Since I'm a huge Seamlessweb junkie (I often joke that I single handedly keep them in business) AND I've also recently moved to Hoboken, I get pretty excited when new restaurants become available. Since last year, when the list of restaurants was super slim I tried out Wings to Go/Grande Pizza. Now, even with the ever-expanding list of pizza places on seamless, this is still one of my "go-to's" especially when other's delivery times are outrageous. Salads are meh, and basically all the same, give or take a topping (romaine lettuce with tomatoes, olives and onions). Its def not the place to just get a salad. obvi, its not called wings/pizza/salad to go :o) BUT, I end up getting both since I only like to eat pizza if I have salad too (pizza-salad!) The sandwiches and pizza are consistently good. Especially for the price! They're pretty good estimating the delivery time. Overall, the name can be off-putting, so--not that I need to tell you--but don't expect anything fancy.

Not bad pizza, the crust is a bit thicker than the average new york-style slice, but I like that. The pepperoni a bit undercooked, though. I'll have to try the wings another time... No room for big groups to eat at, but if you order delivery of course it's not a problem... the space is a bit dirtier than I'd like to see, but mostly just the older feeling equipment and seating of the space, maybe?

Grande is a definitely a go-to for delivery. I've been pretty impressed with just about everything I've had. I'm actually a big fan of the pasta dishes with garlic bread. They're pretty inexpensive, nice sized serving and better than what I'd make at home. By no means gourmet italian food, mind you... but pretty tasty. On the wings side, their chicken sandwiches are pretty good too. Only had the boneless wings and they're all white meat and pretty good too.

I'm surprised that no one has reviewed Grande Pizza before. They're actually Grande Pizza / Wings To Go. The place is your typical New York style pizza place, it just happens to be in Hoboken. The menu includes all kinds of pizza, wings, meat patties, sandwiches, salads, wraps, etc. Then of course, they've got wings. The prices are decent and the menu is huge. I tried the chicken parm sandwich and two meat patties, because I needed to meet the credit card minimum. The sandwich was huge. The bread was delicious, which makes me wonder if they buy it fresh from a local bakery. They weren't at all skimpy on the chicken, though I'd have preferred more sauce. In all, it was okay. Not the best chicken parm, but not awful. The meat patties were significantly better, even if they were too spicy for me. The dough was flaky and thick. The meat was very processed looking, though. It kind of reminded me of Taco Bell meat... just slightly less greasy. I was full after one patty, though, which is a good thing. They were only $1.75 each! A friend told me he once ordered wings from here and they were "okay". But I have to mention that he is an extremely picky eater. I'd say that the service made up for the chicken parm. The guys working there were nice - and busy. There was a steady stream of traffic while I waited for my food. And they had the TV set to Access Hollywood, so I got to watch all the Paris Hilton court footage while waiting for my order. I would definitely go back... even if just for a meat patty. Yes, they were too spicy for me, but they were good.

I ordered Wings to Go during a Sunday afternoon while watching football. I've already experienced Black Bear's wings, but I had heard good things about Wings to Go. I'd have to say that they were just OK. I ordered 'Suicide' and they weren't really that hot. Plus, even though a ordered them extra crispy, they were soft and almost undercooked. The sauce was tasty, but just not that spicy. It's always difficult to compare wings when you have them delivered, because they're always much better at the bar. That being said, I'd still have to say that Black Bear has the best buffalo wings I've had in Hoboken.
