It's national cow appreciation Day!! Everyone came in their best cow attire. This is one of my favorite locations. Staff is super friendly and very efficient. For as busy as they were today, they still work super fast and hard to make sure your order is done correctly. It is a very happy place to be. They always have some kind of fun deal or event going on at their store. What place can you go and the entire staff is dressed as cows. Love it!!! Great fun for the kids. They always have staff and store manager checking on you to see if you need anything from a drink refill to extra ketchup. What place do you know of that provides place mats for kids. Not just any place mat but the kind that sticks to the table and does not move!!! This is awesome!!! Be sure to keep an eye out for the next fun event.

Chick-Fil-A makes me abandon all of my moral values, kind of like a married man going to a strip joint on the sly. You see, their sandwiches, waffle fries, and chick-fil-a sauce are too much for me to resist. Do I want to pay $10 to see a lady with fifteen million arms? No, because it's wrong and degrading, but I'll probably do it anyway because it's fifteen million arms... That's my relationship with Chick-Fil-A, the company hates anything that wasn't given birth by Jesus, but the food is too good to pass up. Plus, if I say my pleases and thank you's they may never guess that I could be a sinful harlot... So the food is great, the service is great, the companies morals are slightly deep south/bible belt and make me feel guilty, so if you feel otherwise abandon your morals at the door.

This is by far the best fast food restaurant and just never seems to disappoint! I came here for dinner while on travel and they weren't super crowded. The cashier was very friendly and I barely had time to grab napkins and my food was already coming out. I LOVE their waffle fries and Chick-fil-A sauce.........such a heavenly combination. I also had chicken nuggets which were hot and tasty. I really love how they take customer service so seriously. They have people walking around to clear your trays and refill your beverage and do it all with a smile. I always leave that place in a good mood. They certainly set the standard for great customer service.

Chick-Fil-A rules! They set the standard for service at fast food restaurants. Extremely friendly and courteous. I forgot my wallet once when I hit the drive thru. They said "no problem" and gave me my order anyways. They said to just come back some time and buy their food again. Very cool! Way to keep a customer. Ever noticed their catch phrase "my pleasure" after you say "thank you"? I've been hitting this place in the morning to get the breakfast burrito with chicken AND sausage. It's pretty good. Give it a whirl sometime. Under $4.

I love the gays, so I've always been anti chick fil a. However, I can't help but love it. The staff here are absolutely amazing. They treat every customer as if they are VIP, which is something that is rare for fast food. Their food is also delicious. It always tastes so fresh and delicious.

I have never seen this quality of costumer service! The staff are so nice! One of them happened to have heard me say "I'm going to get ketchup" and brought some to be before I even had a chance to get up! The chicken sandwich (#8) was actually hot and juicy and the lemonade tasted like real squeezed lemons! Truly my new favorite location!

I have been living in Sin City for some time. As I explore new places in Albuquerque I stumbled across the infamous Chick Fil A. Now it's not that I have never eaten a one these holy chicken sandwiches in about 10 years. I am pretty sure there may have been some changes since then. First of all, if you come to this location during the lunch hour you will find that parking is limited. I had to park over by the Ross. After parking and making my trek to the front door I was pleasantly greeted madness. There were so many people in the restaurant. It was ok because every register had a person behind it. As I approached the counter I was greeted with a smile. I asked the girl if it was always this busy. She said a bus came so at the time it was unusual. After I made the order the girl would say, "It's my pleasure." I thought that was kind of odd. The food was great. They sure have the whole chicken thing down. The waffle cut fries were amazing too. The food was good, the service was friendly, and the whole experience was great. Of you are in the area you have to come get some chicken. Cheers!

Stopped here on a long drive from Amarillo TX to Las Vegas NV. Now, this establishment refuses to do business in my current state of residency, NV. I do remember eating here in California, but WOW. I love this place. We were there at a VERY busy time, lunch time on a Friday. The parking lot was INSANE so we parked near a grocery store and walked. For all the people, you would never know they were so busy. They had a greeter at the door, every cash register was open, and your food was delivered to you literally before you left the line. The dining room was clean, the supplies were well stocked and the food was fantastic. I got the just the original sandwhich on a bun with pickles and fries. Great stuff!

The best fast food service that I've ever gotten. Who would have known. I actually didn't read the reviews before I came in, because I remembered from long ago that I loved their waffle/crisscross style fries, and I wanted to eat them again. I walked here, so I didn't care about the drive-thru, but there was a line stretched around the building. Once inside, I noticed a lot of people standing around, first thought that came to mind was that I would have to wait, but I was soon called to the counter by one of the workers, she was very friendly and took my order, asked me for my name, and then I sat down in the far back corner near the play area door. Another worker came to me and brought me my order, with a huge smile. The food was good, and the best part was the fries, which I was craving in the first place. I haven't been to a place where any fast food worker smiled and welcomed everyone. Then another guy came over and asked me if I wanted a refill and took my cup. I'll definitely be back for their service and especially the fries, because they've changed my outlook on what fast food is.

I love this Chick-Fil-A! My husband & I drive all the way from Kirtland Air Force Base every Saturday to eat lunch at the one off of Montgomery. The owners are wonderful and the employees care, & it shows! We love you Chick-Fil-A ... so happy you opened one off of San Mateo!

I love chick fil a, and this new franchise has great service and tasty food as always. My only complaint is that their chicken salad sandwich is not up to standard; it always has large chunks of chicken lurking instead of the usual nicely chopped stuff, and it just doesn't taste quite right. I've tried it a few times now, hoping things would improve, but no dice. If I want a CS sandwich I'll go to the one on Paseo. Otherwise, I'm a happy customer.
