Like Andrew had stated, it's odd to me to give a national chain 5 stars when there's local pizza joints that struggle to get any sort of ratings. Thing is, this Domino's actually busts their tail to get your order to you correctly, QUICKLY, and have very friendly customer service. Sure, that's what you would expect from a chain store, but, most of them care barely handle that sort of responsibility. One time, our order took an extra ten minutes to get to us (totally wasn't a big deal), but they did not charge for the pizza and threw in a bunch of appetizers. Wasn't necessary, but totally appreciated.

The kids asked Domino's to draw a shark on the box and they did it! I had a roomful of excited kids. Way to go Domino's!

I don't know why I even bother to add toppings. In this case on this XL Brooklyn, I specified salami and I counted a grand total of 6 slices of salami. Plus it was very dry. I'm going to pay for this one in more ways than one.

This Dominos is so reliable and so consistent, that I always order from them and never bother trying another pizza place for my delivery. They always have great specials, and my pizzas usually arrive within 30 minutes. The driver is always friendly and courteous.

It feels a bit wrong to give a national chain five stars after giving a local joint only two, but in the case of this particular location, they've earned it. The food is the same as any other Dominos in the nation: decent, consistent, and relatively inexpensive. That alone is worth only 3.5 stars. However, in my world, great service can more than make up for mediocre food and this store excels in that regard. A few nights ago, my order somehow stayed on the rack instead of being delivered. The manager called, apologized profusely, and... well, I don't want to give details in case Corporate is super-strict about franchisee methods, but he *more* than made things right. They've made a customer for life.

We usually get their thin crust - one with green chile & onions, the other with ham & black olives. They deliver quickly & the pizzas are tasty. The hot wings aren't bad but could be less expensive.
