yay! Finally a great LOCAL wing place! I'm just not a big fan of the wing chains with their frozen wings and bottled sauces, yuck! We were immediately greeted at the counter by a very friendly young man, who took the time to explain the menu. We were delighted by the fact they cook everything fresh and even make their own sauces! We ordered a 20 piece bone in to go. Half teriyaki and half buffalo. Delicious! The teriyaki was sweet without being cloying and the buffalo was just hot enough to make my nose run but not blow my pallet out. We will definitely be going back to make it through the rest of the flavors!

What a great experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great place for wings and the fried oreos are pretty darn good as well. For all of those who are not afraid of a little spice, I highly recommend the spicy Hawaiian. Can't understand the negative posts, I've been here a couple of time with different staffs and they all have been great.

Honestly when I first drove by and saw the advertisement on the outside of the window saying "our wings, their wings" and saw a huge enlarged size picture of a wing and a smaller wing to comparison, I thought to myself wow I love wings and I love big wings! So I thought I would stop in to grab myself a few wings for dinner. It all starts with the initial first impression of walking in the door. I come in and go to the board to notice the price of the wings were very overpriced and inflated. I thought to myself well if they are the actual size the say they are then I guess I could pay that price. I finally decided I wanted to get 10 lemon pepper and 10 classic buffalo wings bc you can never go wrong with getting a classic wing and you can judge how good a place and their wings really are by this wing. I go I order and the young girl at the counter clearly sees I'm ready to order and she is still texting away on her phone before she comes to take my order, not to mention all the cooks in the back are loud and cursing and talking about inappropriate stuff. I instantly got a bad taste in my mouth from that point on. We then place the order which took a god awful 20-25 minutes to come out even though I was the only person sitting in there waiting for my wings. Finally after starving and having my stomach eat itself while waiting, my wings finally come out. And what do you know? The actual size of the wing is the same size if not smaller than a wing you would get at a Buffalo Wild Wings or a Wingstop. Clearly disappointed and on top of that the wings were over cooked and rubbery and they charge you for refills on your cup when you go to the soda fountain and they charge you extra for Ranch dressing! I could not believe it. Clearly disappointed in the 1. False Advertisement (the owner should be throat punched) 2. The awful unprofessional customer service 3. The awful product they call a buffalo wing. Needless to say if I could give this place a 1/4 star for effort I would. They will not get another penny from me ever.
