Food was good, only thing that we would have liked different is a real fork instead of a plastic one for eating our chicken. I don't get the complaints about the lack of salt & salt shakers because we thought the food had entry of salt & there were salt shakers on every table.

My chicken caesar salad was composed of mostly lettuce hearts along with three big chunks of refrigerated chicken. The bits of leaf lettuce that i was able to uncover were wilted and had brown edges. When i bit in to the corn bread i mistook it for a piece of outdoor furniture foam. I don't think that it could have been more stale. Overall i was completely underwhelmed by this experience. I will not be returning to eat here and endure the below standard food.

We don't have Boston Market where I live anymore as they all closed, so when I was able to eat here while on vacation, I was looking forward to some good food. I had a hankering for their creamed spinach that used to be my favorite. BUT apparently they have changed their recipes by reducing the salt content. That great creamed spinach is gone and replaced by bland cream spinach. Even the salt shakers have been removed from the dining tables. I gave them the thumbs down on the food and the counter person said they were having similar responses to the new recipes. I stuck a fork in the food and left.

We'd eaten over half the meal when WE FOUND A HAIR under meatloaf. Huge let down. Ends the meal. Full stop. Great experiences in the past but this was gross. We had ordered in and had the meatloaf meal for 3 w/ the plan to take some home. Sides were mac n cheese, mashed w/ gravy and the cornbread that came with it. The young manager was lost as to how to deal with it. Offered us more food and wanted to know, on the spot, what other food we wanted. We had eaten about 25% of the total ordered. No mention of reimbursement whatsoever. More food? Gross. As in he didn't know how to deal with a difficult situation and wanted this to pass asap. Originally, my only issue was that when I went to wash up, the bathroom area smelled like sewage. Is this a management issue? Did we overreact? Would anyone else keep eating? I'd like to know what you think. . My dilemma: Eaten there happily for years. Now this... Was it all just ignorant bliss? It's tainted now.

Food was ok Chicken Carver Sandwich on wheat with side of stuffing with gravy.. The stuffing and gravy lacked that normal flavor was very blah.. The sandwich was good chicken very moist and dressing flavorful on the sandwich.. The staff was moderately friendly and the service was super fast.. Considering there is only one other Boston Market in Albq they need to step up their smiles it otherwise a good meal for around $9 with the combo..
