My wife and I's experience here has been excellent. There were some employees working here at times that thought it was okay to treat this location like a high school classroom. Seating is great here with many locations that make you feel comfortable. Panera has a new menu that has a lot of customers in an uproar! The tomato mozzarella panini has been turned into a watery flatbread sandwich! That was a sad day knowing I can't get my favorite panini.

This place is a good place for people who enjoy their meals with partners, families or friends. Yes, I mean everybody. I stopped by for a tea, pastry or meals and chatted or studied with my husband and friends many times. It's the place I want everywhere I go to be there.haha
I like the service, I'm a regular and see everything going on.personnel is friendly.and take out is quick, food is good, somewhat pricey, but my rewards, make it all good. The only thing that bugs me apart from parking, is sometimes the tables aren't cleaned off right away or their wet and the music is alway changing. Please Panera go back to playing the soft and smooth jazz, from before.

I'm a fan of this Panera location, though they can get really busy making seats and parking a premium during peak hours. Area is secure. People and staff are friendly. Food is fresh and tasty and low cost. Interior and exterior are new and clean. Fireplace is nice during the winter months. Wish they had more Paneras in Los Angeles. I'd take Panera over Corner Bakery anyday. They are more cozy and have more competitive prices.

Love Panera Bread! I always get the Bacon Turkey Bravo (it has smoked gouda!) and a bowl of Broccoli Cheddar Soup. It's so good. No joke, Panera's catering my wedding. Hahaha.

Been pretty regular here for a while, they are picking up, who knows maybe I just visited them on their worst days. The Panera model is pretty hard to mess up. Not as friendly as the West Omaha location but not unfriendly either. Maybe the West Omaha location just sets the bar too high. I have to remember to be fair and compare them to typical restaurants, not just other Panera's. Two stars woulda been more fair on my previous reviews perhaps. The Panera model is worth a star or two alone.
I have finally come to the realization that Panera sucks. I got an everything bagel toasted, plain cream cheese and a small drink to go. We were on our way to bowling. Get to the alley and I have the bagel, my drink, napkin, and a knife. What good is the knife when there is no cream cheese. That is the fifth time Panera has jacked up my order. They can take their business and shove it. They don't want me as a customer by the lousy way they complete or should I say they don't complete my order. Guess Bruegger's Bagels will get my business. Nothing like having French Fries for breakfast because that is what I order at the bowling alley for breakfast. Nice to know I am not a valued customer. Oh, and the parking sucks. To many businesses and not enough parking.

Panera soup is amazing. My Fiance' sent me out to grab her some take out since she was feeling a little ill. She enjoyed the the chicken noodle soup. Darrel the Asst. Manager assisted me tonight. He seemed tired and agitated. He was on a cash register and assisted the guest in front of me then walked off. Not sure why? Maybe a loaf a bread was burning? He then walked back to the register and looked at me and took two steps away. He confused me, maybe he had to go look at something. He then greeted me and took my order. As I was paying with my credit card he swiped the hell out of it up and down as if he was trying to get a spark to start a fire??? Oh well... The receipt printed and an employee came up to him and asked for something. He replied, "I don't know, I cant even get the receipt paper to print." Well all he needed was a fresh roll of receipt paper which I'm glad he found because it seemed as if it was the end of the world for him. He gave me my receipt and gave me directions to pick up my order. Panera is an awesome business, I would of given it 5 stars but Darrel just showed his bad day mood to everyone which was unnecessary! Sorry dude! You suck! Panera, You Rock!

Always have good service. I'm a huge fan of the broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl or not. The bread is delicious. I am here regularly. I also love their tea. Just tried their Cobb salad with a vingegarette dressing which was also tasty. Will be doing that again with the pick two.

Great location! It's always very clean and cozy. Some of the staff seems to be a little out of it, but it's never been a problem for me. I love coming in in the morning and getting a soufflé! They are the bomb! I just wish they served them all day.....or delivered a constant supply directly into my mouth :] (Yes folks, they're THAT good!!!)

I'm giving this Panera 4 stars because the food is excellent. Only once have I had bad food from a Panera, and it wasn't this one (I'm never eating one of those breakfast soufflé again). I really enjoy the broccoli cheese soup in s bread bowl and the bagels are good quality as long as they don't run out. I tried to get a blueberry bagel today and had to go with the cinnamon crunch instead. My main grip with Panera is price. Wait - I know - what do I expect, right? Is Panera Bread. But $5 for one bagel w/cream cheese and a water? Wow. The quality is there, yes, but be prepared to pay for it. (Except the soufflé - I will never recommend that item, unless you enjoy nausea). As some other reviews have said parking can be.....challenging during busier times of day. The interior of the restaurant is nice with a kind of odd wall arrangement that makes it not your typical four walls full of tables & chairs. One big up side is the outdoor seating area. Lots of tables and it is on the west side of the building so the morning sun doesn't blind you (picture).
