We get consistently good food / service at the Fudd's, I decided to give them a shout out to say thanks. Today was no exception, the burger was delicious! Cooked to order, and exactly as I expected. I really love how they have pump cheese for the fries, in some ways this is the whole reason for the visit... Say it with me "pump cheese" is there a better way to enjoy steak fries??

Awesomeness! Took the family here because I have never had fuddruckers before, and wasn't disappointed. I had the Sam Adams burger which was cooked to a perfect medium and delicious. Did not feel uncomfortable with our two young ones dining with us, so they hit the family establishment on the nose. Highly recommended :) Thanks guys for the good eats.

I saw a billboard that fuddruckers was claiming the title as best green chile cheeseburger in NM. That made me laugh. This is a good, safe place to take picky family members visiting from out of town, and are almost impossible to please, but I can't imagine going to this place any other time. It's a step above McDonalds I suppose.

I'm giving this place a 4, but I had to seriously put some great thought into it as I was debating between 4 or 5 stars. The food didn't stand out to me and make my taste buds water with excitement for my next bite, but the staff went above and beyond and made my experience very pleasant, so it was a tough call. I wrote the manager an email about how great the service was and got a reply back the very next day, good job! The food was good, but had the chain style blandness. But it was fresh and hot and that's what I look for as I can always spruce up the taste with all the options of sauces, condiments, toppings they have to offer, but I can't reheat my burger to get that fresh off the grill taste. It was good, I will be back. However I live about an hour away so I won't be in a hurry to go back, but, I will at some point make the drive again. Freestyle coke machine, tons of topping options, friendly staff. I think if your going to add something extra on your burger, it's $1 for 1 topping, but if you just pay up the $2 you can add unlimited extra toppings, which is the way to go!

You know what I like about chain restaurants? You get what you expect. No glitches, no artsy arugula garnish, no hipster employees, no mark-up. Fuddrucker's offers a burger. It's fresh, made to order, and offers many options for toppings. Is it glitzy? Nope. Sometimes it's not even very clean. Whatever:D But when I order a 1/3 pound burger cooked medium-well; that's what I get. And then I pump jalapeño cheese sauce all over that baby and woof it down. They so don't have the best green chile cheeseburger in New Mexico. But their standard burger is pretty great. Burger cheers.

I think was the oddest experience of my life, I'm still not entirely sure what to think of it. I've visited this restaurant many times, and usually enjoy the food. I also often pick up a dozen buns from this place because they are delicious and a must have at BBQ's. My most recent visit, however, was bizarre and almost offensive. I stopped in the grab a half dozen buns. The second I walked in the door, a rather sassy man standing near the bakery counter snapped "the register is over there". When I told him I actually just needed buns and wasn't dining in, he told me, "we aren't selling buns today." I was shocked and confused, and turned around to walk out. Another gentleman came running after me in the parking lot and told me to come back and that they could sell me buns "as long as it was only 6". I was hesitant, but decided to go back in. They tried to explain to me that they had a huge catering order and only had enough buns for the hamburgers they were going to sell for the evening. Now, can someone please explain that? How do you know how many burgers you were planning on selling? And if you start to run low on buns don't you have a bakery and ovens to make more? Why is it that I can buy a hamburger with a bun, but you don't have enough for me to buy buns? I'm still purchasing them, no? Well the situation didn't just end there. The sassy manager glared at me as I walked back in. He then resentfully handed me my buns and snapped at someone else to ring me up. The girl at the register proceeded to say "you're lucky he sold you buns, he turned the last guy away".... So I will just leave this awkward, tacky experience with 2 stars and find somewhere else to buy hamburger buns in the future.

Really good, juicy green chili, grilled jalapeño burger! The meat was fresh tasting, seasoned perfectly and cooked to perfection. The lettuce, tomatoes and onions were fresh as well. The sweet tea was yummy! This fuddruckers is much better than any other I have been to (and I like fuddruckers!). I wish it was in California instead of New Mexico!

We generally wouldn't have come here, but they were having a fundraiser for MS and a friend of our invited us along. The burgers were tasty, but the atmosphere was definitely lacking. They had the AC on or maybe a door open, and the place was very cold. We both had to keep our jackets on, which didn't make for a comfortable meal. There are other way better burger places in town that are local, so look around a bit before settling on a standby.

Ever since I first went to Fuddruckers as a young kid I love coming here! It has been a few years since I have been back though. So I took my girlfriend here for her first time the other day and it was the same great service, motif and food as I remember! There were even a few 21st century improvements including the new fancy Coke machines which offer more options that sync up with the many food and garnish options offered here! I will be back soon!

Good ol Fudds. One of my favorite "chain" burger joints. It's all about the bun, baby. Wish all places made their buns by hand. I like the "stack your own" toppings counter after the basics are prepared for you. They always have fresh toppings and gotta love that pumped liquid cheese sauce! The rings are wicked and the Coke Freestyle machine is the one of the greatest things ever created. Try the ribeye steak sandwhich. It's pretty good too.

I'm a fan! I haven't eaten at Fuddruckers in years. It is close to my office and I never think to go there. The burgers are so delicious and try the homemade cookies too. I will be back when I'm craving a juicy burger!

I haven't been to a fuddruckers in several years and I am so pleased to see they haven't changed. I love their burgers, shakes, and especially their sweet potato fries. All of our meal, including the kids chicken and the cookies, was very good and cooked just as we like. I love that they have the computer screened soda fountains with so many choices. This location seems like it would be a great choice for a kids birthday party. I also appreciated that the tables in the restaurant are spread out enough for everyone to be comfortable, no bumping into strangers every time you get up for a refill. We will definitely be back.

The great thing is that you can build your own sandwich. I love the turkey burger. The also have the ostrich burger which I think you can not find somewhere else.

I love a good bacon cheese burger with a milk shake and fries, the American dish. Not for $12.86 with hard bread and the cheese barely melted. There are other places I can get this cheaper and better. Will say the atmosphere was nice but the seats are hard and uncomfortable.

Ive been to all 3 locations here in Albuquerque and there all about the same, there a chain..I like that I can add so much stuff on my plate for free.lol.. I get the steak sandwich most times and add onions and mushrooms. There burgers are good too. This location takes more time to get your order but who hates liquid cheese on the side.Almost forgot the bacon cheese fries that I crave weekly.

Can't believe I spent over 30 bucks for two burgers and fries but we did get the fancy burgers and I did enjoy the thick french fries and all you can pile on pickles and other veggies bar but still, a little over-priced for me. Thankfully I had a gift card from work so it really only cost me a little over $5 so I splurged on a couple of brownies before we left.

I, like so many others, used to enjoy this place. It has been a couple of years since I have been here and I can only assume that the rest of Albuquerque has forgotten about this joint as well. It is very evident in the lack of upkeep. There was only 1 person that I saw taking empty platters and "cleaning" up. I like to judge a restaurant by its first impression... How clean are the windows?! This place looked like it had/has been neglected for quite some time. A good facade equals a good facade!

It's very nice that the food is cooked fresh. However they have recently increased their prices for the kids meals. It used to be 2.99 for a kids meal for a kid under 12. It was such a great deal for fresh food for my 3 kids that it was a much better alternative than going to a fast good place. We used to eat at this location or the one at Coronado at least once a week. Now the decision is more about convenience since the pricing for a kids meal is higher.

Stopped here while traveling. I've been to several of these across the country over the years, and this was the lowest standards I've seen. The food is good, and the cleanliness is acceptable, but there is a definite fly issue which needs resolution. I am pretty shocked that a national chain of such size had that many insects inside.

When I want a cheese burger and don't want to think real hard about where to get one, then Fudds is default. World's Greatest Hamburger? No. Even a decent green chili cheese burger? No. Which is a specialty in NM. However, you can count on Fudds to stay consistent in the cooking of the patty, supply of fresh cut toppings, and Jalapeno Cheese Sauce (good!). My burger of choice is the 1/2 pound with pepper jack cheese. The one and only thing I don't prefer at Fudds are the steak fries. I tend to like mine cut thin. The jalapeno cheese sauce makes them worth eating though. Cheers to Fudds for being consistent and fulfilling my burger needs.

Fuddruckers has been my FAVORITE hamburger restaurant since the 1980s when I lived in Virginia Beach, Virginia. It was a treat them to have a meal there; it is a treat now to have a meal here. The hamburgers are ALWAYS cooked exactly the way they were ordered; the buns are huge and fresh; the fixings are fresh every day; and the fries are to die for. The taco salad (formerly known as the Southwest chicken salad) is, in my not-so-humble opinion, the best thing on the menu, with the guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, perfectly charred chicken, and those little tortilla strips that add just the right crunch. This salad, served with raspberry vinagrette dressing, is just the right thing to have for lunch. Dinner requires the hamburger combo; don't forget the fries. I do have several caveats about Fudds: first, they have a disturbing tendency to leave the order counter under(wo)manned. For instance, we were there at approximately 1:30 p.m. on a Saturday; there were initially two order takers--one was "relieved" (or went on a mandated break), and the line of customers was literally out the door. Finally, the manager on duty opened another register, but half an hour later, when I tried to get a go-cup from that same counter, only one person was working, and the line was STILL out the door. Management needs to be better at making personnel placement decisions. Second, they charge for guacamole if you want it on a burger or a chicken sandwich. The only time it is "on the house" is with one of the salads, and I'm sure they bump the price a little to account for it. Guacamole is a STAPLE in the Southwest, and Fudds should learn to put guac on the fixings bar for everyone to enjoy. Third, in my own opinion, the buns are too darned big! They aren't too big around, because they accommodate the patties just fine; they are too thick. A diabetic, such as myself, has to forgo eating part of those delicious buns because the carb count is too darned high! I know there is nothing to be done about this little item--it's my own fault for loving the buns so much and having this disease! The drinks are unlimited; the bus staff is friendly and efficient. The place is clean, although a little too cluttered for my taste; they could remove a lot of the "stuff" from the floor and put a few more tables in, but this is such a minor complaint. The music over the intercom is just my cup of tea - 50s and 60s - punctuated much too often by an almost-intelligible announcement of the next person's meal being ready. They truly need to get someone on those microphones who can speak plain English and enunciate slowly enough for people to understand. My few--and minor--complaints about Fudds were enough to reduce my evaluation to 4.5 stars but, since that isn't an option, it gets five stars and a double thumbs up.

I have only been to this location once, but my family has been long-time fuddruckers patrons...Back in the day they did a kids eat free night so we went like once a week! I don't think they do this anymore.... but anyway, this is a good place to hit up before a movie. The price is good and the whole build your own burger part is fun. The crappy thing is that since it is a chain, they won't cook your burger less than medium. (We wanted medium rare..). The good thing was their "medium" was still a really good medium and not overcooked. We got the deal with the burger/fries/beer meal and it was great. My favorite part about fuddruckers is the hot pumping liquid cheese... yummm... I like the plain cheese for my fries and put the jalepeno cheese on my burger. The tomatoes and lettuce are really fresh and crispy. The buns are freshly baked and soft..You can also make a little side "salad" with the toppings from the burger bar and get a side of dressing.. waaala... free side salad! I'm usually not a fan of chain places but I like to hit this place up maybe twice a year for nostalgia purposes... brings back memories of when my family used to go in the 90s!

Not a big fan of the build-your-own burger buffet. In theory, it's a good idea. In practice, you're presented with trays of toppings that everyone's filthy kids have pawed through. And it leaves the kitchen with precisely one job: cook me a hamburger patty the way I ordered it. In my experience this happens less than 20% of the time. So there I am with an over/undercooked patty on a greasy bun, staring at unappetizing things to stick on it and I suddenly just remembered I have an appointment to eat somewhere else.

I used to enjoy eating out at Fuddruckers. Now it seems dirty and neglected. I was busy shooing flies away. They need to clean up their act ... it's a restaurant .. supposed to be clean. I didn't touch their self serve buffet ...
