I grew up in Cranford and used to frequent this place whenever I'm in town. I go back year after year, only to find out how awful it is. I keep convincing myself it will be better this year, but it never is. Okay so I just drove from Cranford down to Spring Lake. Anyway, I am not the type of guy to post negative feedback, but that was a really awful experience! The coffee is always great at Dunkin' Donuts. I had an hour drive to the Jersey Shore, so I wanted some coffee after eating my sisters amazing apple and pumpkin pie. As soon as I walked in I couldn't resist the Boston Cream donut that was staring right at me, screaming my name. So I bought it (I live in Los Angeles where we do not have Dunkin' Donuts so I might have a Boston Cream donut once or twice a year). I took it out of the bag while I was waiting for my coffee only to discover it was hard as a rock. So I kindly asked the nice man behind the counter, "Do you have any fresh Boston Cream donuts in the back? This one is stale." He no longer appeared to be nice and with a very disgruntled voice told me, "No! 1am." So basically we argued for about seven or eight seconds over his attitude and that's when I decided to sing the jingle, out loud, in front of all the customers, "Dunkin' Donuts Dunkin Donuts ... fresh every four hours". Most of the customers laughed but he did not - he told me they don't use that jingle anymore - they use "America runs on Dunkin" ... and then he told me to get out of the store! Haha. I wish there was a video to show you because it would go viral. Oh well. Tomorrow I'll just have to go to Colts Neck to Delicious Orchards for the best chocolate eclairs in the world - There is no French bakery (even in France) that stacks up to these eclairs ... trust me! So yeah, Happy Thanksgiving Weekend everyone! I'm going to keep pigging out until I go back to California next week!

I've been frequenting this Dunkin Donuts on and off for over 15 years, and I'm quite confident that in that 15 years they've never bothered to clean the burnt crumbs in the bagel toaster. Needless to say, if you think you're going to sit there for an hour or so to socialize or hang out, think again. You will definitely be running the risk of a major head ache from that obnoxious smell produced from the burnt toaster. The ice coffee is so inconsistent that I found myself committing the deplorable offense of throwing my ice coffee up in the air and letting it splash all over the parking lot. I didn't pick it up, and I'm not sorry. They just plain suck.

This place is the butthole of the dunkin donuts universe. Always F up coffee orders. The only thing that they aren't terrible at is a ham egg and cheese sandwhich- but there are a million good places in jeresy to get a better one. It is two seconds from my house. Its like that girl in college you would call at three in the morning, have over, then want to kill yourself for letting in afterwards. Also no drivethru. But if they jack your orders up with you 5 feet from them, i cant imagine what you would get over an intercom.
