Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I've never been disappointed or thrilled by this Panda Express. The food is good, but pretty forgettable. It's just one of those I go just because it's close, inexpensive, tasty, and filing. The restaurant is clean, the service is fast and accurate, and they've been incredibly consistent over the last year. Great spot for a quick meal, but it's not exactly impressive. In case you've never been, they have a buffet style set-up and let you pick two or three entrees in addition to chow mein or fried rice. Most of the dishes are things you've heard of before, like Orange Chicken or Sesame Chicken, along with some more interesting house creations, like the fantastic Beijing Beef. Most of them are pretty good, with a few duds and a few that are very good. Avoid the egg rolls though, they suck. Surprisingly, the food is almost always freshly made and new, even when the place isn't busy. That's just good management there. They're pretty generous when doling stuff out, such that I usually get two meals out of a three item plate. Great deal.

Wow. I used to be a big fan of panda but that was long ago. IMO, food quality at panda has really taken a steep nose dive since the days I was eating at panda 3x week (UNM location.) And this location has always had its issues but its close to the crib and sometimes we crave panda so Im like what the hell, right? Well, tonight was the last time I EVER EAT at panda express. I ordered the chow mein and 2 entree dish (kung pao & sweet fire chix) and all of it was junk. Just look at the picture of the sweet fire chicken... there's no chicken!! Its all batter!! WTF?! Needless to say the plate went in the trash. Peace out, panda.

Worst Panda ever. Food made me sick, employees were rude and stand-offish. Took the food back (barely eaten) and they didn't care to even apologize, much less refund or replace my meal. Will not be back here, ever.

I don't find this place nearly as offensive as some of the other options. The drive thru does get really backed up but if you know that, just go inside. The benefit of going inside is that you can see what is freshest. The food right out of the wok is the best option even if it's not what you had initially planned on getting. The busy lines usually means fresher food.

Twenty-six minutes from order to pickup in the drive-through last night. I figure this is similar to getting bad service at a restaurant, it shouldn't necessarily taint the review, every restaurant can have an off-night, etc. But this chain should have the to-go lane down to a science, Express is in the name, after all. Terrible experience, it totally screwed up our evening, I will be issuing a corporate complaint. I did manage to chuckle, however, as we sat there waiting. These guys are still using pandas to promote their new chicken and steak dishes. We didn't have anything better to do, so we Googled "what do pandas eat". 99% of the diet is bamboo, less than 1% are small rodents, didn't read anything pertaining to cow, but what are you gonna do. I would've loved to be in the board room when this stroke of marketing brilliance was suggested.

Faster to come inside than go thru drive thru... For it being lunch hour I was able to get my food, sit down and eat!! It's no hayashi hibachi but food is good and not expensive
