Worst. Service. Ever. Waited 30 minutes for an iced tea and a Dr. Pepper. Waitress walked past us 15 to 20 times. The table next to us left despite the fact they were waited on even though they arrived after us. The food- an afterthought- cold fries- unmelty cheese- stale bun. Just bad. Took two hours for subpar food. Save your dough- this place stinks!!!

Terrible service, cold food, 20 mins & a reminder to get our beers! We've tried to go back several times & it just kept getting worse! After tonight I'm done. Even the manager on duty could have cared less about our dining experience. We will never go back. And for the record, we're usually a high ticket with a good tip paying customer.

Everybody knows what Bdubs is all about... Beer, Wings, Sports. If you like all 3 this is your kind of place! The service can range from awful to fantastic, most everything on the menu besides wings is fairly mediocre but it doesn't matter I still go pretty often for the wings. Its loud with tons of TV's which is great for sports and parents(like me) who don't want to have to worry about their kids being noisy. As a spicy food enthusiast I have to recommend their blazing sauce! It is excellent mix of spicy and flavor :) I even did the challenge and have the shirt to prove it! Remember.... The wings were tasty, and the beer was cold. We were happy with our service, too. It's nothing over-the-top, but it's good.

I do not usually like to go to chain restaurants but my friends incited us to watch the hockey game with them at Buffalo Wild Wings so we figured we'd go. Service overall was pretty good. There was a strange confusion over who our server was, but once that was figured out, our server was really good. Other than taking a while to bring silverware, she was quick with the water and dealing with the food issues... ...And there were tons of food issues. I ordered a burger and when I tried to specify how I wanted it cooked, I was told that I could only get well-done. Really!?!? A place that has such a big emphasis on their burgers will only serve them burned...I mean "well-done". Ok. Whatever. I, against the advice of my friends, also asked for the Blazin' sauce. And a side Caesar salad. Well, it took F-O-R-E-V-E-R for our food. The manager came and apologized but we still kept waiting (maybe if they didn't cook the burgers to a crisp). When our food eventually did come, they kinds dropped the ball. I had forgotten I got the insane sauce until my friend asked what I thought of the heat. Oh Yeah, there was none. They forgot to out the sauce on. And, on the same vein, they gave me a dry salad. They forgot the dressing. I guess the only "funny" thing about all this is the server was unfazed by the mistake. Maybe this happens often? My wife's "southeast asian" sandwich was ok. They basically doused the meat in a super-sweet Thai Chili sauce. It was boring but at least it had some spice. Finally, for a sports bar, there was a dearth of local beers. That was also disappointing. The only upside of the long wait is we got an insane free dessert! (and the only thing that rescued my review from a one-star) Ok, so I recognize that Buffalo Wild Wings is not about fine dining but I don't think my expectations were off. Sports bars should have good burgers, not burt burgers and any restaurant should bring your food in a timely manner. And they weren't even very crowded. Again, I didn't pick it but this meal ensured that I *wouldn't* ever pick it if given the option.

So we came in for a late night chill and was surprised that the service was so bad. Our server took our drink orders and placed the wrong orders. Not only was this a negative but the bartender also didn't know how to make the drinks we ordered which was surprising seeing as they were not complicated drinks. We ordered wings and when they arrived the waiter didn't know who ordered what and we didn't even get our carrots and celery. Lastly we didn't even get our app which was ordered before our wings. All I can say is what a disappointment. I think next time I will just go to the grocery store and make wings and drinks at home. :-/

Came in here at 7.10pm , ordered at 7.20pm, it is 8.25pm right now and still waiting for my order... Do not let people in if you cannot serve them on time. Never coming back to this place again.

It's reliable and open late two of my favorite qualities. They also have tablets for the shorties to play with. Not like chili's for a 1.99 each. Free kids games. Awesome

So now I know why they have 3 whole stars. As we pulled up employees outside smoking in the back. We walk in the server was good and personable so no backlash there. "Manager" give me a break he approaches the table about the meal sorry it's taking a long time we will have that in a few min. Comes back the guy made it twice wrong it will be ready in about "6" minutes 15 minutes go by and still nothing. I order another beer and the server comes running out with it. So he has a conversation with me if everything is ok we will leave it at that. I was not satisfied with a 45 minute flat bread. In summary he assumed that it was ok for a 45 minute appetizer I mean if it was a steak I still wouldn't understand 45 min so BWW OR BUFFASLOW WILD WEEDS I won't visit anymore and I will make sure no one else does

If I hadn't been with a group of friends that I really wanted to visit with, I would of left sooner. From a forgetten meal to a waitress on everything but roller skates, this visit was disastrous. The New Yorker, pastrami sandwich I had was by far the worst sandwich I've ever had. I don't even think it was real pastrami. Our server told us about how she was recently in a car wreck, but only hit a wall, "I didn't kill anyone, I swear". Management addressed our concerns, but I didn't stick around. Very bizarre & horrible visit. Should've gotten wings, at least that might of been the only good thing about that place.

The worse dinning experience I've ever had: My mother and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings on Tuesday after a long tiring day. We were limited in a places to eat because as most Albuquerque people know most restaurants close a 9:00 P.M. and it was already 8:30 P.M. at this time. We walked in and choose to sit at a high-top at the bar because there were no open booths. (Not to mention the host seemed somewhat annoyed, which we later found out why.) We were greeted promptly by our waitress Rachel. She took are drink order and came back quickly with are drinks. As we sat there looking over the menu we noticed the table next to us (which was obviously there awhile because of their empty glasses) just got the appetizer they ordered. We also noticed that several tables were walking out. We thought this was odd for a Tuesday because they weren't that busy. So when our waitress finally came back we ordered our food. My mother ordered a small boneless wing well I ordered a chicken salad. Thinking this was not a complex order we figured it would only take about 15 to 20 minutes. After we waiting about 20 minutes I went and asked the bar back where our waitress Rachel was. (She had not been by in awhile.) When she finally stopped by the table again after waiting another 5 minutes. We asked her where are food was? She then informed us the kitchen had over an hour ticket time. We had now been waiting for our food for half an hour. She then went on and offered us complimentary chips & salsa on the house. After asking for the manager numerous time throughout this and waiting another 20 minutes we pretty much had it. So we were going to pay for our drinks and leave but again we couldn't find our waitress Rachel. So we decided to go the the front and ask for her. When the other staff members finally found her she said the one draft beer was $8.04. We were shocked by this because it was just a normal draft beer. So at that point we just paid the tab and left because we were so feed up the poor service. Both in the front and back of house. Remember those "complimentary" chips & salsa on the house. Well Rachel charged us for them because we walked out I guess. Overall: A horrible experience. The front of the house doesn't seem to know what complimentary means or how to treat guest. Let alone how to be attentive and prompt to your guest. The back of the house must be in totally disarray because who has 1+ hour ticket times on a Tuesday when your just over half capacity. Unless you have 2+ hours for lunch or dinner I would avoid Buffalo Wild Wings. Tip: If you do decide to go after this review. Make sure to eat something before hand because it will probably be the only thing you eat before you get feed up and leave like we did.

Our truck was broken into in the parking lot in broad daylight on a Sunday afternoon! The manager was less than helpful--I guess they like having cops in the parking lot generating good publicity. I don't know what it is about this place, but it doesn't attract a very good crowd. The food is typical Buffalo Wild Wings--so so. The last time we were there, they kept changing the channel on the TV we had been watching since they opened. Claimed the cable company changed the channel...total BS. It's a good thing football season is almost over--we'll definitely be watching the remainder of the season at Altitudes!

Buffalo Wild Wings is a decent place for buffalo wings. I've had good experiences there and bad. I enjoy the variety of foods they offer, including salads, ribs, wings, and appetizers. They also have a good selection of beer, although they don't feature anything local that I know of. I really like the lemon pepper seasoning on the wings, as well as the hot BBQ...and if you're feeling up to it, the Mango Habanero. It's hot, but oh so good!! This specific location is open until 2am on Saturday nights, which is awesome if you've had a late night.

This place used to be great but as of lase the service and food has been subpar. The last straw was today's screaming nacho burger. I called it in got in my car and headed over. Total drive time 10 min tops. When I opened my burger it looked as if they had made it 4 hrs prior. It's missing the jalapeños, the sliced cheese has re solidified, the meat has no juice, and the queso was all over the fries with nothing left on the burger. Also the fries are so stale. We will not be returning.

Th only reason this place gets 2 stars is because of the service. The food is amazing, but the service is not up to par. I went in the other night with two of my friends and we ordered at around 11:15pm, got orders taken at 11:20 and waited over 50 mins just for it to come out. We ordered Ultimate Nachos for an appetizer and that was the lasting thing to come out at 1hr into our order. The waitress we had walked by many times without even saying a thing. We had to ask for drinks to be filled. Out waitress was very lucky to even get a tip. My friends didn't want to leave one for her, but the good guy that I am, I did. Will or will not be returning if service doesn't improve.

Wing quality has gone down. Some of the servers are all about flirting with the girls and are not very efficient. Place needs to be seriously cleaned. The mens restroom is discusting!! We need a nicer place to have wings and sports.

The wings, yes are delicious! The happy hour specials are also great, and watching sports here can be a fun place--however, expect to get crappy service by a young ( I hate my job ) server. If service improved- this place would be a better place ;-)

Open seating.we were able to sit right away in a clean booth.the waitress came over right away and was very friendly.we ordered boneless wings as a side and they came out real fast and hot.the food came out and was hot and tasted good.we got a chicken wrap and the steak burger. The waitresses name was Paula. We were very impressed on how she took care of us.Peiple like her are what make us believe that there is still excellent customer service around.

I walked in, met up with friends who had been watching Sunday's game, and when they got their drink orders taken, the waitress ignored me completely. An hour later, she finally asks if I want anything. I would have walked out, but I was the designated driver. Very very poor service. Bad server attitude

We're still experimenting with the flavors but thus far boneless honey BBQ is an every trip order. Need to find a good hot wing to splash in. Love the wings and usually the service is good though we've had a server or two that left a little to be desired. It definitely has a sport bar vibe and while I'm not a sports person I still enjoy every trip. Had to update my rating tonight, service was atrocious... I get it it was Thursday night $0.60 wings but getting angry at me for sitting in a dirty table when all the tables are dirty and the sign said seat yourself is not how you greet a customer. Taking 30 minutes to collect my card and run it was also not awesome.

Wings are great, service sucks. Rachel is the worst waitress I have ever had. We go there almost every Tuesday for traditional wings and we rarely get good service. p.s. my fav is buffalo seasoning! Yum

I'll be honest up front, I'm really not a "wing" person, but my husband loves this place! He decided to have his military going-away lunch here last week and we were joined by over 20 of his co-workers. We got there right around opening (11 am) and were seated outside where we could easily put together several tables for our large group. Our waitress came out, took our drink orders and returned with everything very quickly. Food orders were taken and I ordered the sampler, it was a good variety of appetizers: cheese sticks, nachos, boneless wings and onion rings...too much for a meal for a single person and definitely something to share! My husband had the bottomless wings lunch deal and as expected...loved every bit of it. Food orders for everyone were taken very quickly, unfortunately I've always experienced a slow kitchen at EVERY BWW I've been too, so I was already expecting a wait, but even with our large party, the wait was about the same as when there's just a few of us here. All the food orders were correct, no errors and the waitresses were very attentive. Great place to watch sports, fights, or just to come out and hang.

When I say crispy, please make it crispy. When I say VERY light on the sauce, I didn't mean drenched & swimming in sauce. Horrible experience. Not only messed up my order but also brought out our food at different times. Not a fan of their wings. But I do like their buffalo chicken salad.

Meh. Another Albuquerque chain that thinks girl servers with nice boobs make up for crap service and food. Hey management: I'm a gay dude cleverly concealed as a sports fan. How about upping your food, service and drink game for those of us not motivated by boobies? The only redeeming qualities of this restaurant are the rampant display of hockey in various forms on many screens and the clientele that displays all kinds of hunky muscle through cut off shirts, excessively modded 4X4's and slurred speech after a few beers. What can I say? Muscular and stupid is a turn on. At least I can drink enough here to make moron heterosexual sports fans seem entertaining. If not, I'm sure the clientele will tell me all about the nearest tractor pull after the game.

Parking lot gets packed and super loud inside when football is on. Went here on a Sunday afternoon and ended up taking food to-go. They have a pretty awesome selection of sauces. My favorite is the Asian Zing, Medium and Jammin' Jalapeno.

The food is very tasty and that is what gets me coming back every time. The thing that blows my mind every time is how bad the customer service is there especially when there is a billion people working all at one time no matter if the place is busy or slow the service is awful but I can't resist the food and that's what gets me coming back. If they had better service I would come back more often.

Only go here if you can stand to be surrounded by 30 TV's blaring sports games and noise--lots and lots of noise. That said, the wings were really good (we tried the spicy garlic and hot) and the beer wasn't too shabby either.

After checking in our hotel and trying to reenergize abit from the long drive to Albuquerque... was tempted for some wings. Whats around here? At that moment, a commercial for Buffalo Wild WIngs appeared and new we had to go there. Friday night, let's check out the New Mexico crowd, more importantly lets eat some wings. As soon as we set foot inside, it seemed like the music stopped, the TV went silent, and everyone stared... 'Howdy!' Everything went back to norm, do I really look like I'm from So Cal? LOL Who Cares. Ordered our tall glass of Bud light and order some food. Order the medium hot wings which by all means are great! And also order and additional super hot which brought me flashbacks of Atomic Wings (WingStop) and killing my buzz shattered my taste buds. Up to this point the food was great, was not able to taste it afterwards. The ambience, the scene was great and if around albuquerque again would definitely swing by again. Hopefully, a little more wiser that to order those asshole burning wings, medium was excellent for me and should've stayed with those. A definite must place to visit.

I know it's sacrilege to have a billion flavours of wing sause and call them buffalo, but I'll give BDubbs a pass because they're so damn good. My favorites right now are the Spicy Garlic and traditional Hot. They've got a total of 14 sauces, ranked by heat level, so it's easy to pick one that will suit your capsaicin fix. However, on your first outing you are obligated to order six Blazin' and eat at least one. Don't be a wimp. They've got other food too, but who cares. Why this doesn't get five stars: This is one of the only good wing restaurants in town, so be prepared for a long wait time, even on off hours. Or you can do take out, the extra drive time does not lessen the flavour of these wings. And it might save your ears too, as the music is BLASTING and the 56 wall to wall televisions won't give you a seizure. :) Their beer selection is extensive, but really crappy. They've also got the obligatory TGIRedApplOlivgan's six dollar foofy drinks that the girls like.

It is brand spankin' new in albuquerque, so it was CRAZY busy! The greeter was pleasant, the wait was 30-40min. When we got seated we were offered patio, which was fine, it had fans and we were kept at a comfortable temp. We order 50 wings, and some sort of ribs platter. The flavors of wings we got were carribean jerk, garlic parmesean, spicy garlic, classic hot, honey bbq. The best out of the five were garlic parmesean, classic hot and spicy garlic. I didn't care for the carribean jerk AT ALL which was the 5th flavor our waiter recommended. The ribs platter had like 6 small ribs, disappointing, but good. Our waiter was FABULOUS! Despite having a 30min wait on food alone, and TONS of people he stayed positive and was delightful, he brought us free chips and salsa. If we hadn't had such a great waiter this place would've gotten a worse rating, but he definitely made the meal!

Awesome service here. Very friendly bartenders and waitstaff. This place was totally packed for Sunday NFL action. Decent wings. I did not sample any of the other food. Reasonably priced for food and beer and overall pretty good for a chain.

If I had to sum this place up in one word, it would be "inconsistent". All I ever order is wings and the occasional side of fries or onion rings, but usually this is enough to make me happy. When they are on their game, the wings are fantastic with more than enough variety of flavors to appeal to everyone and quick unobtrusive service. In fact, I order something different nearly every time and there are only a few sauces I don't get. The problem is that they sometimes fail to deliver. Sometimes, the wings have hardly any sauce on them, or they're lukewarm, or they bungle your order, or they just take way too long to make your food. When this happens, it's really disappointing. And it doesn't seem to be related to how busy they are, it's just random, as though a small portion of the staff just doesn't know or give a crap about what they're doing. This seems to just be a feature of this particular branch though. It's not often that this happens, but it's frequent enough that you always feel like you're gambling on eating there. Add to this the fact that the place is always loud and nearly always packed, and when the food is off it's a pretty bad experience. I understand it's a sports bar more than anything, but even when there's not a big game on, the TVs or the music is just turned up way too loud. Maybe this is not such a big deal for some, but I like to be able to hold a conversation while I eat. Still, when B-Dubs does it right, and that is most of the time, it's easy to overlook these faults.

I've been to this place about 5 times since I heard about it. Honestly, this place definitely has the best wing sauce in the town. The wings themselves are alright but the sauce sets it off. I actually like the buffalo chips (potatoes with cheese) and the burgers aren't too bad at all either. The beer on tap didn't really strike me as fantastic but I got myself a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale in a bottle. Good place to watch UFC fights as the crowd gets rowdy. My favorite sauce flavors are definitely hot bbq and medium. Both are much more tasty than anything else I tried at Wingstop or Wing Basket.

Very LOUD rock music from overhead speakers as I walked in. Young woman at check-in stand didn't bother to greet me, no smiles, nada. Made my way to outside patio where it was a little quieter. Ordered six wings and iced tea totaling $7.99 excluding tip. Wings ($1 per per wing), served in a flimsy paper tray were dry, tough and tastless except for the medium hot sauce (bad choice). When it came time to pay, placed $20 bill and waiter had the audacity to ask if I wanted change! Asked for manager to complain about quality of wings but waiter couldn't find him or her. Horrible food and dining experience. Fogetaboutit!

Very tasty among the WW chains. Out of all that I have gone to, I would say this one tops them all! Try the sour cream and chive potato wedges...amazing!

Worst business decision ever...losing a $60 tab by charging a $10 cover because it is UFC night. You should have seen that place emptying out.

Awesome service here. Very friendly bartenders and waitstaff. This place was totally packed for Sunday NFL action. Decent wings. I did not sample any of the other food. Reasonably priced for food and beer and overall pretty good for a chain.

BDubs, where I walk in and immediately my face turns to a scowl and my mind thinks "are you freaking kidding me?". Have you ever been to a restaurant where it takes three hostesses to do the job of one? No? Come to buffalo wild wings and watch three girls try to explain that if you want more celery and carrots you have to order a side of it, while completely ignoring anyone who needs to be seated. Have you ever had a waitress who may/may not be on some sort of uppers? No? Come to buffalo wild wings. Have you ever had a food runner who can't put together a coherent sentence after you've told her they forgot to bring out appetizers? No? Come to buffalo wild wings. Now, I don't necessarily think that these girls that Buffalo Wild Wings hires are stupid necessarily, but they act dumb. They seem to have an "I'm too pretty for this job" front about them, which means ordering, getting what you ordered, and paying your bill become five million times harder for the guests, because the service is just incapable of putting that much effort into anything. The food is another story. I love buffalo wings, because it's basically like chicken on spicy crack. Who couldn't like spicy crack chicken? However, the prices are outrageous for mediocre wings. You want me to pay how much for tiny pieces of chicken? Order anything else on the menu and you are met with below average food. Hard, nasty, dry burgers, overly salty mozzarella sticks, sad soggy fries, and soggy onion rings. Like, really, how hard is it to fry something? I would rather go to Oniells to get buffalo wings, have drinks, and not be bombarded by the stupidity that is buffalo wild wings.

Worst. Service.

(1)Matthew D.
Blazing in blazing out

I walked in, met up with friends who had been watching Sunday's game, and when they got their drink orders taken, the waitress ignored me completely. An hour later, she finally asks if I want anything. I would have walked out, but I was the designated driver. Very very poor service. Bad server attitude

Worst business decision ever...losing a $60 tab by charging a $10 cover because it is UFC night. You should have seen that place emptying out.

(3)Christine C.
Wings are great, service sucks. Rachel is the worst waitress I have ever had. We go there almost every Tuesday for traditional wings and we rarely get good service. p.s. my fav is buffalo seasoning! Yum
(3)Stacy L.
(3)Stephanie N.
When I say crispy, please make it crispy. When I say VERY light on the sauce, I didn't mean drenched & swimming in sauce. Horrible experience. Not only messed up my order but also brought out our food at different times. Not a fan of their wings. But I do like their buffalo chicken salad.
(2)Brad H.

Food was decent. Service was AWFUL. She was rude and patronizing. Our bill was $50 and we left a ZERO tip.
(1)Kimi T.
Parking lot gets packed and super loud inside when football is on. Went here on a Sunday afternoon and ended up taking food to-go. They have a pretty awesome selection of sauces. My favorite is the Asian Zing, Medium and Jammin' Jalapeno.
(3)Asian N.
(3)N J.
Only go here if you can stand to be surrounded by 30 TV's blaring sports games and noise--lots and lots of noise. That said, the wings were really good (we tried the spicy garlic and hot) and the beer wasn't too shabby either.
(4)Kevin R.
Excellent, my brother got to watch the hockey game, they put it up on the screen for us.

(4)Ken H.
Awful. Terrible. Worst restaurant I have ever seen.
(1)Michelle H.
(4)Bleep S.
Tasty spicy wings...Stella on tap. You are surrounded by huge screens as this is a sports bar...
(4)David S.
Awesome service here. Very friendly bartenders and waitstaff. This place was totally packed for Sunday NFL action. Decent wings. I did not sample any of the other food. Reasonably priced for food and beer and overall pretty good for a chain.
(3)John G.
(3)Jesus E.
(4)Les A.
(1)Elise C.
It's reliable and open late two of my favorite qualities. They also have tablets for the shorties to play with. Not like chili's for a 1.99 each. Free kids games. Awesome

(2)Matthew D.
Blazing in blazing out

Worst. Service.
(1)Deilia W.
(1)Justin W.
(2)James P.

(1)Cindy K.
Very tasty among the WW chains. Out of all that I have gone to, I would say this one tops them all! Try the sour cream and chive potato wedges...amazing!
(4)Jazmine V.
(3)Gina G.

Tasty spicy wings...Stella on tap. You are surrounded by huge screens as this is a sports bar...
