Burger or Hamburger is savored as the most desired fast food meal in the United States. A hamburger is basically a sandwich prepared by stuffing ground meat patty, generally beef, between two slices of a bun cut in half. Hamburger is also famous for its seasoning. Most popular condiments used in hamburgers in the United States are mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup. Besides ground meat patty, hamburgers are also stuffed with lettuce, onions, tomato slices, pickles, and cheese.
Hamburgers are also categorized into two types in the United States. Fast food hamburger and individual hamburgers served at restaurants are two basic types of burgers served in the United States. The individual hamburgers served at restaurants are prepared using everything including lettuce, onion, tomato, and sliced pickles as well as melted cheese on the patty or crumbled on top. American restaurants also serve veggie burgers for those who don't relish meat. Cheeseburgers are also hot favorite in the United States.
McDonalds is the most popular fast food burger restaurant serving different types of burgers in the United States. On the other hand, there are several restaurants such as Burger King are famous for serving the best hamburgers in the United States. Excellent burgers. My bud and I had lunch. We both had green chili burgers with fresh cut fries. I had my burger with pepper jack cheese in a tortilla. The burger could have used a little seasoning, but was perfectly cooked. The green chili and jack cheese was delicious. The fries were mouth watering good. Very friendly to us bikers too. We recommend this restaurant. Thanks for reading. The Bike Chaplain

I enjoy supporting local but yesterday afternoon's lunch was very disappointing. The food was fine the waitress was not. Difficult to find her with a fairly empty bar and seen twice coming out of the bathroom. We ordered two burgers and fries and the order of fries literally looked like a half of an order for one person. After finally finding her let her know about the fries and she was totally indifferent so my boyfriend had to order another order of fries, waitress even commented when she brought out the second order of fries that though the cook uses one potato per order the original one was much smaller. Had to ask for refills for our drinks until the end when she finally offered but by then we had to make two requests for refills we also made requests three times to have a new mayo and ketchup as the bottles were completely empty and no set ups either with food, had to request those too. Wow not fun. And I bragged on the place to my boyfriend. The Hostess was more helpful and available than the waitress, she should have gotten the tip. But by the end of the visit our waitress was hurrying us to leave and wanting to take the ticket to process maybe because we weren't having beers but still wanted to visit. Service sucked but by the end "Mona" I think was her name was all of a sudden very available. We tip 20% or more usually but gave her 10% hoping that she would get a clue that a smile once in a while and an apology that we didn't get what we asked for time and again would've helped her tip. Sorry we came and maybe chains are the way to go...I will say in the evenings service has been pretty friendly and seem to know you need forks and napkins when you're eating.

Burgers were ok, but not great. I've had way better in Albuquerque. The beer selection was ok too. A mix of local stuff and standard big brewery favorites. The decor was interesting, the restaurant clean and the staff friendly with quick service. If the food were just a little better I would rate it four stars.

Yummy and in my neighborhood. The staff is nice and the patio is small but fun, a little loud.

This place is close to home so it's a frequent stop. Burgers are yummy, I like that they have bison burgers and local beer options. I wish there were more "light" food options, the salads are ok, but nothing special. When my husband is craving a burger and I'm not, this isn't our first choice. The Staff is always friendly and the service is quick.

Spinn's was GREAT when it was on the other side of Coors. They've moved and when they first re-opened, it was super disappointing. I have since returned though and the burgers are on their way back to being great...or maybe I just opted out of the most dissapointing part of the burger this last time--the bun. Anyway, it's close, it's tasty, and they have local brews. I don't like that you have to order everything a-la carte though and their fries are DISGUSTING; completely soaked in oil, floppy...just NO.

I'll certainly be back for another burger. If you need your burger fix (I can become like the Hulk if I go too long between fixes), then this can certainly fill the void in your heart, err, stomach. Love that the burgers come in 3 diff choices (1/4, 1/3, or double 1/4), it's the Goldilocks of burger choices! Waffles fries are on par with Chik-fil-A, and we all know those are amazing, so these were PDG. Sweet potato fries aren't too shabby either (to my cousin, I may or may not have stolen your fries while you watched the big screen). This gets its own whole paragraph. Bacon. Yes, I said Bacon. Their Bacon (it should be capitalized folks) is was almost as thick as my iPhone.....and it tasted even better than my iPhone. Thank you!!! How many times has your "bacon" burger been ruined by crappy bacon? NOT here. Yes, there IS a God and He has blessed Spinn's with the almighty Bacon Blessings (did Jim Gaffigan just say, "Bacon?"). Dessert? I have no idea, you think i was still hungry after my Bacon Burger, Waffle fries, and possibly stealing my cousin's sweet potato fries (I deny everything primo!)? you let me know, thanks~

The food was fresh and delicious! Our waitress Leigha was very friendly. The service was fast.

Great burgers, cooked to order CORRECTLY. Fries are fresh cut. Beer selection is very good, with two IPAs available. Clean and wait staff was attentive. Like dog-friendly patio (come before 6 p.m.). Very much improved from our last visit a year ago.

I enjoy supporting local. So after getting a job in the area and using my handy dandy yelp app to guide my always hungry stomach, I ended up at this joint. Let me just say, this place is a bit deceiving on the outside. It kind of looks like a fast food joint but is actually more like a sports bar inside. They have an good selection of craft beer and many good menu options to choose from. I gave the Armadillo burger a shot and was a bit disappointed. It was my first time ever seeing this so I decided to give it a shot. It was nothing really that was the restaurant's fault just the recipe. It was an open faced tortilla burger topped with eggs, green chili, and bacon. But the part that grossed me out was that it was smothered in what appeared to be Hormel chill which was called Texas chili. Overall, this experience didn't scare me away as I will probably give it another shot, but I will be more cautious with what I order. Also, the name sounds a bit like a laundry mat, just saying. I will definitely have to return during non work hours to have a brew.

Stopped in tonight at Spinn Burgers and they were all dolled up with white cloth tablecloths and votive candles on the tables. Nice, but it didn't do much for the fish and chips I ordered. Taste like a frozen fish cake with beer batter. Not much to write home about, but here I am. Pilsner was better than the fish. I like it because it's a local boy making good. And it's a convenient neighborhood pub. Comfortable atmosphere. You could do worse. I'll be back.

Craving a good burger, we stopped in after yelping for a burger place in the area. The place has a hip vibe; small almost tiki-looking bar, TV's, patio and a decent amount of seating. The large shakes are big and really good and do cost $5.25, so make sure you really enjoy it. We ordered vanilla and it came with this orange whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles on top. It looked a little funky at first, but I guess it's Halloween time?!?! Just don't love seeing orange on my white vanilla shake. Anyhow.... The menu has burgers and brats; can't beat it. There are also salads and some lighter sandwiches too. They offer wheat buns and pretzels buns making it a nice way to change up your order a bit although I did order the pretzel bun and I can honestly say, it wasn't the best pretzel bun I've ever had, I didn't even notice the taste difference from a normal bun. Sad. We ordered the Texas BBQ Bacon and Cheese burger and the Armadillo burger. The Armadillo burger came on 1 tortilla on a plate, the burger, a fried egg, bacon, lots of beef chili, green chilies and cheese. It was hot and messy, and I don't think we'd order it again. The BBQ Bacon and Cheese burger was good, nothing bad to say about it. Fresh Cut Fries were pretty good, but super, duper greasy. Be careful those of you whose stomachs can't handle that kind of food. Personally, I didn't feel too well after finishing my meal and neither did my boyfriend. The service was slow and the place was literally empty when we went (a little before 5pm on a weeknight, yes Senior Citizen hour, I know). We could see the servers chit-chatting which was a little annoying since our drinks were empty and our plates ready to be cleared and we were just ready to get the bill.

Have to give this three stars. Very unique menu however the burger was OK. I'm comparing this with burger joints around the world. Awesome beer and free Wi-Fi with no password. Service is great!!!'

We hit this burger shop on a whim, upon advice from a friend. We weren't disappointed. The place certainly has the look of a chain but a Google will show this is the One and Only. We really liked it. Here's why. Upon entering the joint, you're surrounded by a dining area flaunted with booths, televisions and servers who seem on top of their game. Think biker bar without the grime. The place is clean, friendly and they definitely know how to throw a happy hour. Pours are local, with some interesting out-of-town brews. The special we took advantage of was the bucket of peel-and-eat shrimp, accompanied with cocktail sauce and lemons. We finished by splitting a burger with queso (I realize, not a defining entrée on the menu, but if a place pimps queso it better be good), and it succeeded in nailing our hunger pangs. Most important, and often left unwritten in the reviews of so many, was the service. The wait staff was stellar. While the food was rather uninspired, the service rocked. Come here for a decent meal with a staff of really attentive folk, and try some of the other options, I'd love to know what you think. Overall, a great new burger joint in the 505.

We stopped here with a large group of people--a soccer team, and Spinn's was quick to accommodate us. The service was great and the atmosphere is welcoming. This is one of those little hole-in-the-wall sports bar places that can so easily become a go-to for those who live close. Unfortunately, we weren't impressed. The menu is decent and the prices were great, but the food was so greasy I hardly ate my food, let alone my fries... and I LOVE fries. Sorry, but no. If I want a coronary, I'll drive myself over to Five Guys and do it right. We may be dragged back here in the future, but we very likely won't be stopping in on our own, which is a shame, Spinn's. Sop up the oil and we'll talk.

We went here today instead of Red Robin, and thank goodness we did! Delicious burger, fries and rings! If you are looking for healthy, go somewhere that specializes in that, this is a burger joint! The decor is fun and the service is excellent! We will be back to watch a game. TV's in all the right places! And local brews on tap!

I tried this place for the very first time lastnight and I loved it the food was awesome an the people there were very polite. So today after work I will b going bak for lunch..
(5)Glen M.
Burgers start at $4.95 for 1/4 pound, 6 oz., $5.95, etc. Fries are extra: $2.25 side, or $3.29 large. Burger toppings start at 50 cents each. So a regular burger, with fries, and a slice of cheese will run you $7.65--no thank you. The large order of fries we were served in a basket ($3.29) and sat in a pool of oil. The beer's good, but when our waitress brought me the wrong beer, I sent it back--when I got the check, she had charged me for her mistake. Glen M.

We like this neighborhood place because its quiet, cozy and the green chili burgers are great. The bread is nice and fresh. Try the open faced quest burger. The beer selections are also very good. It's a regular for us.
(5)Chris V.
Spinn's has great burgers, bratwurst, fries, onion rings, chicken fried steak and beer. They're probably my favorite burger joint in Albuquerque. Their beer selection is very good. The prices on their dishes are very decent and the atmosphere is laid back.
(5)Scheryl C.
This place is great! Great service. Great prices. GREAT selection of beer. And, you can choose which size burger patty you'd like! I'll definitely be back.

I have been to this tiny burger joint quite a few times. They claim Texas roots and I can certainly agree with that. We start with the chips and queso, this reminds me of the queso that I would find back home in Texas and the chips are made fresh. For my entrée I opt for the chicken strips. They are served with French fries and white gravy. My son usually gets a burger, there is only one size and there is no children's burger option, regardless he always eats the entire thing. The burgers do not come with any side item; fries are a hefty extra charge. They seem to have recently expanded their selection of fries and the wait staff is always pushing something called "signature fries", don't order these, you can find this in any grocery store freezer isle. I request the "fresh cut fries", they are exactly what the name says, fresh and very tasty. The only downside is the service. On our last visit we had a waitress who seemed opposed to taking orders for anything off the children's menu, she argued with me about the items on the menu and at one point told me that the menu was wrong. When we received our food, my son's burger was somewhere between medium rare and medium, and even as someone who likes their meat less than well done, I was not about to let him eat this for fear of food borne illness. We sent the burger back and it was immediately corrected and on the second try it was cooked perfectly. I have to give Spinn's 3 stars, simply because even though they have the makings of a really good beer and burger joint, their execution and service are not up to my standards. I will go back but I will have lower expectations next time.

I've been wanting to try this place for a long time since it's in my neck of the woods. Today I was craving a burger and decided to give it a try after reading the yelp reviews. We were promptly seated by a manager and we ordered the sampler appetizer, a green chile cheese burger between the two of us, and 1/2 fries/1/2 onion rings. I also had a wheat beer from marble that was really nice. The sampler was awesome! It came with chips, salsa, and queso. I was a bit skeptical about the salsa because it looked a whole lot like Pace, but it was really tasty! The queso was on point. The really cool thing about the appetizer was that it came with 1/2 corn tortilla chips and 1/2 fresh fried flour tortilla chips. Considering that my hub doesn't really like corn tortilla chips, the flour tortilla chips were a welcome surprise. They were hot and delicious. We split the 6oz green chile cheese burger that was cooked medium, to our liking. It was juicy and tender and yummy! My only complaint is the fries. They were OK, but I thought they weren't crispy enough and they were a little underseasoned. The onion rings were good. Our server was really nice and attentive. All in all, a really great place to have a beer and a burger! You won't be disappointed!

I love Spinn's! It's a great spot to grab a bite and some good local beer after playing on the nearby tennis courts. The service is always friendly and prompt regardless of the size of our party (anywhere from 2-10). I usually order the grilled chicken sandwich but the burgers are great too. They have a good selection of beer on tap and are good about letting you try a sample before ordering. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

2 stars for the uninspired and greasy food and 3 stars for offering locally brewed craft beer. I was impressed that Spinns has microbrews from Chama River, La Cumbre, and Marble on tap. Cheers to that! I perused the unhealthy and intriguing menu as I enjoyed a Pyramid Pale Ale from La Cumbre Brewing Company. If you are attempting to eat healthy- your options are limited to a chicken sandwich and two versions of a chicken salad. Much to my surprise, a lean turkey burger or a black bean burger is not offered. A bison burger is offered, however the fat content is not listed. Additionally, I suspect that the burger meat is of the poor quality food service 80/ 20 variety where 20 % of the meat is fat. The source of the burger meat isn't listed, so they obviously are not using locally sourced grass fed New Mexican beef :( For the price of a burger without sides, they should be using a quality local product, instead of inferior food service beef. My burger was not what I expected. I opted for the intermediate sized burger- larger than the 1/4 pound. The burger that I was served was the furthest thing from intermediate. Maybe they got the order wrong and served me a kids burger? Additionally, the green chile that they use is straight from the container of Hatch Autumn Roast Green Chile. They don't prepare their own version of Green Chile, which is unacceptable for a burger place that serves a "best selling" Green Chile Cheeseburger. The fries were a huge disappointment : they were limp and soggy and so greasy that the crinkle paper was soaked with grease. Yuck! Thankfully, the crispy and tasty onion rings saved the meal from receiving 1 star. In comparison to the artfully prepared burgers at Holy Cow and the locally sourced, grass fed burgers at Flying Star: Spinns is a slow ride on the ferris wheel. IMO, the green chile cheeseburger at Blake's is better than the green chile cheeseburger at Spinns and it is a fraction of the overpriced Spinns burger. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality and execution of the food. Apparently, I don't like the west side of ABQ and it doesn't like me :(

Nice sports bar-like restaurant. Burger was pretty good, good beer selection, and very friendly staff. Spinn's is a sit-down restaurant in a sports bar, as accurately as I can describe it. There's free WiFi, and there were a number of TV's up, but all had the same college football game on (I can't tell you if there's other times that they have multiple games on, I've only been here once). I enjoyed my burger, but it doesn't come with a side, so you have to pay extra for fries (which I believe is a staple-side for burgers). All the staff we encountered were very friendly.
(3)Nicole O.
Green Chiile Cheeseburger please! I would probably go more often if I lived on the westside but I try to go once in a while to eat a yummy burger and fries. I like that they change of the beer bottle/can list as well. The servers are great and have been working at Spinns since the first location so they know their stuff. Go have a beer after work or watch a sports game on their tv. Good place to hang out.

My wife and I like to try new places to eat. After reading, all of the terrific reviews for Spinn's we decided to try them. Perhaps we should not have read the reviews before going in. Frankly most of the reviews read like paid endorsements with phrases like "Another great meal", "Probably one of the best burgers in town", and "it was amazing", all the reviews had no less than four out of five stars. We had our hopes up, and were disappointed. The service was prompt, and the staff was indeed very friendly and helpful. Our waitress listened very intently as my wife explained her allergy concerns, and came back to verify that she understood the nature of the allergy. We always explain my wife's allergy up front, as it is helpful to the staff, prevents problems (usually), and is a good measure of the restaurant staff's attitude, knowledge, and level of service we may expect. The first concern was the apparent volume war between the music and the televisions hanging on the walls tuned to the Olympics. The next concern was the silverware; it had to be replaced for both of us. My knife had something stuck to it resembling dried cheese, and my wife's was just plain dirty. Again, our waitress was great and replaced them right away, but she should not have had to in the first place. The final concern, that had I witnessed it before we finished our meal, would have made us walk out. One of the wait staff (not our server) was helping herself to something to eat behind the bar. She then appeared to prepare something else, and never washed her hands. The order arrived quickly. I ordered a Bison burger with a small cup of "Texas Chili" and my wife had a green chili cheeseburger and a side of fries. Putting the lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and condiments on the side was a nice touch, as it allowed us to put as much or as little as we wanted. You also get to select the type of cheese, you want on your burger. The fries were burnt brown, soggy, and very greasy. The burgers were good, nothing to rave about, and certainly not the best either of us has ever had. The best part of our visit was our waitress; she was very polite, and seemed truly concerned about my wife's allergy and making sure we had everything we needed.
(2)Terie W.
For a Tuesday night the place was pretty busy. The service was really awesome as was the green chile cheeseburger and the nachos. I highly recommend this place!!
(4)Philip C.
Pretty decent. Not a place to avoid, but not a destination. The burger was really good. Green chile cheese. Fries + onion rings for $4.50 was way overpriced as the onion rings are fine and the fries suck (under seasoned, limp). Service was good and beer selection is top notch - all the Marble offerings plus some Santa Fe and La Cumbre options aside from others. I will be back, but I won't be in a hurry.
(3)Corey D.
There is nowhere in ABQ to get a bratwurst except this place and they are delicious. The burgers are also good and made on a fire grill. Be sure to have a burger or brat on a ciabatta with a local Marble ale. The service staff are friendly and attentive.
(4)James O.
Great beer including a few local breweries and the food was fantastic. I went with a Philly sandwich and it was one of the better one's I have ever had. The bread was soft and fresh and the steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend a visit!
(5)Darwin S.
Another great meal, had the big beef chili dog with onion rings and a side salad, excellent beer selection, great service, got my salad last after the rest of the meal, but other than that it's always a pleasant experience. Can't wait to get back there
(5)Lee S.
Probably one of the best burgers in town...went there today for lunch and had the bacon green chili cheeseburger with texas chili fries; was not disappointed. Burger was grilled to our liking and was hot, green chili was fresh roasted with a nice bight, they used peppered bacon which had nice flavor. Have not had texas chili cheese fries like this in a long time...a must have. Food server was awesome, met all of our needs and kept my tea filled. Support local craft beers from Marble and La Cumbre. I am going to try the brats next time, and yes there will be a next time.
(5)Marianne C.
Stumbled upon this place after visiting Petroglyph National Monument and was happily surprised that I enjoyed it. The place is in a strip mall, and the "burger and beer" tag line along with the oddly painted windows don't make for the most appealing invitation to dine. They have a fantastic selection of beers. The burger was tasty as were the fresh cut fries. The poorly painted mural on the wall provides some entertainment; we couldn't identify all the people in it. Can you?
(4)J T.
Good burgers, reasonable prices. They have good beer on tap too (La Cumbre IPA)! Well worth dropping in for a green chile burger.
(4)Ryan K.
Burgers, brats and beers. . .who could complain? Had a Brat -n-Stein today and it was amazing! The only thing that was a downer was the burger fixin' bar. Lettuce was kind of gnarly looking.
