I experienced extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL service with Giuseppe's. I ordered food by delivery from Guiseppe's and after waiting over an hour for my food was given food that was not what I had ordered. When I told the delivery man it was the wrong order, he was absolutely dumbfounded and insisted it was the right order when clearly my receipt said different. I'm not sure how one could mistake spaghetti and meatballs plus the chicken ceasar wrap I ordered with some sort of alfredo. Since the delivery man was unhelpful, I called the restaurant to explain to them the situation. I was put on hold for 6 minutes the first time. When I hung up and called again, I was put on hold for a second time and then finally hung up on. After the third time calling, I was just hung up on immediately. This all after my credit card was charged. Luckily, I complained to Grub Hub and they sent a refund for my order. Please don't spend your money here if you value folks who treat customers well.
